I love seeing all the great products at great prices! I was looking for a specific item (just one thing! Lol) and I ended up with like 13 things in my cart I had to take some stuff out but they make it very easy to delete an item (I will get back to them though!) I also love the fact that they are a small business local shop! I love supporting independent businesses, as I own one as well!
This experience was one of the best in my life! I continuously got updated on the status of my order and it arrived super fast. I ordered me and my boyfriend some mystery box shirts and they ended up being so cool. I was a little nervous at first with not knowing what we were going to get but all of the shirts had great graphics. The shirts were also very soft and a little thick but still breathable. I would definitely recommend this company and will be buying more stuff in the future.

These pants are so cool! Definitely a statement piece for my wardrobe. I will say I probably should have gotten a size down; I bought a S as my waist size was on the lower end of the size chart but I should have gotten an XS. Regardless I love these pants and I can't wait for colder weather so I can wear them more.

I searched online for punk rock skinny jeans, goth, emo, dramatic dark and also mystical. The jacket was definitely the best one I found. Did not find punk rock skinny jeans so I was kind of bummed. They are hard to find. Any way we really liked your clothes and it made her 9/11 birthday a more fun.

I couldn't pay for my order without express international shipping. My order was meant to come within 5 business days but it was nearly a month later and it hadn't arrived. I emailed VF and asked, they refunded my postage and handling then my order showed up. LOL VF have a good range and the staff are really good, I guess it was just bad luck this time. Won't stop me from ordering again.
I used to be on VF when it was a social network. I've ordered from them before and love how they add little 'freebies' with my order.

Ordered the shirt from the American site and it arrived in a few weeks and turned out amazing^^ only thing I didn't like was a few weeks after that I was slapped with a tax charge and that scared me, they should really include the tax in the tax and shipping to not give false advertising to their stuff, having to pay over 30 quid for a shirt was a bit much, but outside that it is a brilliant shirt and will make a lovely gift for my friend

We've never received an item we didn't like. Gf and i order from here pretty frequently and whether it's masc clothes, femme clothes, or just a small item, it's always really good quality. Sizes run a *tiny* bit small compared to other brands but honestly it's barely noticeable once you put it ont.
Gf was looking at boots and we found this site’s boots being sold on another site. (they gave credit, so maybe a reseller?) and we’ve been ordering through here ever since.

Omg! I absolutely love my new shirts and hoodies! I freaking love how the shirts are on the longer side while still being fitted! They are super flattering and with the cut would be flattering on any body type! I have already order more lol! Also I love how the vampire freaks emblem is printed on the back of the shirts! Although its terrifying to think that someone could have stolen all that stuff and it wouldn't have been replaced unless the police report had gone through, I appreciate that the items were resent after all of the police information was received and filed. Thanks for resending those items to me, I appreciate the gesture and time.
I didn't initially feel like my concerns were being effectively received, and having 200 dollars worth of things stolen was very concerning to me. It seemed a bit like insult to injury to initially hear that the package might be completely lost with no refund possible; but, I do understand the need to confirm the package had truly been displaced from the drop-off location. It felt like the customer service could have been more cordial receptive to the high stress situation. But I'm really grateful that everything turned out well. Thank you.

I have had my eye on a few things and then finally took my shot you never know with buying thing online if your truly gunna get what you pay for but with them I could see the customer service and everything was there!

I've been goth for awhile now and finally decided to step into the fashion more than I previously had. Through word of mouth, I found VampireFreaks and fell in love with what they had to offer!
I ordered from here before on a guest account and things were fine I guess, they requested I open an account for future business. Upon opening my account with the exact same information as my guest account they accused me of using fraudulent information, I paid extra money for the fastest possible delivery and my trackable package went from the US to Canada then back to the US then back to Canada and took 3 weeks to get to me despite my first delivery taking only a few days. I will never order anything from this company again, there are a few Canadian based companies that sell all the same stuff for cheaper and no duties or multiple cross border confusion
I asked a direct question they addressed me by a different name that wasn't mine and their response was we don't know

Quite pleasant. My order arrived in a timely manner however, the hat of my plushie was squashed and creased and unfortunately I can not fix it. Some padding or stuffing probably would have avoided this.

Shipping took almost 4 weeks but that's possibly due to customs and I had to pay an additional shipping charge at the post office but otherwise I am very happy. My wife loves all the gifts I bought her.
