I enjoyed my experience with Vacazon. They were very helpful in searching for properties that meet my criteria. Even though I could not book with them Jacob gave me one on one attention that was very helpul.

We booked an owner's Residence Suite at the King David Residence in Jerusalem, only to find out that VacaZon would not honor the rate. I suppose we are lucky, since after reading the other reviews on this site it sounds like we would have gotten ripped off... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
I RENTED MY HOME TO A LYING MESSY GROUP FOR A MEASLY RENT. VACAZON REPRESENTED THEM AS BEING A GROUP OF 6 WHICH IN FACT WERE 20. TO DATE MY HOME SUFFERED MUCH DAMAGE AND YET THEY STILL DEFEND THE CLIENT.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH VACAZON. YOUR BOUND FOR TROUBLE BY THEY'RE LACK OF CONSIDERATION AND UNPROFESSIONALISM WITH PROPERTY OWNERS.
I was very happy and satisfied with the service at Vacazon. The property they offered was nicer then on the pictures. I would definitely work with them again.
Worst people to do business with EVER. They lied about the condition of the property, they did nothing to get the conditions into livable conditions even after our group had been there for two days. They had the manager of the property do a walk through of the property, and even after that refused to give us back our deposit. Theives, Liars, and completely unprofessional. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
They are a bunch of liars and thieves - they just take your money and put you in any place they find available - really dishonest
