I needed to change date because calendar is not very friendly to operate and I guess It picked 25 not 24 and then I was charged $50.00 to correct it.

The 4.5 review appears to only include how easy it was to buy tickets online. Which it was. But- you can only actually get the tickets in person. Who does that? Tickets are digital now. Why do they do it? So they can con you into going to a time share presentation. Really? Is this 1995? I had to get in my car-burn gas-try to find a place to park- in 90 degree weather- so you can try to SELL ME? Really? And- they sent my DIGITAL TICKETS to me right after I had picked them up-BEFORE I'd even made it back to my hot car. Well. They've alienated at least one customer: me. Never again.

Originally I gave 5 stars for ease of site use and great discount for seniors. But after receiving my confirmation email and finding out that I have to go downtown to pick up the tickets my satisfaction has dropped to 2 stars. Tickets should be available digitally.

I am a first time user and the website is easy to navigate. Prices are great. The issue was that instead of being able to go directly to the attraction, I had to go pick up the voucher for the attraction downtown 20 minutes away.

Quick website entry. Nice layout and really like auto add. Thanks for being so great! However, I didn't like the way the ticket pickup was made. The website stated that we had to pick up the tickets at the welcome center. We got there and was told the tickets had been sent to the venue. We drove several miles out of our way to pickup the tickets. Every venue I know of uses the phone as the ticket entry.

Only after my payment was received did I get notified that I would have to travel to downtown San Antonio to pick up my tickets, which is an hour away from the venue and where finding parking is a nightmare and expensive! I never would have purchased the tickets if I had been told I would have to go to the downtown visitors center!

Lots to choose from. Good prices check out was easy. Hopefully pick up of tickets is good too.

Debbie was such a delight to speak with and was very knowledgeable in giving me my information.

We booked a tour then found out we had to cancel. We were told we had to cancel 48 hours in advance - but we booked the day before so there weren't 48 hours. Tried to get refunded and we were told "no". Very disappointing and will not be recommending on any travel sites in the future.

It was very easy to use and efficient. I used my phone and didn't have a problem.

I loved Shell Key Preserve! It's just so beautiful! The Hubbard Ferry was great. Todd and Brea were fantastic! The water and sandbars are just amazing, nature is definitely the prize here. This is one of those places that deserves a second visit! Shells everywhere warm shallow water and we were surprised by a manatee!

Easy, safe way to set up visits to vendors and see that their paid. Your sales and frontline workers make all the difference.
