“Beautiful ring, great customer service”

Best customer service I've seen in quite a while. I tried to have ot delivered to my work address at first and the postal service really messed that one up. They actually lost it for almost a week. But vancaro worked with me the whole time trying to track it down. After the post office finally sent it back vancaro promptly sent it to my home address per our conversations. Instead of saying "well, we got your money, you find out where it went" they stayed with me the whole time.

When I ordered my purchase I was informed signature upon delivery. Halfway thru the process I was informed there was no signature required for delivery. The whole point WAS TO get a signature due to the rough neighborhood I live in. My purchase was treated as if my order is ok to be lost!. I won't be purchasing from them again due to this.

I ordered a ring set since I was getting engaged and they said it would be there on may 8th but due to covid I figured that it would be longer. But since then it has told me it arrived in the United states it even gave me a whole lost of where it's been but guess what! They never received $#*!!

I have purchased 3 times from this company. The first time was easy and seamless. The 2nd and 3rd time I contacted them 10 days after my item that was "shipped" out was supposed to arrive. The message I got is that they are out of stock and gave me recommendations for different items. I would not recommend buying from this company, chances are you will not get what you pay for.

For Christmas my husband purchase a ring from them in 2018 they charged him for two rings he called about that and said they couldn't refund him for the second ring because they already sent it so we waited for both rings to come in sent them back and didn't get our money back so we had to fight them with our credit card but we were too late in the timeline so we lost $338 do not trust this company they are liars and they won't refund your money

I paid $79 for the Skull Necklace In Black Heart Shaped With Pear Cut Garnet.

Durability: No clue yet. I will update once she gets it for Christmas.
Design: The design is awesome. Its why I paid the $79 for cubic zirconia necklace. I couldn't find the design anywhere else.
Shipping: 2-3 days for arrival
Presentation: This is where my disappoint comes from. The $79 product was in a plastic bag and they only provided a box that is for a ring. If they provided it in a necklace box or provided a necklace box for me to put it that would be fine. It currently just bunched up in a ring box. They do offer a nice gift bag but that means nothing without a necklace box.

I got ring and necklace both wore off within 3 months and horrible looking yellow metal came out. I am allergic to metal so I couldn't wear them anymore not worth your money. Company refused to take responsibility and replate it. Don't waste your money

I order and had standarnd shipping. 5 to 8 days is what it said that i would have my delivery by the 19th. No it was late and really messed up my plans for asking my girl to marry me. I contacted several times and only got automated response. I would send a picture but i have still not recieved the ring yet.

Bought a black ring. It was beautiful.
Two days later the black started coming off.
Contatcted vancaro and they said that the black plating does often come off and they could either have it re-plated or exchange the black ring for a silver one... no refund available for the color removing. ( i purchased black because i wanted black)
To save arguing back and forth we agreed to exchange for a silver ring that was $50 cheaper.
During these exchanges, i paid for shipping back to them.
When i aked for a refund for the cost difference, i was told they cannot refund the difference in price because they had paid for shipping the new ring back to us.
I will never recommend, nor purchase, anything from this company again.

This company did a wonderful job being involved through the whole process when I order a very special ring for my wife I entered the wrong address I didn't realize this until it already shipped and they were with me every step of the way to make sure everything went smooth with contact and answers to every question that I asked i will be using this company alot more and i suggest them to any on looking for great products at great prices

My boyfriend ordered a necklace for me for valentines day 2020, so less than two months ago.
The necklace falls off my neck 2 days ago and hits the floor. The lobster clasp broke and then when it hit the floor, it broke the charm.
I email this company to service it or replace it, i didn't even ask for a refund and they tell me to fix it myself or pay to have it fixed at a jeweler.
HORRIBLE COMPANY.

This company will not respond to your calls or emails! They say before you can return an item, you need their approval. You cannot get their approval because they simply WILL NOT RESPOND! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone! Zero rating!

Ordered a ring that took two weeks to get to me and was a full size too big. Lightweight, as if made with nickel or aluminum alloy. As other reviewers have stated, the coating on the ring is thin, and doing a little research on rhodium plating, it is possible to do this in a high quality manner. It appears though, that the ring is not plated, but rather coated in a black wash. Returned by paying $13 since they required a certain shipping rate. Kept part of my return. I'm out almost $30 and a months worth of time, since customers are required to repeatedly contact Vancaro to prompt them to resolve the matter. It's obvious that the high ratings are from people who have not worn the colored rings or not worn the ring for very long. It also appears that many reviewer websites have been flooded with comments from Vancaro staff purporting to be customers to inflate their ratings. I reported them to the FTC for failing to comply with the terms of retail refund policy, Instagram for misleading advertisement as well. Instagram doesn't even allow people to sell items on their site for this reason. Wish I had known this before. Do not buy from them.

My husband passed away a few ago
We were to renew our vows after 25 years,
I fell in love with one of these rings, and Decided to move forward with the delivery,,
Although I felt a $159 for something not real was a little expensive I also felt that it would be quality,,
Please stay away, I have this on my finger for less than one week to stones already came out the company has not called me there refuse to make good on anything
As I said a $150 is as good as 150 million for me right now but it was something actually the last thing my husband and I picked out together I am absolutely heartbroken absolutely heartbroken please stay away from this company they refused to make good for their product which obviously is lead like crap
On top of it the insert does not fit,, again I called the company they've never gotten back to me

I absolutely loved my ring when I got it but in less than 2mo the black faded and is all gone. The ring is definitely not as stunning now. I still wear it because it doesn't turn my finger green.

This is the best company I have ever ordered.
They will do anything for you!
So I ordered a ring for me GF
And received the item but the problem is the ring size doesn't fit my GF
So I ask for exchange and was able to get a new one even though I don't even have the original tag or slip from my first order
It's crazy how they're too nice to even sent me back a new one

They're good at replying too
I really recommend if u ever went to buy a ring for your love ones

Beautiful ring, extremely cheaply made. I had to resize ring from 7 to 8. I had to pay an additional $75 bucks from a local jeweler. Once resized the ring was polished. All rose gold from ring wiped off like fake paint. It wasn't even rose gold plated as stated in order. Extremely disappointed. My woman was in tears and still is.

Tip for consumers:
Make sure you get right size you don't get ripped off.

I'm so sorry about this. Here is our return policy, within 30 days of your receipt, as long as the ring is still brand new, we can change it to another size for you. You only need to bear the return and reissue shipping costs. If the ring is not brand new, we will also provide you with a solution.

Most of our jewelry is made of 925 sterling silver, and some are made of copper or steel. The specific material of each piece of jewelry is described in detail on each product page. The coating of some products may be in rose gold color, but it is not 100% rose gold. Sorry for the misunderstanding and please kindly know that we do not recommend any resizing service which may cause damage to the ring easily.

I bought a ring for wife for Christmas to big and bolky sent it back I paid for shipping then I find out the took $15 for shipping and restocking fees I tried talking to them they said they don't care took my money never again with this terrible they call company
