Company was very thorough keeping us posted to puck up tickets. We got lured into another sales presentation. UGGGH. Why do I always say yes to these 90 minute presentations that ruin my vacation every single time. I know it will be high pressure and 4 hours later but I will post again after and see how bad it is
The lady who gave us our tickets was extremely rude when I wasn't interested in the Wyndham promotion. While trying to tell her to not be offended, nothing personal, she said "it's all good- I just like being spoken to with respect and as a person ". I left feeling horrible and will not purchase from this company again.

Both tours we booked with them didn't go as planned. The first one was a riverboat tour. We got there and the company had no record of our tickets, AND THE TOUR HAD BEEN CANCELED. The originating company was nice enough to re-book us on a later tour, and eventually found our reservation with incorrect contact information, both phone number and first name.
The second tour was for what we thought and was advertised as a cemetery tour. Nope! It was a "walk by the outside of a cemetery" which is like saying a "tour of the empire state building" when they walk by it on the street.
Their phone tree lies about the help desk being domestic as the reason they aren't available, and then gives incorrect times they will be open when compared to the website. The information on their mobile site is different than on the main website.
Just don't use these guys. Absolutely no use.

Do not order through this site. Ordered tickets by mistake on the day before being in town. It was sold out the next day. Realized literally 30 seconds after ordered call and they would not cancel and refund. You can book the same events through other more reputable and honest websites for cheaper prices with better refund policies. Stay away.
Woke up that morning feeling so sick to my stomach. Ended up missing the boat. When I called them; they had absolutely nothing in place for this situation. Once you are in this situation where it's out of your control; no refunds no rollover into anything else they just pocket your money and that's the end of it. Very poor management if you ask me. These situations are bound to happen to people they should expect that. This was my first and last time ever using them and I will make sure that all my friends are aware of my experience with this place. Horrible!

This company will not refund your money under any circumstance. They have very kind employees that are given no ability to make the customer happy. Do not go through this company if you have any concern whatsoever that your plans might change. Their policies will swallow your money completely. It is no wonder why they are not certified by the better business bureau. Do not waste your money. Find a business with more integrity and better customer service. They even have a prerecorded message when transferred to a supervisor that they "understand you might be very upset but to please be polite". That is never a good sign. I feel terrible for the poor supervisors. Will not be supporting this company in the future.

Fine if you actually deliver the tickets it would be fine. Before I had to pick them up in an obvious sales pitch for time shares and it looks like you are going to do that again. That practice is unethical and aggravates me. When you charge as much for service fees I should get the vouchers via Email or regular mail and not have to put up with this kind of cheap marketing ploy.

Very disappointed with the return policy. Bought tickets for a tourist attraction later in the week and found out we had a family member pass away the same day. Called to ask for a refund and there is a 35% cancellation fee! Even for a death in the family they said that was the fee! Ended up selling the tickets to some other visitors but it still cost me $7. Much better than the $22 that it would have cost me for the "cancellation"!

First sold me a hotel room that did not exist, refunded and called me to book a new room. Promised me on the phone that I could cancel if I found a hotel closer to the original they promised. Ripped me off for $23.30 cancelation fee when I did.
Web info did not tell you (1) you would be required to pick up the "vouchers" in person (all tickets are available online now, and that is your customer's assumption) and (2) would be required to experience a sales pitch situation just to personally pick up those vouchers; until AFTER I had put in my credit card info to commit to the purchase of the music show tickets. Felt completely deceived, and of course did not buy anything else as a result; and will share only this deceived experience if your company ever comes up in conversation. Sorry...just being honest.
Looking forward to having some fun! Disappointed that I asked for itinerary & voucher info but didn't get anything.

Kinda confused never saw senior/military discount, didn't get to choose seating, but other than that it was an awesome trip and they took really good care of transporting my disabled husband from deck to deck. Thank you
Do not use vacations made easy. They charged us $20 more per dinner ticket than if we had bought them at the door. They also charge you $50 to make changes to your reservation and if you have to cancel, they only give you 65% of your refund. We had to make a change and they still got it wrong. Terrible service. I will never use them again.

Terrible experience! Motel they booked us in after confirming Holiday Inn was horrid. No elevator, filthy, lack of towels, dirty blankets, carpet was sticky, no breakfast bar, smoke smell was so strong we gagged. Company would not do a thing!

Hard to get in touch with anyone on the phone. When I did, they didn't have the Initial reservation I booked available anymore. Had to book it for a day later, had to pay for a hotel
For another day to be able to go. The location where you pick up tickets is not close to the site, even though they claim it is. When I left I was clearly in a hurry and the rep was trying to get me to sign up for what I can only guess is a timeshare or some other money making scheme. Completely ridiculous! Not a vacation made easy by a long shot. More like a bad middleman between you and the fun you want to have.

Wanna know something? We never run out. We could print tickets for a black friday crowd and have enough for the weekend.

Very disappointed that they were not able to deliver my tickets electronically. I had to drive 45 minutes with 2 young children in severe heat to pick the vouchers up in person. In this electronic age this is unacceptable. I suspect it was a marketing strategy yo make me purchase something else. Well it backfired as I would not buy anything from this group again. I felt duped by them!
