They change pricing at the end without telling you, and you just have to catch it. They also made me agree to a security deposit, then nearly doubled it. I didn't sign up with this horrible outfit after that, and after reading some reviews online, I'm very glad we didn't.

Nathalie Cohen is the worst. Not only do I not recommend this group, I actually hope she goes into another line of business where she isn't deceiving people.

Nathalie and her team at VacaZon are professional, diligent and tenacious in finding the right rental for your vacation experience. We reached out to her earlier in the year and her recommendation that we wait until a few weeks before our planned stay was on point. As a result, we ended up reserving a gorgeous five bedroom house in North Miami Beach with an exceptionally accommodating host. Between the hundreds of emails and telephone calls, she was patient and willingly answered any question we had. Thank you Nathalie! We had a great time.

Nathalie and Vacazon provided a first class experience from start to finish. She not only was quick to respond to our vacation rental inquiry, but further added value by taking the time to listen to our specific situation and needs.

She went out of her way to redirect me from a property that I was interested in initially, to a better property at a better price point that for our needs.

I came down to Miami Beach for my bachelor party. VacaZon arranged a great house for us with all the amenities we were looking for on short notice. They made sure we had access to the house at the time we arrived, and went over everything in detail. Our house was spic and span upon arrival, and the checking our process was painless. We got our security deposit back in full much sooner than expected as well! Overall, I was very pleased with the trip, and VacaZon's willingness to help us find our exact match within our budget!

I would recommend VacaZon and will certainly use them on my next vacation.

What a caring, sophisticated customer service team! Rarely do you find a vacation rentals company with such a great reputation that has time to take care of your every need. I happen to be a very picky customer, and despite this the agent that was assigned to me still answered every phone call before and during my stay regarding every question I had. And what a beautiful house! I stayed at the Meditteranean Masterpiece and it was one of the best vacations that our family has every taken. Now we love Florida, and we cant wait 'till our next excuse for a vacation!

Vacation - not so... I had one day to myself while everyone else had plans - so, with nothing like just sitting by the pool to do, I did the property manager's job. Let's see - who showed up that day: the guy to do the grass; the actual owner just used her key and walked in on me scaring my heart into my throat and then of course the following day there was 2 of us sitting by the pool when the pool guy showed up, plus the dishwasher did NOT work when we got there; the microwave made a sound but did NOT heat up anything; 2 deck chairs broke through seats the first day we got there and then of course no one told us about the garbage day process. Very disillusioned and would NEVER recommend where we stayed to anyone - I like my friends! Just an idea of who this site represents.

I have used Nathalie and Vacazon twice in the past year to find amazing vacation rentals to host my wife's bridal shower and most recently, our daughter's first birthday. Nathalie was monumental in making a fabulous experience for my family. We decided to have Nathalie find us the most amazing mega mansion resort rental for our family to have a reunion and celebrate our daughter's first birthday. The house was breath-taking and we had an amazing time. Only issue was the home was not ready at our pre-determined check-in time, but nonetheless, the home was clean, fresh, and just purely amazing. The entire family is raving this was our best family event EVER! We plan to use Vacazon for any future vacation rentals.
