I love seeing all the great products at great prices! I was looking for a specific item (just one thing! Lol) and I ended up with like 13 things in my cart I had to take some stuff out but they make it very easy to delete an item (I will get back to them though!) I also love the fact that they are a small business local shop! I love supporting independent businesses, as I own one as well!
This experience was one of the best in my life! I continuously got updated on the status of my order and it arrived super fast. I ordered me and my boyfriend some mystery box shirts and they ended up being so cool. I was a little nervous at first with not knowing what we were going to get but all of the shirts had great graphics. The shirts were also very soft and a little thick but still breathable. I would definitely recommend this company and will be buying more stuff in the future.
The packaging was the best part by far, very few places customise such things anymore. But I wish the pants were tighter because they are wayyy baggy on me and a bit long :/

Wanted true gothic clothing that is good quality and lots of choices, most of the sweaters and t-shirts are a must have and the dresses are to die for. Also loving all the home goodies too

I feel like it's a bit too pricey for the pants but they are of decent quality. Stitching is off in some places but they are somewhat minor. The pants still look great though.

Shopping experience was great. However the boots were small. I wanted to exchange them for the next size up but it was unavailable, hence the return..
Was fine.. not sure about free returns as advertised I was still charged $8.99 for a return label. I would have exchanged but the boot I ordered wasn’t available in the next size up. 9 is my size but the must run a bit small I wasn’t able to get into it and then it would not zip up all the way.

I do wish you had taxes calculated at purchase for Canada. We are charged extra processing fees by the border agency when we pay taxes and duties later

Package delivered all right but subscription canclled payment after a month due to card not working and no payment I try to enter works despite using multiple cards
I specified in the notes that I had already purchased other tees from them and to not include them in the mystery bundle. Not only did they listen to what I asked but they also did so very quickly!
Returned a hoodie for a different size, it was fast and easy. I think my hoodie even got delivered to you guys outside the return window (7 days?) and it still got accepted. Much appreciated!

I absolutely LOVE Vampire Freaks! Every time I've ordered, everything has been shipped accordingly ( sometimes it takes a lil longer than expected–but that's okay!) They're safely packed and they include cool lil pins, pens, and stickers! The quality of their stuff is also topnotch—I assumed things would be a little on the tighter side but everything has fit so well and I've just been so happy with things overall! I've bought too many things to count but thank you VF!

The purchasing process itself was really easy, I wish the Shop app was more organized but that's an issue with the app not the brand. The mystery 3 pack had really good picks and super cute freebies! Would definitely purchase again for some sick tshirts to spice up my wardrobe.
The designs seemed really interesting, almost like tattoos or horror comics. I wear fairly simple clothes for work and school but it's nice to have something edgy to mix up the boring standard.
