Company was very thorough keeping us posted to puck up tickets. We got lured into another sales presentation. UGGGH. Why do I always say yes to these 90 minute presentations that ruin my vacation every single time. I know it will be high pressure and 4 hours later but I will post again after and see how bad it is
The lady who gave us our tickets was extremely rude when I wasn't interested in the Wyndham promotion. While trying to tell her to not be offended, nothing personal, she said "it's all good- I just like being spoken to with respect and as a person ". I left feeling horrible and will not purchase from this company again.
I recently made a hotel reservation and experienced a delay in payment processing. However, after about two hours, the payment went through. Later on, I received a call from the hotel informing me that all rooms were fully booked and no rooms were available for me. I was frustrated and asked for a refund for the inconvenience, but unfortunately, no one was able to assist me. I feel like I was scammed.

My parents bought 2 tickets to the Grand Ole Opry through this agency. When I called to see if we could add a 3rd ticket and still sit together, the "supervisor" Shelby said they couldn't guarantee that we could sit together and that it would take up to 72 hrs. To make the changes. Are you kidding me? They charge a fee to supposedly make things "easy". When I told her that I could buy my own tickets through the Grand Ole Opry website real-time and without their outrageous handling fees, she became nasty, unprofessional, to the point that I asked to cancel the tickets at a $100 loss. I rather give them a beggar's sympathy fee than do business with an agency that has such nasty supervisors. They should change the name of the agency to "Vacations that make life miserable". Avoid doing business with this agency, it is better to go directly to the venue's website.

I quite by accident double booked because it was not clear from the site that I had completed the reservation. When I called to make sure that I had not double booked, I was told that I could only receive 65% of the cost of the reservation if I canceled the mistake I had made. Such a scam. I am not at all happy with this.
The mistake was mine and I acknowledge that, but was an honest mistake. The next day a representative notified me and very kindly resolved the problem. I would recommend this business.

They charged me $20 EXTRA per person on the Pirate voyage show! You can buy the tickets much cheaper through the actual show! They are a rip off! Their number is on the website when you google the pirate show so be careful what number you call! They say it isn't on there but it is so BEWARE! RIP OFFS!

Bought tickets from this company the bus tour was a complete waste of money not comical at all it was just about the moonshine still in gatlinberg and if you're not a drunk you will be out of place on this tour we left the tour when it stoped at the still in gatlinberg and rode the trolley back to our cars I called the company to see about a refund and they said no.

We purchased tickets for the Legends in Concert. We were charged $323.81 for four VIP tickets. When we received the tickets at the show the face value for the tickets was $199.80. The upcharge for the tickets was $124.00 or 62%

Ok we had reservations for a cruise then because of Covid it was canceled, then they want to give us a dinner show! That was canceled! So they offered a carriage ride through Nashville! We paid of course $246! Got on the carriage ride on September 17 and the girl knew nothing! Now when I call they refuse to give me a refund! They claim once you do it you can't get a refund! How were we suppose to know! DONT EVER USE THESE PEOPLE!
It was relatively easy to book my cruise until I got to the part where you expected aprinted voucher and then demanded to know how I loved my experience so far after I told you I had no access to a printer as I was travelling. It has been annoying so far!

I attended the General Jackson Showboat Lunch Cruise in Nashville, TN. Purchasing the tickets went smoothly with Vacations Made Easy. I placed the ticket order online and picked up the tickets the next day (on my way to the cruise) from their Nashville office. Vacations Made Easy sent me numerous e-mails with pertinent information regarding my trip and contacted me by phone just to make sure everything was going smoothly. I will be using Vacations Made Easy for all my future vacations.

I am a single mom and small business owner. I wanted to treat my daughter to a little vacationand made the mistake of booking tickets through Vacations Made Easy. They overcharged me by over $100. When I called to tell them about it, Jahvan told me I should have done "my due diligence." So my fault I called them. I got to them from Trip Advisor, so ALWAYS call the venue directly or book online. Do NOT call Vacations Made Easy.

Very pleasant. I was pleased to find out that you can save additional money if you reserve all your itineraries over the phone. In the future, we will book everything through an agent.
Their ads pop up and look like your purchasing tickets from the theater (seating charts and all). Instead they are a 3rd party vender that overcharges (sometimes double the price) on tickets and then you have to go to there customer service center to pick up a voucher to then go stand in line at the box office to pick up your tickets. The customer service center proceeds to try to get you to sign up for a timeshare sales pitch. This is a new twist for a timeshare scam to over charge you for tickets. Usually they at least give stuff away. What a rip off. Buyer beware!
This is absolutely the worse place to go thru... they way over charge for stuff and refuse to refund all of YOUR money even if you cancel within a hour...

Whatever you do don't go thru these people absolute ripoff, wife ordered tickets to dinner and à show, thought she was going thru box office tickets ended up Casting 50$ more à piece, they refuse to refund my purchase said they don't refund same day sales they're 48hr refund police starts next day after purchase which is useless. When the show is 6hrs away lesson learned I guess very shady company gouvernement should prosecute people like this who ripoff consumer on a regular basis
