Seemed easy for us! Thank you! We are looking forward to our trip to the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area in the upcoming week, so it was good to be able to get some of our tickets in advance and at a good price.

Found what I wanted fast, reserved, paid money and then got nothing although I contacted them at least 4 times. Was told to wrong place to pick up tickets, went there and it was a Time share selling point. They tried to print off tickets and go blanks. At least these people were compassionate and took their time to try and figure out the problem. Finally, someone got an Ashley from vacations made easy on phone and she was able to tell me that this excursion had been canceled and they were not notified. She was able to reimburse my payment thru PayPal which is how I paid for it. From now on I will stick to Viator, who I've been working with 18 yrs. Apparently they knew a week ago that the food tour was canceled. So now we are on vacation, and have 2 free days to sit until our next Viator excursion is scheduled. I am never a negative person, but this company gave so much misinformation, including yesterday when I was picking up the tickets, I have to warn people. The people at the Time Share place were friendly and helpful but of course, they did try and get us to listen to the talk and sell us a product we bo longer need.

It was fine and very easy to navigate through the additional options to add on.

Quick and easy transaction in purchasing.I had to follow up about the tickets because they had to be picked up from a different location from the actual event. The tickets were emailed to me, however, with the two different addresses I incorrectly chose the wrong address and we missed the event.

Awesome birthday, using the site was easy. But redeeming some of the tickets was not. Ober mt. Was a pain, but that has nothing to do with tripster website. I would use the tripster site again for vacations and to get deals.

RIP OFF ALERT. THEY DOUBLE THE TICKET PRICE AND CHARGE A 40 DOLLAR Service FEE. Once you are they they sympathize with how much they charged and offer to get a portion back IF you go to the Wyndham sales pitch. Do not patronize Vacations Made easy or Wyndham. You'll have more money in your pocket in the long run.

So far all has worked great! I booked with my CC but was told I can't get a charge back & pay in cash once I arrive. If that proves to be true. I won't be back. My cash should be accepted anywhere. If I stay on a Disney property that is no problem

My husband and I were excited about embarking on a kayak tour, so we decided to book one through Vacations Made Easy. Despite completing the booking process, receiving a confirmation email, and being charged for the tour, we were shocked to later receive a message informing us that individuals over 64 were not allowed to participate. We were then instructed to call a number to request a refund. This policy felt discriminatory, especially considering our fitness level and experience as kayak owners. We were visiting our home in Florida when we made the reservation, and it's disheartening to encounter such age-related restrictions. Moving forward, we will avoid booking with them again.

Great deal on tickets. Only downside was how I was spoke to when I picked them up because I declined to do a tour of Margaritaville. Which by the way is a beautiful place that I told them I had stayed at before.

My experience was very simple and quick. I plan to use this service again closer to my arrival. I wish you could just use your digital confirmation for admission vs. picking up vouchers.
