Company was very thorough keeping us posted to puck up tickets. We got lured into another sales presentation. UGGGH. Why do I always say yes to these 90 minute presentations that ruin my vacation every single time. I know it will be high pressure and 4 hours later but I will post again after and see how bad it is
The lady who gave us our tickets was extremely rude when I wasn't interested in the Wyndham promotion. While trying to tell her to not be offended, nothing personal, she said "it's all good- I just like being spoken to with respect and as a person ". I left feeling horrible and will not purchase from this company again.
No mention was made that I would have to drive to pick up the show voucher. Very deceptive advertising.

My husband and I had a trip scheduled to Myrtle Beach S. C. for 3/26-30. We bought tickets to two events but in light of the travel restrictions and "STATES OF EMERGENCY" in our home state and S. C. we chose to reschedule. VME would not accommodate this request at all and we basically gave them $200 for being a horrible company. We will never do business with them again. When schools are being closed and other public venues are postponing or cancelling events one would think that rescheduling would not be a problem. We would have still gone and they would not have lost any funds but just at a different time.
Very disappointing. Great American business... Way to support the country
Vacations made easy I ordered 2 tickets to red neck comedy tour bus and paid for them and then found out we had a issue about going the next day so called to get a refund and they said we could only get 65 percent of the money back witch I was not happy with since it had only been like 12 hours since purchased. Will not use app again

When I bought tickets to a show the online transaction somehow went through this company. They sent multiple misleading emails implying I HAD to go to their welcome center to get the tickets. When I got there they tried to sign me up for some Wyndham resorts tour/sales pitch (only 2 hours of your time! We'll pay you $200!). When I declined, they upped the offer to $300 to listen to the resort sales pitch (so if you're interested in that, hold out for the bigger bucks).
But I don't go on vacation to listen to sales pitches, so took my ticket vouchers and left.
Then come to find out, the show was holding my "real" tickets under my name at the box office and I didn't need to go to the welcome center at all. So annoying!

I felt the need to leave a review because last night I got extreme anxiety reading some other reviews online that made me think this place was a scam. They are a third party, so you are going to pay more by using them than if you would just go to the website of the place you are going, however, they have to make money too. That's EVERY business. They were very friendly and helpful when we went to pick up our ticket for the Pirates Voyage Dinner and Show. They didn't try to sell us anything or hold us hostage for any reason. They simply gave us our tickets and wished us well on our vacation. No harm done! While I was going through all of my anxiety due to other reviews, I had a question about the difference in a voucher and a ticket, and quite frankly, whether I'd even be admitted to the show. I called the show who confirmed our reservation and then picked up my ticket from the address that I was provided. No hang ups or anything! Hope this helps!
So far so good. Skeptical after reading all of the negative reviews. Hopefully all goes well. I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with how well the process worked. I asked lots of questions and went so far as to contact Rocky Top Mountain Coaster in Pigeon Forge where I was interested in buying the 2 for 1 special in order to make certain they would honor my voucher. By going through vacations made easy we saved a bundle on our group. Well worth the extra effort I went through to double check all the details. I would encourage people to ask questions, make sure of their plans, and read the entire "fine print" before purchasing not only this product as I do with anything I buy that I don't wish to throw away money. For me vacations made easy did just that and saved me a few bucks in the process.

Wish tickets were held at theater Will Call instead of getting the voucher at their office by 6pm... we called because we would not be in town until about 6.30 so Bretton and the helpful phone staff managed to get the theater to have the tickets for us... I ordered 10 tickets from the Vacations Made Easy link via the event site. Tickets were to arrive via email in 72-hours. No tickets were received. I called Vacations Made Easy with the confirmation number, asking where were the tickets. For my inconvenience of calling her, a lady offered a gift card for $100 free, with shipping cost. I told her I only want my tickets, not interested in a gift card. She immediately hung up on me. I did covered the gift card was provided once I agree to look at their properties. I cancelled all ticket charges and went through the event site direct.
Rep very nice. Enjoyed the show! However, when customers book, describe in better detail or give map for tourists to aid in finding the venue. We got there just 2 minutes before start. Had to search internet for satellite pic to find.
Booked hotel and then received an email to go to some office to receive coupons/vouchers for hotel once we get in town. Within minutes. I called immediately to cancel, then informed that only 100% would be on gift card. 25% fee for cancellation.
How are these people ripping people off?

