I love seeing all the great products at great prices! I was looking for a specific item (just one thing! Lol) and I ended up with like 13 things in my cart I had to take some stuff out but they make it very easy to delete an item (I will get back to them though!) I also love the fact that they are a small business local shop! I love supporting independent businesses, as I own one as well!
This experience was one of the best in my life! I continuously got updated on the status of my order and it arrived super fast. I ordered me and my boyfriend some mystery box shirts and they ended up being so cool. I was a little nervous at first with not knowing what we were going to get but all of the shirts had great graphics. The shirts were also very soft and a little thick but still breathable. I would definitely recommend this company and will be buying more stuff in the future.
Came sooner than expected and the package was handled with care. I also appreciate the free stickers and pin that was provided. It was a really thoughtful gesture and wonderful surprise.

I ordered a zip up for myself and a sweat for my bf, I loved all the different options and customization features you're provided. This was my first purchase so I even scoured reddit in hope that this website wasn't another scam and I am so overjoyed that it wasn't. I got everything I ordered, plus some extra freebies and the quality is amazing. I'll definitely be coming back for more items, the prices and quality were more than worth it.
I believe I have purchased a few times. No issues at all! Choosing products and checking out was simple. It's picking the products that is hard, you just want to fill the cart! I like quick and simple. I will be shopping here again.

Items that are on clearance need to be clearly marked as such. It was my first shopping experience with you guys, and it felt like a breach of trust to discover after the fact that an item I thought was on sale was actually on clearance. I didn't know that until the item arrived. I went back to the item page to see if I simply missed a glaringly obvious notation, but saw nothing. When I contacted customer service for help, I was told "it's on the sizing chart". Kind of hidden, don't you think? It felt very deceptive and makes me wonder if you're even a trustworthy company. I am giving you guys another try, but I'm still hesitant, and obviously not happy with the result of my very first purchase.

As always I received my package quickly and loved everything.
The only thing I'm waiting on is my refund on 2 items that I had to return. When it comes to the more goth clothing, it really is designed for thin people. I ordered a 2x in both tops and even at that size, they'd just fit a Barbie doll. My daughter is 108 lbs and skinny as a rail. Wears XS to SM. The 2x I bought would have maybe just fit her.
However, everything else I get from you is quality and just as advertised. I will be ordering again, I'm sure. I love the T shirts.

I've been wanting a piece for awhile
Had some issues with delivery, I believe that there was an issue with the address which was correctly entered and did not require a suite or apartment number. Then Fed Ex was not delivering during normal business hours and had delivered the package to someone else, not the front desk or the mail room. This was mostly the fault of Fed Ex I assume.
The variety of the store is really nice, I really like TrippNYC pants aswell as the original artwork.
