I have ordered prescription meds each month for the past year for my 15 year old Australian Cattle Dog. Every order has been filled without a problem, and received quickly. You can't beat their prices and customer service.

Received in good time. Husband tried on and were smaller than advertised. Ordered a Large (tags indicated L) but measurements matched that of a medium. Husband needed them ASAP.
Good product just didn't receive the correct size.

Purchased some meds. Waited and heard nothing nor seen any notifications. So attempted to call and their mail box was full( Non-Professional). So notified Paypal. They Refunded immediatly and offered no apologies or explanation.
Overall fine. Just slow from Vet's end. We as farmers need a quicker way to get routine meds for pets/livestock. And most vets insist on farm call or office visit in $400-$600 ranges for routine vaccinations, meds and support that doesn't really require veterinarian action.
Our country will soon implode as farmers are driven more and more away from big pharma and money hungry "doctors".
I HAD been a customer for over 30 years, probably closer to 40 years. I recently bought an expensive order needed for the health of my animal. That animal died suddenly (completely unrelated to the order/nature thereof). I called Customer Service and explained I'm a loyal customer for decades and what had happened and I have no remaining animals. They REFUSED to accept my return of the UNOPENED products, which were completely uncompromised and also still MORE than a year and a half away from expiration (also, are NOT refrigerated items.) QUICK to take my money and then, screw me after the fact. NO reciprocal loyalty whatsoever. STAY AWAY.
Overall, would give a great experience, but... ordered a trainers lead, item *******, was not same as shown in the catalog and the swivel snap is broken.
Lack of communication on a prescription order was frustrating. It took over a month to get order. Would have been nice too have some email updates so I could easily understand what was causing the delay. Other mail order placed do that. Will give them another shot.
