Our dog made an ugly turn during the middle of the night. I was able to schedule them online with great ease. Dr. Ishak communicated everything that would happen and prepared us for what to expect. He was so very kind, considerate and respectful. Putting down a pet is terribly hard and painful but Valley vet made it as painless as possible for all parties involved.

Shipping is a challenge. Time for transit confirms need to order in advance. Especially if product is important. Otherwise the process was good. Rep on phone very pleasant and clear. Will purchase again.
Flicks works better than any other fly spray Ive tried. I highly recommend this product. It also contains no harsh chemicals which is an added bonus. Ive used it for 2 summers now with great results. My horse, who is boarded outside, is way more comfortable.
