Company was very thorough keeping us posted to puck up tickets. We got lured into another sales presentation. UGGGH. Why do I always say yes to these 90 minute presentations that ruin my vacation every single time. I know it will be high pressure and 4 hours later but I will post again after and see how bad it is
The lady who gave us our tickets was extremely rude when I wasn't interested in the Wyndham promotion. While trying to tell her to not be offended, nothing personal, she said "it's all good- I just like being spoken to with respect and as a person ". I left feeling horrible and will not purchase from this company again.
We took a dolphin cruise today( June 10th) in myrtle beach. The guy who printed off my voucher for my tickets was very nice and helpful. He tried to find more discounts and rebates for me and my boyfriend. They didn't try to sell me a timeshare or anything. It was fast and easy. The tickets weren't overly priced either. We had fun and we will use them in the future.
I really didn't care for the way they do there tickets. You buy them online but you have to go pick them up. We'll if your hotel isn't near by and you don't have a car that's a little difficult. After you buy your tickets you should be able to have them emailed or texted to you. Don't care for this site to much, sorry
I called soon after booking my tickets because I found I had to pick them up. The site indicated (I thought) that they'd be emailed. Now I have to rush in what's expected to be heavy traffic to pick them up and worry about making my departure on time.
Plus the tickets were $15 each cheaper on the home site Won't book with them again.
Not sure how this company stays in business. My son gave us a gift certificate which we misplaced. When we found it they said it had expired and had no value. After some discussion they gave 50% of value. We got tickets to Noah at a 20% premium. I asked why - they said that was their price. Web page said price guarantee - but it's not thru them it's something to do with Norton. Useless. I definitely won't recommend them or do business with them in the future. I wish I could give them 0 stars! I definitely wouldn't give a gift certificate from this business.
Easy to use. After I booked the tour, I was sent an email asking if I would like free guides for local shops, restaurants, or free things to do in Myrtle Beach. I feel Vacations Made Easy goes the extra mile to make sure you have the best experiences during your vacation!
I booked a Vacation Package in Branson for two shows and hotel. According to online information the one show started at 3:00 p.m., the second show at 5:30 p.m. After additional investigation, I found that the first show was 2 hr and 20 minutes, and was about 10 minutes or more from the second show. When I picked up my tickets, I was informed that the first show was at 3:30, but I could get into the second show late. The first show ended at 6:05, by the time we got to the second show, the doors were locked. Since we were planning to leave early the next morning, we decided to leave that evening and canceled the motel. After going to their "ticket office" and filing a complaint, we were warmly greeted by a worker, who explained she could do nothing, but called someone who supposedly could. They promised to call back. 96 hours later, we have still not heard a word from them. I do not recommend booking through this agency.

Don't - I am happy to report that after posting this review Vacations Made Easy reached out to me and gave me a full refund for my package - including the show we did get to attend. Additionally they gave me a $100 gift card to our favorite restaurant for the disappointment and problems experienced.

It was easy. I bought my tickets online and they sent a confirmation number and that's all there was to it. I've been to Dolly's Stampede before years ago and are now taking our granchildren for their birthday
Charged boat tour in Lake Tahoe twice the price of the boat tour with lunch without any food.
Description was not clear that food was not included.
When we found out, we tried to cancel, but representative didn't allow cancellation.
We called or credit card to cancel the transaction.
Absurd.
I bought a Buy One Get one free ticket. They do not display the price. I booked it and it was late when I realized they doubled the price and gave a discount. Do your research before buying any ticket through this company. The lowest price guaranty is a joke. They ask you to sign up with Norton. They want us to buy another ticket and then provide it as proof.

Was a great experience, found tickets pick the number of people going, paid and then I picked up the tickets next morning. Only thing I didn't like was that they should send tickets to Email instead of you having to pick them up. But over all a great experience. Would highly recommend.
Purchased 2 tickets to the Sounds of Motown for 116.00. When we got to the show and exchanged our vouchers for tickets, the price on each ticket was 25.00. So I paid Vacationsmadeeasy 116.00 for 2 tickets which should have cost me 50.00. Total rip-off.
This is a scam. We thought we were on the vendor's site. Not until we paid and tried to get our vouchers did we learn we were on Vacations Made Easy site. Then we were given the option to pick up our ticket or print it out. We tried to print but were told that was not allowed. We received two more emails telling us to print out our vouchers but each time we were not allowed to print. When we went to pick up the vouchers, we were directed to a business office. There were no signs posted and finding their office took about 20 minutes. Then we found out why they wanted us to come in. They wanted us to listen to their time share speal! We were able to get our vouchers without listening. This was a Tahoe paddle boat tour. Stay away from these people if you can help it. But I do not know how to avoid them when we thought we were on the vendor's site.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Looked like I was booking with best western ended up with this site said 100 percent refund if canceled within certain time. When I got email not confirming best western but this companies website. I immediately called to cancel because I wanted to book through hotel. They said they would give me a voucher with 100 percent of cost or refund me 60 percent to my credit card even though the reservation is not even completed. I have to wait 72 hours for confirmation.