Bought tickets to the Hatfield s and McCoy's dinner show in Pigeon Forge, TN. Online and got back a email subject line print off vouchers. I figured not problem. When it was time for the show we learned that would would have to go to their sales site 1.25 hours from where we were staying to pick up the "tickets" as the vouchers were not acceptable at will call. I asked for tickets to be emailed as the show was about to start and they said no. They also would not refund money. My advice. Stay away.
This third-party booking company is awful! It's nothing but a big inconvenience to you while you are near a vacation. The entertainment that they have a book is also not any better. Run from this company. Check the Better Business Bureau for a track record of very poor reviews.

The room was absolutely deplorable. Stains on the sofa.had stains Holes in the lampshades furniture OLD. Drawers didn't shut drapes broken. Sink faucet loose. Phone didn't work. No internet. We paid $300 to change our flight to leave early and go home. And. More sales pitches. As new members and our first Wyndham vacation we totally regret our purchase
Wish I knew where my seats are. I know I checked preferred seating but was not given any opportunity to see a floor plan or make any seating choices. My rating could easily change for the better if I knew where I was sitting. Also, it seems in this day and age I should be able to get my seats via digitally instead of having to drive to a location during my vacation to pick them up. I am calling American Express and asking them to please not follow through with this purchase.

This business failed to dispute charges for a tour that I scheduled but could not make because of illness.
I am an 87 years old cardiac patient who scheduled the Myrtle Beach to Charleston tour. On the morning of the tour, I had heart issues and was afraid to go on the ten hours
Tour. Immediately texted the bus company about my issues.
Later, called the company and explained situation and asked for a refund. Was told by Nina that was not possible because of the company's policy of notifying the company 48 hours prior to the tour. What kind of logic is that? How could one know if sickness or some other tragic event would occur?
I asked for another decision maker. Nina said she made the decision on these matters.
I offered to provide documentation on my
Medical issues via my cardiologist.
Surely, the executives of this company has had the foresight to handle such situations.

When canceling a reservation made by my 8-year-old, within an hour of placing the order, they refused to give me my money back. My options were to receive a gift card for another tour with the company OR 35% back due to a cancellation fee. Beware of this when booking through this company.
Why do y'all have to continuously badger clients with this crap? Y'all are as bad as those bottom feeding time share sellers. Stop bothering me. I bought my tickets to Dixie Stampede and that's all I wanted.

I don't know where these 5 star ratings came from, they must be fake. Check other review sites. Wish I would have read other reviews. Charged me for a show add on that I never authorized. Only got a refund after I told them I'd just decline the credit card charges. Also had to pick up the tickets in person at a place that doesn't have the same name as this company (confusing). Then after I pick them up, these tickets are all of a sudden available online after I was told on the phone they could only be picked up. Liars, liars, liars!

I realized that your company is trying to make more money by additional offers, but I should not have to go somewhere other that the venue to get my tickets.
The lady who printed our tickets was awesome.
I cancelled my order 2 weeks before and was told I could only get 65% returned or a voucher for 100%.
I read (too late) the reviews. Please just book yourself and not pay these people for something we can do. They also give you vouchers not tickets so you still have to wait in lines.
*** They called me the following day and spoke with me about my concerns. I explained that 2 weeks should be long enough period to cancel and they agreed and gave me 100% of my money back. When I called on Sunday the gentleman was rude and just said " that's what we do" but the next day when they called and really listened I think they understood what I was saying.

This company would not give me a refund or a voucher on a dolphin cruise booking that I know I booked on 5/24 but somehow got changed to 5/10. I read several other reviews (after the fact) that said the same thing. This company is fraudulent and based out of India as there customer service is horrible!

A week prior to a dinner show in Pigeon Forge I called to cancel as a family member had a stroke and we would not be able to travel. 35% cancellation fee? For seats they still have a week to sell?
Two other vendors in the area gave full refunds. The almighty dollar appears to be the only reason this company exists. Sad from an areas of the country still steeped in family values.
Will not recommend and will even recommend against anyone using this company.

As another reviewer has stated - "Fool me once". I was searching for a show in Pigeon Forge for our vacation. Unfortunately, this site came up. It advertised savings on various shows. I selected one and was charged $120 for two tickets. When I got to the theater, I realized the actual price was only $97. I had a feeling that something wrong when I was told I had to pickup my tickets at their office instead of printing them myself or picking them up at the box office. Save your money. Go to the theater or the place you are staying for tickets.
Easy directions to follow. Everything was done in order.
All about selling you a timeshare. Will not refund you for any reason, even if you buy the tickets 5 minutes earlier. They are a terrible company with terrible customer service. Go somewhere else and save yourself the headache.
