I love seeing all the great products at great prices! I was looking for a specific item (just one thing! Lol) and I ended up with like 13 things in my cart I had to take some stuff out but they make it very easy to delete an item (I will get back to them though!) I also love the fact that they are a small business local shop! I love supporting independent businesses, as I own one as well!
This experience was one of the best in my life! I continuously got updated on the status of my order and it arrived super fast. I ordered me and my boyfriend some mystery box shirts and they ended up being so cool. I was a little nervous at first with not knowing what we were going to get but all of the shirts had great graphics. The shirts were also very soft and a little thick but still breathable. I would definitely recommend this company and will be buying more stuff in the future.
I ordered 3 items and all were exactly as described and came earlier than expected. I'll be wearing one for an upcoming aerial show.

Love the colors and design of the shirt. The screen printing is awful. Shirt is so stiff it crinkles loudly, does not move with you it bends and creases and causes skin irritation.

Ordered the item to the UK for my daughter. She saw it on one of her favourite YouTubers. Delivery was quick considering the distance. Sizing converted well to UK measurements. The print looks great. My daughter is very happy.

They deceive people, the product was in stock, they said it was out of stock and I requested a refund, but they didn't return it, it's already passed 4 days but they still don't respond to email, they're just scammers, I don't recommend buying anything from them, scammers

My fiance ordered a skirt and choker as gifts for my birthday, and although the choker was defective (missing the silver cross on the front of the black heart, but the lovely customer service agent told me they had gotten a defective batch and offered me a different choker which I was very happy with!) and the skirt was too big (my own error for sizing up 'just in case' lol) Vampirefreaks customer service was so amazing that the exchange process was easy & painless! I ended up with a choker that I love and a GORGEOUS skirt that fits PERFECTLY! I'm very happy and thank the amazing team at Vampirefreaks for everything they do to bring us gorgeous ways to express ourselves through fashion and lifestyles!

I was happy with the ease of checkout and shipping times. I was so happy with the quality of all three items I purchased! I got a purse, wallet, and a choker with a large crescent moon charm on it. VampireFreaks also gave me a few free stickers and other little goodies like a rubber bracelet and syringe-pen! I got all of these as birthday presents for myself so the extra little gifts felt like VampireFreaks was wishing me a happy birthday! Very good, quick shipping time from US to EU! I wasn't given a customs receipt on delivery however, so i had to pay an extra fine that came in the post. I don't know if that's on the company or dispatch service however, so I don't blame you!

Inclusive sizes
It took a month to get this package. The last order I made with you took longer than that. I am very discouraged with the length of time it takes to get an order. Because of the lateness of that last order, I deliberately ordered items I'm planning to give for Christmas in June. I'll be looking at other shops for these kinds of clothes and items because of the shipping times. I don't need it overnight, but a month is rather too long.

Hey Kimberly, thanks so much for your feedback! In order to offer good shipping prices, the cheapest international shipping option can take about a month to ship. We do have faster international shipping options available but they do cost a but more, there are different shipping options at checkout. Unfortunately we don't control the shipping prices or transit times but we do try our best to give customers multiple options that suit their needs. Thanks again! :)

I ordered two jackets they fit perfectly. I wear them every day. I ordered the Medusa and the queen of hearts. They came way before they were supposed to they even double check to make sure I was the owner of my debit card which I greatly appreciate so I know that no one will be trying to order stuff and scam me, definitely ordering from Again Vampire Freaks. Everyone asked me where I'm getting my jackets from and I gladly tell them cannot wait to order again.
They were very friendly they explained to me why they needed proof that it was my debit card. They checked back up with me. Customer service was absolutely perfect.