Stay away from this company. Even the Better Business Bureau warns individuals to be careful in dealing with them. As everyone is aware many events both now and in the future are being cancelled due the COVID-19 virus since no one quite knows when we will get back to normal. Due to the virus our travel plans were cancelled. In addition, at 76 I don't need to take chances of being exposed to the virus.
I called Vacations Made Easy that sell tickets to the Grand Old Opry performances to cancel my tickets. I was told that I could not cancel with paying a penalty of almost $70.00. Given that most companies are bending over backwards to help Americans impacted by the virus, I find it selfish and unthinkable that Vacations Made Easy would try to profit from this pandemic.
A very greedy organization with terrible customer relations. If you see these name come up on any ticket sales, just save yourself lots of headaches and click "delete."
Scam- no tickets! Wouldn't give back money. Bought tickets from them for $188 and on the official ticket sales site were $122. Allison the sales rep manager was rude kept telling me it was their policy to take some of your refund even after a few hours after ordering and she couldn't do anything. I don't buy that-all US companies can do what ever they need to make customers happy and satisfied. Then she told me this is just going round and round and she hung up on me. Not sure how people can work for dishonest companies. Please save yourself frustration and money. I live and learn.

Please go to official Ticket sales sites. They are a 3rd party and use their own inflated pricing. Also take part of your payment if cancelled. Wouldn’t even work with me on looking at their inflated pricing. Save yourself time and money by going somewhere else.

I went online to buy tickets to Redneck Comedy Bus in Nashville. Once I received the confirmation email and following one which informed me I had to pick up vouchers at an office (couldn't be emailed to me), I was annoyed and wanted to cancel and get a refund. This was within 24 hours of the booking. VME informed me I had 2 choices; get 75% refund back to credit card or 100% as VMW gift certificate. I told them this is terrible customer service and plan to fight this with my credit card company. They said "you agreed to the terms when you booked it", so perhaps there's fine print to be read. I will never, ever do business with this firm again - what a complete rip-off. Beware and save yourself the grief. Unbelievable. (I later booked direct and am glad I did.)
This company severely overcharges. Tickets were $44.95 at the windows. Had purchased 3 tickets and was charged $76.17 per person! This is almost double. Sales tax was only 11.5%. Will never use this company again. Call the venues directly to get your tickets. Called to get a receipt breakdown. They don't do that they say. They don't want you to see what you are paying. Sounds like what scammers do. I didn't even want to give it a star at all but it wouldn't let me do a review.

The process was longer than expected but the presentation and staff were thorough. The presenter offered me his jacket because the air conditioning system was cranked.lol. They took the time to clearly explain the owners program.
We were in the Clearwater area on October 29th and did 2 excursions thru Vacations Made Easy. We booked Clearwater Dolphin Cruise and Calypso Queen Tropical Party Buffet Cruise which totaled $566.11 that included a processing fee of $47.08. When we got to the excursions we found out we could have gotten both deals combined for $289.76. I called Vacations Made Easy after we got home and asked how they could charge $276.35 above the retailers. They informed they didn't release they were that much more then the vendors but they would not refund any of our money. So beware of these scammers.

Was unable to select seats when I was ordering on line. Had to call customer service to get the information - that seats were chosen by default. Just hoping they work out for us.
However I was able to get assistance on this from Darryl when I picked up the vouchers.

The process was easy, the staff was friendly and caring. The boat felt safe. My major hiccup was we went sightseeing and did not see any dolphins. We understand things happen, but l do feel as if half of the money should be given back. On the vacation made website it says gaurenteed to see dolphins. When l called to speak with a manager, l was sent to a voicemail. So l questioned, if this was just money gauging ship. I am aware that it is fish and it's unpredictable but that's false advertising if this is the case.

The BOGO tickets are a great deal on the site. Recommend reading your agreements before purchasing if there is a chance you might cancel. Folks in the reviews are rough on penalties assumed for cancelling…but these items are disclosed in the terms you sign. I suggest reading them to save you and the company a hastle. Also, learned my lesson (didn't read) needed to pick up vouchers from their location and I assumed it was electronic. Customer service was professional and worked to resolve my issues. Many good deals found here, just take the time to read:-)
