Ad said buy one, get one, but they never tell you what their prices are. Found out they are double than if you purchased direct from attraction. Time share seller also. Could not get through with their 800 number on the site. Buy direct, then you can at least pick out your seats and save money, no hassle. Have to go to different location to pick up tickets, then go to attraction with voucher from them.

I flew from Wisconsin to come an take my child for her birthday on this tour in it's bs they don't tell u that u my not see anything an you can't get your money back the can only keep rescheduling you an wasting on time it u don't see any dolphins … this tour was a waste of 200 dollars an 2 hours of time

Sure wish I had read reviews before using this site. Got tickets to Sight & Sound in Branson. I changed the date within an hour of my original purchase of 4 tickets & they charged my credit card an additional $40. And this was 2 months prior to the event. Then I realized I was being charged $80+ per ticket when I could have gotten them for $58 directly from the theater. Lesson learned. So when I went to pick them up, I was already ticked off. The man made me go outside & get my husband because he "had to have 2 signatures." Then he tried to sell us a deal for a trip anywhere to a timeshare for $79. When I told him I was upset about the change fee, he tried to give me a $200. American Express card, but only if I spent $79. For the timeshare. He even told me he doesn't work for Vacations Made Easy, he worked for the timeshare company. I don't know how these people live with themselves, ripping people off. Run from this company!

I'm very satisfied. Easy to follow steps. Called and spoke with Debra today to make sure everything was in order and she explained everything very well. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants to book a vacation. I can't wait to go to Pigeon Forge. We got an excellent deal.

I bought two tickets for the Nashville Zoo from Vacations Made Easy, please beware, they do not send the tickets electronically to your email like other ticket providers, they make you come to their office to pick them up.
For me it was out of my way and inconvenient, customer service would not allow me to cancel the order so now I am stuck driving miles out of my way to pick them up.

Great! Thank you for all your help. I am a 75 year old father / grandfather and have not told anyone in my family yet. We have never done anything like this before. My oldest daughter's birthday is August 2nd, but that date was not available for our party, so we'll be there on the 4th.

Would have done zero starts but couldn't. Do not go through these snakes. Can buy tickets from actual business for cheaper. Supervisor could do nothing for us and their guarantees are trash unless you book excisions on 1st night. Supervisor hung up and was very unprofessional and back tracked whole time.

Here is what I know. They inflate the prices on everything. Go directly to the hotel/event provider and get the price at MUCH lower than what these jokers give you. Also they don't send you all your ticket vouchers and either blow up your phone and harass you if you contact them on the issue OR they don't respond at all. I am currently working with Paypal to get my money back. What a nightmare? And shame on them!

Seems like the grand prix is alot more expensive on here every thing else seems appropriate pricing...along arrival I ask the ticket service representative that there was a mistake and the charged us for 3 adult tickets instead of 2 adults and 1 child. So my son was not even able to ride hardly any kiddy rides. Because the staff was to busy hanging out on the back race track not doing anything...waste of money...the dino park is more for toddlers and you have to pay for the little dino ride...which so be included...

Looking back on the whole transaction we probably could have gotten a better price booking everything ourselves. The kicker was that when I went to check in to my hotel, it was not paid for and I was told that the form of payment from Vacations Made Easy was being declined. Luckily they still let us check in. Today when checking out, they still had not received payment. I called Vacations Made Easy and they didn't seem to think it was a big deal! The hotel said it happens a lot with this company. If they aren't paying for my hotel where did my money go? Last time I checked, that's fraud!
We were also approached no fewer than three times about a timer share viewing. I will not ever use them again.

We purchased tickets to a show in Branson, MO. We were led to believe that we were getting a 2 for 1 deal. However, when we arrived at the show, we learned that we had paid $35 mor for a ticket than the actual price. We tried to contact their customer service, but they refused to acknowledge the issue. Be careful to not pay more than the actual cost.

Easy reservations. Thank you for that process. The map of the location you provided was nice, however, it would have been helpful to email the vouchers to avoid standing in a possible line to pick them up.

5/24/2021 Seller did not disclose that I would have to drive an hour to pick up vouchers. During the checkout process, it requests how you want to receive your vouchers, email or their welcome center. After purchase I was told I could not get them by email because of the "BOGO offer" and I'd have to drive to their welcome center. When I stated I would have not purchased had I been told that, they offered a gift certificate (that I'd still have to go pick up) or a 65% refund. We are only talking about a few dollars, but very deceptive business practices. I'd avoid.

P.S. When you search online, it appears you're buying from the attraction. Be careful and look for their logo and "vacationsmadeeasy" Feels like they are trying to draw you in to high pressure sales.

Everyone we encountered in the office was really nice. Unfortunately, we had a emergency court date for the minor I was bringing with me and couldn't make the Redneck Comedy Tour Bus. I lost my money paid and couldn't reschedule it. I bought the tickets late yesterday eve online and was about 30 minutes late. Again, it's my fault as a situation came up last night for this morning. The child was very disappointed but it was out of our hands.

So far very simple and convenience is king. I only wish the tickets could be mailed or emailed instead of having to pick them up. I haven't completed the entire experience yet so I can only comment on what I've done so far.

Absolutely disgusting! Had to cancel my whole trip and this excursion was an extra. My tickets are for July third 2022 and I tried to cancel on June 9th 2022. They won't refund anything, nothing! Nowhere on my tickets dose it state non refundable. Now I have to file a dispute claim with visa, I'm out over $300! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I have provided the question and answer that were on my tickets in the photo.

UPDATE. The company has refunded me 100% of my tickets and gave me a $50 gift card for this situation. I'm very happy and I will be booking again next year. Thank you.

Quick & Easy! It was nice to be able to make all our reservations for our activities on one portal. This trip is only a 3 day getaway to de-stress but hope to be back in the Fall for a longer stay. We will definitely be using this site to reserve tickets & plan our visit.

We have only ordered tickets and received email confirmation. We have not interacted with any personnel.

We checked in at the visitors center and confirmedur tickets for Wednesday evening.
We were not expecting a pitch for vacation rentals. Respectfully declined 3 times before leaving. I hope our Redneck Comedy bus tour is not a rolling advertisement.

Didn't like wasting my vac time and gas to get my tics, Never again! And ur lack of cancellation policy is horrific. I wish I could tell my experience w people to warn them not to purchase anything thru you. Buyer beware! Amazing I can retrieve my tics on line after I pick them up but not B4. HORRIBLE!
Then when I can't find your place some nice man helped me and after about 10 min he found and retrieved them. TERRIBLE!
They better work tmrw!

Entertainment was very good, but music choices were too dated.
Food was mediocre and looked like it had been served before,especially chicken breast, it was so dry you couldn't cut it
We drank iced tea and water and had to find waiter for refills
I will not recommend

Very easy to book and good service and follow up on all my bookings
