I love seeing all the great products at great prices! I was looking for a specific item (just one thing! Lol) and I ended up with like 13 things in my cart I had to take some stuff out but they make it very easy to delete an item (I will get back to them though!) I also love the fact that they are a small business local shop! I love supporting independent businesses, as I own one as well!
This experience was one of the best in my life! I continuously got updated on the status of my order and it arrived super fast. I ordered me and my boyfriend some mystery box shirts and they ended up being so cool. I was a little nervous at first with not knowing what we were going to get but all of the shirts had great graphics. The shirts were also very soft and a little thick but still breathable. I would definitely recommend this company and will be buying more stuff in the future.
The orders arrive on time, receive constant updates, clothing is very comfortable and not irritating.

I have ordered a pair of pants, a t-shirt, and some boots from Vampire Freaks. I love all my purchases. I exchanged a pair of pants and a t-shirt due to sizing and style preferences on my part. Returns and exchange process was easy and I spoke to customer service both times over the phone. Although the return delivery was paid for by the company I had to purchase a box from the post office. I live in CA and the delivery after purchase usually takes about 1.5-2 weeks. Now my goth outfit is complete for occasions that call for a dark, edgy, esthetic. I will continue to order from this company.
The first call was to a woman who was very nice and personable over the phone.
The second time was a gentleman who was a bit short with me but did answer my questions. Items were exchanged and returned successfully.
Shipping took a while, customs fees were a bit more than I expected and all the items didn't fit the way I expected.
Already gave a review...I get a lot of emails about my order asking for a review when it was already done...

I love my boots, the chain under the toe is dangerous but I just strapped it behind the heel and now they click clack and I love it

The bat shorts did fit a little smaller than expected for a size large, but I can still wear them fine. I love the Demonia sandals! I bought the shoes while on sale and it was the perfect early birthday present for myself. I also LOVE the super cute packaging and freebies!

There’s always a sale going on which helps me still able to purchase my favorite items when i’m on a budget.
