User interface wasn't too difficult to navigate through. Customer service is top notch to the point most of not all of their products ends up in the most pristine condition upon arrival so I think it's safe to say that VampireFreaks is amazing.

It was a little difficult to find what I was looking for. I didn't know the exact name of the item and even putting in something to narrow it down didn't help. But the customer service was BEYOND top notch. It was SUPER easy to be notified when the culticorn was back in stock and order, I was thrilled to be able to track it. Everything was fantastic.

The sizing chart was inaccurate and the suit, although lovely, didn't fit and I didn't even have to try it on to be able to tell. Unfortunately you guys have a policy to not accept bathing suit returns, so I took the suit to a consignment shop and hope I'll get maybe 50%, if that, of the over $100 I paid for the first bathing suit I tried to buy myself in over 5 years, for this very reason. Sadly won't try buying anything sized, if anything at all, from this site after this experience.

I will say when I called, the person I spoke with was really kind and understanding, while communicating policy. Nothing against the company, but I personally don't match the sizing charts and can't afford purchases like this.

Beautiful quality and was exactly how it was shown in the pictures. Finally have a size that is wider for optimal shade in the summer sun it was exactly what I was looking for! Putting it away in the small carry bag is not too difficult and the material is made strongly for such a purpose, the little laced bag was a great touch and I really like it.
