I love seeing all the great products at great prices! I was looking for a specific item (just one thing! Lol) and I ended up with like 13 things in my cart I had to take some stuff out but they make it very easy to delete an item (I will get back to them though!) I also love the fact that they are a small business local shop! I love supporting independent businesses, as I own one as well!
This experience was one of the best in my life! I continuously got updated on the status of my order and it arrived super fast. I ordered me and my boyfriend some mystery box shirts and they ended up being so cool. I was a little nervous at first with not knowing what we were going to get but all of the shirts had great graphics. The shirts were also very soft and a little thick but still breathable. I would definitely recommend this company and will be buying more stuff in the future.

Felt kind of silly putting it such a big box with three empty spaces of four just for one bottle of nail polish. Other than that got delivered fine, no issues with packaging, product seems to be fine (I just need to learn better nail practice)

I REALLY enjoy vampire freaks products. The graphics are amazing and the clothing quality is good. It is a little expensive so I really have to want the things I order but I'm always happy with them.

I had seen the rainbow skeleton lovers t-shirt on Hot Topic and wondered if they had a shop, to my surprise, they did! I ordered not only the shirt I mentioned but two others because I there were a few designs that I liked.
The shirts fit better than expected, they're soft, there's no scratchy material. Other businesses should take note! The sizing is consistent and honestly that's hard to find anywhere else!

The order arrived a few days before the estimated date, and the item was excellent quality! I bought their black VF Ultramage hoodie, two sizes above what I usually wear because I was looking for something big that I can layer over other items, and it has plenty of room in it to be comfy while remaining functional. The quality is fantastic, it's comfortably thick and warm, but not so much that you couldn't wear it casually on the daily. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality zip-up hoodie with a little more gothic flair to it than standard hoodie designs, and I'd also highly recommend VampireFreaks original clothes as a brand, as well as their site in general to anyone in the alternative community looking for a good collection of alternative clothing, accessories, and home decor. They truly have it all, and their customer service is attentive and fantastic, having messaged me to inform me about the status of my order's shipping progress on their own when the tracking sites stopped posting their periodic updates. And they send you a couple extra small goodies with your order, which tells me they really care about doing their best for each and every customer. I love them 🎃🖤
Because ever since I was a teen, VampireFreaks has been a regular name in the gothic culture, and I have known them as far back as their old forum days. I originally bought the 3XL leggings but they were too big so I exchanged them for XXL. The whole process went smoothly. The leggings look good and they feel good.

The dress reeked of what I can only assume was diesel fuel from being shipped overseas. I was sent a second one without bothering to check to see if it stunk too (and it did). I've had to let it hang to off-gas, and will be using a steamer with essential oils to try and fix it before the event.
I got an auto reply the first time around, and a second dress was sent without bothering to check if it stunk or not, and it did. I could've ordered sometime different if CS had bothered to read and act on my initial message. Instead I'm trying to make due because time is of the essence.

Arrived very quickly! Comes with a cute little bracelet too! Bought my hoodie and it came within two weeks which was surprising. No weird smells or stains or anything i love it i wear this hoodie literally everyday

The pants are absolutely amazing. I've been wanting a pair for awhile and I finally grabbed my a pair. I love being able to turn it into a pair of shorts it's perfect for the dying heat. Definitely getting another pair

Wonderful, I Love VampireFreaks Clothing and other stuff etc... and finally a place for a plus size goth to get clothes that fit, i can even get over sized and be comfy, i have texture/feeling issues and it's been a struggle to go full goth when the stores around you are only for small girls, also i feel sexy, i can have clothes that make me feel good about myself... and i only have one shirt atm and now i plan on getting more clothes etc. from here when i can...
I Found VampireFreaks because Clawed_Beauty101 popped up on my youtube and one of her videos i watched she talked about VampireFreaks and i was like i need to check them out, Lgbtqa+ friendly and they have plus size, this sounds like a shop i need to check out, I'm a ( Bi Goth Girl) and i struggle to find clothes like this, i have checked out shops that claim to be plus size only to find they only have xl-1x sizes, and i like when i can have the option to over size for texture reasons, i want to dress a certain way but normally i can't but now that i found VampireFreaks i can Dress the way i want.
I love vampire freaks! Never had any problems, they ship fast and they're my favorite goth/punk/alt brand. They feature others stores items as well, but I'm obsessed with the clothing the brand itself makes!
