I love seeing all the great products at great prices! I was looking for a specific item (just one thing! Lol) and I ended up with like 13 things in my cart I had to take some stuff out but they make it very easy to delete an item (I will get back to them though!) I also love the fact that they are a small business local shop! I love supporting independent businesses, as I own one as well!
This experience was one of the best in my life! I continuously got updated on the status of my order and it arrived super fast. I ordered me and my boyfriend some mystery box shirts and they ended up being so cool. I was a little nervous at first with not knowing what we were going to get but all of the shirts had great graphics. The shirts were also very soft and a little thick but still breathable. I would definitely recommend this company and will be buying more stuff in the future.
I got four things from here, a ripped knit sweater, a lolita dress, a pair of two tone pants with little bats on them, and another striped sweater with bondage straps. I loved the knit sweater, it's one of my favorite sweaters now. The dress was really cute and it fit decently well. I thought it would be more form fitting around the waist but other than that it was beautiful. The stripped sweater was huge despite me getting a small. I think it's meant to be super big as a stylistic choice but it was kinda just disappointing so I returned it. My biggest concern was with the pants. Online the color looked like it was mint green and that's the reason I bought them but when they arrived they were actually a dark forest green. I was not happy with the false advertising or the dark green color so I returned them too.
I'm alternative so I think I stumbled upon the website after searching up blue & black goth, emo, punk, attire. A single item popped up on the search, it was that knit sweater. I think I might have also gotten my tripp pants from ya'll but I don't remember.
I purchased two pairs of pants. One was great and the other was covered in stains which I had to return. The return process was fine so I will likely continue ordering in the future. I'm 32 waist and typically wear Medium pants. I noticed a lack of my size on the website. Stocking my size more frequently will result in me making more purchases! Thanks!

We had originally ordered a pair of boots but it was missing a strap. You were able to send us a replacement, which I was very happy with. It didn't come on time for the event i wanted them for but I made it work.
Once I told them I was missing a strap they offered to replace or give me a discount. Both great options. I chose a new strap and it was sent out right away.

The shirt was really cute but disappointed that it was a big plastic feeling iron on. For the price of the shirt I thought it would be screen printed. So if you are looking for quality for the price you pay it was not this shirt. I gave 4 stars because ordering was easy and prompt shipping.

I received my item at the right date, and was provided with immediate support when I contacted their support team to check up on my order. They were incredibly friendly and kind, and answered all my questions. I received my package wrapped very nicely, no damage or tears. Everything arrived in a timely fashion
I got a little spooked when I suddenly got a call from UPS services asking for additional payments on my package, so I quickly asked VampireFreaks customer service if this was something that happened frequently, just making sure I wasn't getting scammed. They reassured me everything was fine, responding in a timely fashion. They were very friendly and made sure to answer all my questions.
I chose VampireFreaks because I've always been intrigued by their clothing. When I found out that they had a pair of TrippNYC jeans I wanted in a size that wasn't avaliable on the official TrippNYC site, I had to get them.
A fun place to shop for unusual things, you don't see at the mall, I have told a lot of people about this small independent company in Pennsylvania, excellent service and I will always keep ordering from this company.

I bought syringe pens around a month ago and so far I have had no issues whatsoever. They came pretty fast and still function perfectly. I have gotten multiple compliments on them and overall I would recommend them!

Absolutely love my shirts! I had a few different ones and when I saw the newest shirts I had to get more! The designs are amazing and even with multiple washing I haven't had one fade. True to size but I always get a size bigger than I need I just like more room! Super fast shipping and reasonable prices! I will definitely be buying more!

They were the only ones who had striped purple and black pants plus I saw the reviews and they are from the US and a small business. As a small business owner myself I wanted to contribute.
The white and black stripe tights seem to fit smaller than the purple and black stripe ones. Not sure i'll keep them, probably going to pass them on to a friend and stick with my purple ones. Still cute for a classic witch look though!

Hi! The quality of the products were pretty good overall. The water bottle ha a surprisingly good quality, but i have to say the legging's quality was not the best. It is not bad or anything, i was just expecting a different touch for it.
They were super helpful and responded basically right away so it was an overwhelmengly great experience. And thank you again for this☺️

I got everything I ordered & received it pretty quickly. I'm happy with everything I got. The only thing I hoped was the big bat wing clip was bigger or it should've been stated that it was meant for thinner hair as I have super thick hair. I can only use it for 1 hair style.

I love Halloween and living in Florida you have to carry a water bottle around. I searched all over the internet for a Halloween themed water bottle and finally found the water bottle with the haunted house and bats at VampireFreaks. It works as it's suppose to and looks great! I 🧡 it!

I love their variety of goth themes. I love the art styles of the art on the clothes. I like the reasonable prices.
So I ordered the Precious Protector jewelry holder and it is perfect. I put each stack of rings I wear on each finger on each finger on the hand, so it makes putting on my jewelry foolproof, plus the whole look really helps elevate my vibe. It's a true statement piece and I'm glad I got it!

The pants came in the right size, clean, intact packaging, all that was good! It was super cute that they came with some postcards and pins, i didn't expect it and was pleasantly surprised!
