Best customer service I've seen in quite a while. I tried to have ot delivered to my work address at first and the postal service really messed that one up. They actually lost it for almost a week. But vancaro worked with me the whole time trying to track it down. After the post office finally sent it back vancaro promptly sent it to my home address per our conversations. Instead of saying "well, we got your money, you find out where it went" they stayed with me the whole time.
When I ordered my purchase I was informed signature upon delivery. Halfway thru the process I was informed there was no signature required for delivery. The whole point WAS TO get a signature due to the rough neighborhood I live in. My purchase was treated as if my order is ok to be lost!. I won't be purchasing from them again due to this.
Purchased a ring for valentines day... it was lost or not shipped on time. Ordered for Christmas figured id give it to her Valentines day. Finally got here after Valentines day and the first time she wore it the gold plating started to come off... since it had been over 30 days I could not return it. Customer service has been a joke. They want me to pay them another $38 bucks and they will send out another POS ring. She found a similar ring on Amazon for $30 Do not order from Vancaro unless you want too bend over. Total joke.

Don't buy anything from these scammers... arrived late... junk and they wont refund it.

They engraving started to fade. Three weeks later and it's become nothing but a plain aluminum looking ring. No engraving left. It's more like printed for a few days!

My boyfriend ordered a engagement ring from vancaro. He had to pay extra to customize the ring to be blue which also ment we had to wait longer to receive it. Finally came in & it was the wrong color. The company won't do anything to fix their mistake. Told him since it was customized they won't take it back even though they messed up on the order. Told him to try ordering again.

My boyfriend got me a Vancaro necklace in April, and by October it was completely tarnished and ruined with 2 stones missing. I cleaned it every week and took great care of it but the chain itself started turning my neck green within a month. I had to buy a new chain. The charm tarnished beyond repair and all stones are loose now, I can't even wear it. Don't waste your money.
Ordered a ring only for it to have been lost by their delivery. Took over a month of fighting with their customer service for Vancaro to send me a new ring. Now I'm being told the ring isn't being made anymore. Very unimpressed. Would not buy from again

So sorry I ever placed an order with Vancaro. I didn't have a good feeling about this company in the first place but placed the order as a favor for my nephew. He wanted to give the ring to his girlfriend on her birthday which was last Saturday, September 26,2020. The ring never made it (still in customs - 16 days now) he passed away on Tuesday, September 29,2020. Emails, phone calls all go unanswered and texts messages receive the same genaric response.

The ring I purchased was beautiful. The pictures did not do it justice. The communication and service were top notch. I knew exactly when my ring would be arriving, and it was followed up with an email to ensure I had received it when it was delivered. I will definitely recommend to friends, and purchase from in the future.

I ordered a ring on August 6th for my boyfriend's birthday on the 15th. I have yet to receive the ring. It's amazing how fast Vancaro is at taking your money, yet so slow in sending you the product. I wish I would have read the other reviews before purchasing from this company. Such horrible service! I will never purchase another item from this company again. Can you even tell me where the ring actually is? Because the baloney of a website that you have us use to track shipping has had the same information on the page when i type in the tracking number since day one. I want my money back!

Had my ring for less than 30 days and the black is already wearing off. I have tried contacting them many times and they won't even respond. Obviously they don't honor their 30 day refund policy and don't care about their customers after they have your money.

Worst company ever. They should get 0 stars. Will never do business with them again. Deducting $18 from my refund for their free shipping offer on the original order. Since I returned the entire order they then recoup the shipping from my refund but I still had to pay shipping to return it as well.
Dont buy unless your absolutely positive your gonna keep it. Cheap costume jewerly bulky and heavy.

This ring is beautiful! I'm so happy I decided to try Vancaro out. My fiance is in love with this ring. The details of this ring is beautiful. I didn't expect to receive the ring so fast. The customer service was excellent. They reach out to me to make sure I received my product. They could of charged more for a ring of this stature. Thank you Vancaro for doing great business! I've purchased rings from Vancaro before, and every ring I've purchased has been great quality and very beautiful. The price is very fair considering the quality and designs that they have. My fiance loves her ring because it's very unique and you don't see that type of quality and design around.

I bought two rings. One was way too bulky for my finger so I asked to return it. They took the return with the tag still on it but only refunded half of the price. Not cool.
I ordered a ring from them and didn't like it. Have been trying to contact them about returning impossible, you can't call as they are in China. Have emailed 5x and no response.
I have stopped payments until this is resolved.

Purchased a set of, Yours Forever, rings. Both rings were sized to small. The black started coming off mine within a week. The fake diamond fell off after 2 weeks.
I wrote to the company. You have to pay for shipping back and the tag has to be on the ring. No one wears a ring with the tag attached for 2 weeks...
I feel sorry about the problem with your item. The material of the ring is made of sterling silver, which is comparatively softer than other products made by 14K &18K gold. A slight knock on a piece of jewelry can disrupt the setting and in return cause the stone to be displaced from the original setting. Besides, as this item is the luxury style, so compared with the simple style of the ring, it's likely to have this issue as well. Please don't worry, we will try our best to help you.

Once he opened the Christmas gift, the ring was too large our mistake in regards to sizing. I started the exchange process thinking this was going to be the downfall. Nope, not one problem. Ordered my wedding ring 8 weeks ago and hav recieved nothing! Emailed countless amounts of times for tracking number and did not get one! No one replied to my emails and when i asked for a refund i was just given the run around! Definitely not happy with the service i hav recieved! Would not rate these people at all! Highly disappointed!
I purchased a ring and received it roughly 2 weeks ago. I was beyond pleased with the presentation and boxing of the ring and elated to finally give it to my fiance. He's had it on for a week and a half, and the symbol of Jack and Sally on Spiral Hill has completely faded. I am very upset and don't wish to return the ring because of the sentimental value, however wanted to relay that I am very disappointed and displeased in the quality of the actual product.

I have only been wearing the infinity heart ring in rose gold for 3weeks and the rose gold I'd already wearing off. I loved the ring online but never expected it to look this bad after such a short time. After reading the other reviews of trying to send it back or replace with a new one I will not since it seems to be a bigger hassle than just wearing a horribly constructed piece of jewelry.

A few months back I was looking for a special ring for my wife and stumbled upon Vancaro. I was a little suspect with my first order as I have been seeing a lot of stories lately about scams. Not This Time! From the date I placed the order through the date shipped and then again after delivery I received emails from customer service with updates and follow ups. As soon as the ring had shipped I was given a tracking number with a link to follow up on the shipping part of the equation and could follow along where exactly the ring was until the day of delivery. The day the ring was delivered we were so impressed we placed another order for a ring that had caught or eye on the website. That process was even easier! Please kindly know that most of our items are made of international standard 925 sterling silver, and some items are plated with a layer of other colors to reach a better design, which means that the orders are not the color on their own, and the original color is silver. At present, because of the limitation of the electroplating process for the colored silvery items, the colored coat may wear and tear with the continuously wearing, and they may expose the silver color of the original color, unless some nickel is added to the coating of the product, which may keep the color for a long time, but nickel is likely to cause allergies.
