Best customer service I've seen in quite a while. I tried to have ot delivered to my work address at first and the postal service really messed that one up. They actually lost it for almost a week. But vancaro worked with me the whole time trying to track it down. After the post office finally sent it back vancaro promptly sent it to my home address per our conversations. Instead of saying "well, we got your money, you find out where it went" they stayed with me the whole time.
When I ordered my purchase I was informed signature upon delivery. Halfway thru the process I was informed there was no signature required for delivery. The whole point WAS TO get a signature due to the rough neighborhood I live in. My purchase was treated as if my order is ok to be lost!. I won't be purchasing from them again due to this.
Product was just what I needed to buy, came in mail within 2 weeks. Quality product, very pleased with purchase.
I was super happy with my purchase. Came in couple days and was actually slightly bigger than expected, which is a good thing. I absolutely love it.

Purchased a necklace for my niece. I ordered the wrong one. I canceled the order but they took the money from my account anyway. I have tried for 4 days to get this handled. They don't answer phone calls and their emails are just them trying to get me to purchase something else instead of just giving the refund. I will never buy anything from them again and I will tell this story to as many people as I can
