Company was very thorough keeping us posted to puck up tickets. We got lured into another sales presentation. UGGGH. Why do I always say yes to these 90 minute presentations that ruin my vacation every single time. I know it will be high pressure and 4 hours later but I will post again after and see how bad it is
The lady who gave us our tickets was extremely rude when I wasn't interested in the Wyndham promotion. While trying to tell her to not be offended, nothing personal, she said "it's all good- I just like being spoken to with respect and as a person ". I left feeling horrible and will not purchase from this company again.
Everything has been good so far. I like that they are very easy to understand. When I went to go pick up my tickets it was easy and all the people there were nice.
We purchased tickets for General Jackson, Nashville, Tenn, and a salesperson approached us. He was excellent, and he was the reason we signed up for the presentation. We went early as expected, and when I signed the paperwork, I did not make enough to be part of your presentation. The female approached us. She came with a refund for our forty dollars and stated we did not qualify. She never verified what is or actual income, and we exceed 100k a year. Fortunately for us, we were asked to leave, and if we had attended the presentation, we would have missed the tour. Our experience was highly dissatisfying, and we would not recommend these folks to anyone.
Great so fast and easy! Can't wait to see if it's as easy as they make it seem. We go on our first real vacation as a family next month. We're soo excited

Easy reservation system to navigate online. Follow up by staff via email. Not totally clear on whether voucher pickup location is same as location to meet jeeps?
I like how affordable the package is for a family of 4. It was a smooth process and even if you don't have your vouchers, they can still look up the info with your name and order number.
These people are the worst. Within minutes after accidently placing an order on their site because I thought they were an authorized ticket seller, I tried to cancel it. The web site says it couldn't be cancelled, despite the fact that it had NOT been processed. They pestered me with numerous phone calls for 3 days, when I finally sent them another email. They still had not processed my order, but within minutes of my email again requesting cancellation, they processed the order. So now I am out over $200, as I already bought RESERVED seat tickets on an authorized website. (Their seats were not reserved and their BBB reputation is HORRIBLE - over 100 complaints, and 87% bad reviews.
We went to the Grand Ole Opry and was some how sent yo this sight. They over charged me for ticket to the Country Music Hall of Fame with a tour of studio B by $50.00! DO NOT USE THIS SIGHT! Then they try to scam you into some time share sales pitch to get $100 bucks back! LIARS AND CHEATS! Tickets are at a time share place!

Great price and easy checkout. Only thing to make it better is to be able to print out tickets at home or use mobile device, instead of having to pick up.
This business is a scam. They overcharge and their customer service is bad too. Do NOT use this company for any tickets, they over price the venues by at least 100%.

Better Business Bureau is advising consumers to use caution when considering doing business with Vacations Made Easy. BBB has received a pattern of consumer complaints alleging failure to deliver tickets purchased or failure to send tickets in a timely manner, failure to cancel orders, consumers thought they were making reservations at a specific hotel and received their voucher and it was another hotel, failure to disclose conditions of events and tours, failure to issue refunds, false and misleading advertising, and poor customer service.
BBB sent a letter to the company with its concerns. The company responded to the letter. The company states, "any customer complaints are thoroughly investigated and resolved with emphasis on preventing the problem from occurring in the future." The company indicated it will meet with its staff to review policies and find ways to improve as a company. Sure they do!
I have tried to reach someone in the customer resolution department for almost 2 weeks now. They absolutely let me pick a hotel and then gave me vouchers for a different one that was filthy and we would not even stay at it cost us an addition $850 for the weekend to find a last minute place to stay.
They should be ashamed - please don't use this company.
I would give 0 stars if I could.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL OVERCHARGE YOU AND RIP U OFF! They overcharged me by $79.28 for the venues we picked. When I contacted them to get a refund for the over charge, they offered me a 5% credit ($10). The 'supervisor' I spoke to was very rude and ended up hanging up on me without doing anything to help. I now have to dispute the charges via my credit card company.
THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE! SCAM ARTIST! Even stated on the BBB site that the are not a reputable business! Our family was charged $47 for $25 tickets if we would have purchased directly from pirate adventure site! Very poor customer service. Even states on their hold message while waiting for a supervisor something like. "they understand that you are upset, but please still be courteous!" Yet when I pressed for a solution the manager hung up on me!

Vacations Made Easy is a fraud with bait and switch all the way. I wanted to order tickets for the Grand Ole Opry and found myself on this rip off site... however, I didn't know it until it was too late. I thought I was ordering direct from the Opry. There were only 2 categories of seats - regular and deluxe. There were maps highlighting the deluxe seats. I chose that at a whopping $98 (later found out it's $25 MORE than buying direct at the Opry.) They confirmed, but didn't give me the seats. So the next day I called. They gave me seats in the nosebleed section... seats that were NOT on the original deluxe seat chart that is posted on their website. They were horrible to deal with. You can't cancel and get a full refund even within 24 hours! Don't waste your time or money here... only go to the Opry website, but be careful because this one pops up. Someone should close them down. This rating is not for the Grand Ole Opry... it's probably fantastic, I just didn't know how to get attention to this fraudulent company selling tickets to it.
Okay The only big con was that they wouldn't let me cancel 1 ticket out of 8. We had an emergency come up and one of our traveler's is unable to come on the trip

Easy and quick. Had decided to come to Pigeon Forge at the last minute and wanted to have some reservation activities reserved before arriving. Every thing was reserved when we arrived! Less stress!
Simple and easy transaction only issue is having to go to a different place for voucher than where rje pick up location is. Vouchers should be emailed
