So far, so good. No problems!
I was a little dismayed that I was not able to print the vouchers. Will have to stop at the Customer Center when we arrive in April.

It was easy to talk to a nice rep who supplied the information I needed. Only concern was getting the senior and military discounts. It did not show on the final sales receipt.

Easy to use website. Received my confirmation within minutes. One thing I didn't like is getting marketing emails to add other activities to my itinerary.

Quick and easy. Customer service representative I spoke with understood the change I needed to make and quickly and courteously made IoT happen. Thank you!

Everything went well with booking so far, the information I received was a little confusing? Will I get an email "ticket" or do I have to pick them up somewhere after I get to My destination?

BEWARE! This company is a SCAM! I wanted to book tickets for the Pirates Voyage dinner show in Myrtle Beach. From that website, it said adult tickets were $54/person. I clicked on "purchase tickets" and was led to the vacationsmadeeasy page. I just assumed that was how you purchase tickets... silly me! I proceed to put in my payment info and purchase the tickets. Stupid me, I didn't question the grand total until after the fact. They had charged me $635, which comes out to $81/person! Nowhere during the checkout process was that price listed. When I called to cancel, of course I wasn't able. I could either receive a 65% refund, or the total amount in a vacationsmadeeasy voucher for future use. The supervisor I spoke to was unable to explain where the extra $200 was going, or why the website was so unclear. All she said was "we've been in business for 30 years." I guess what that translates to is "we've been scamming people for 30 years." Shame on them! Do not be a sucker to their scam like I was!

First time here an I get a discount thank you. Everyone was very friendly! The hot dogs were surprisingly good. Again very friendly which was very awesome.

So far experience has been very good. Very easy to do. Hopefully it will continue to be so and we will have reservations. Really appreciated the price!

Received 5 Grand Old Opry tickets for $400 less. What a suprise when we purchased 5 tickets, row D? Eight rows from the stage right of center. At the Grand Old Opry

Then turned bad. I was suppose to gotta my tickets, and guide through email to be able to print but received email saying I have to go to the ticket center WHY

You can't even pick out your own seats for shows and the seats they give you are horrible! Do NOT go through Bransonshows.com.
Buy your tickets directly through the Theatre for the best seating!

Pretty easy to book online. Directions to Welcome center and to shuttle were terrible. Rep said shuttle was just across the parking lot. It was not.
Cruise and entertainment was excellent.

Order just one show for when we would be in Myrtle Beach SC It should have been a total of $59.00 dollars, The next day i was charged $678.00 I called immediately to advise a mistake had been made and I want only one show not every show they had listed on their web site. The girl said no problem Than she said I would only get a refund of 65% and a gift card for 35% That was being "generous" because their site states you get a refund but only in gift certificates. Im upset because I never wanted tickets to ALL their shows We were only going to be visiting for several days and wanted to take my wife to a show. I than spoke with Nina who was a supervisor There web site states "Don't worry we have a 100% refund policy" Great but it is for gift certificates only. WE finally reached a compromise and I would get to tickets for two shows and the rest put back on my credit card. When finished she charged me $211 for the shows and refunded me $$420 I noticed that did not total the $678 they had charged me Yes they said they were keeping the difference So much for the 100% refund as long as you cancel within 48hrs

Agent was very kind and helpful in making the reservations. In dealing with 2 different agents the total experience went very well. Kindness and courtesy was given me. I enjoyed the experience.

I booked 2 events the 1st one was correct but the 2nd event was the wrong time and I wasn't aware until I arrived for the event that the event was earlier than I clicked on and when I picked up the vouchers the lady printing them knew the time on vouchers were for the event already in progress and failed to say anything other than you have a good day. I called back to VME office and the next lady I spoke too was very rude and basically told me it wasn't her problem.

The booking process seemed easy. I booked online and went to the given address to pick up my tickets. The assistant was very friendly and it was an easy process.
