Best customer service I've seen in quite a while. I tried to have ot delivered to my work address at first and the postal service really messed that one up. They actually lost it for almost a week. But vancaro worked with me the whole time trying to track it down. After the post office finally sent it back vancaro promptly sent it to my home address per our conversations. Instead of saying "well, we got your money, you find out where it went" they stayed with me the whole time.
When I ordered my purchase I was informed signature upon delivery. Halfway thru the process I was informed there was no signature required for delivery. The whole point WAS TO get a signature due to the rough neighborhood I live in. My purchase was treated as if my order is ok to be lost!. I won't be purchasing from them again due to this.
Ordered a ring set fire my wife. It arrived 3 sizes too small. Sent it back and they tell me they never received it tracking shoes it was delivered on the 8th of Jan. Nothing they are willing to do until it shows up so they got the rings and got my money. Great freaking company. Do not order from them
I previously ordered a size to small before I got married thinking it would fit but it eventually ended up being to tight. When I went back on the Vancaro website a year later the set was know longer available so I contacted customer service and they came through from me and customized me my actual wedding set in size 6 where before I had a size 5. They did a fantastic job I love my Sunflower/Daisy Wedding Set is fits perfectly.

I saw one of their rings on Facebook. Vacaro wanted $139.00 for the Red Rose ring. I took a screenshot of it and sent it through the Aliexpress app. They have it for $1.65 w/ 77 cents shipping from China. For that price I ordered on.

Some vendors stole our pictures and sell the products, which is not authorized by us. The quality and material can't be exactly the same, the cost is fixed, the cheaper product must be of cheaper quality. If anything on this website that is similar to our company's products, we will immediately Sue them.
Since our products are hand made by the ring workers and gemstone cutters, and the main part of the ring is made of sterling silver, the hardness is not as hard as the products sold in batches, and our ring the ductility is relatively high.

My only critiscm would be that it states on the website shipping is free but I was contacted by the courier to pay an import tax. So be aware of this if you're shipping internationally.

I bought a ring for my grand daughter in May. By August the stones had fallen out. I asked if they could replace and sent pictures. I received the run around and finally they told me how the stones fell out. They offered to send me stones for a price, not to replace the stones. I have bought less expensive pieces of jewelry and had a better response.

I placed an order on Feb 27th. It is now May 15th and still have not received my item. I did in fact get an email stating I was past my refund time and they would gladly give me a credit minus the shipping fee. I definitely do NOT recommend using this company.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have recieved incredibly poor customer service and overall have had an incredibly negative experience. I was supposed to receive my package three/four weeks ago already and have made more than several attempts to contact customer support to ask where my order is or if I'm going to actually receive it. NO ONE has gotten back to me and it has been weeks. I'm beginning to think that all of the reviews saying this site is a scam are right because I am just getting increasingly sketched out at the fact that they took my money and REFUSE to respond to me in any way. I also tried to get a refund so I can shop at a different shop and was given a notification saying that's not possible. I want my product that I PAID FOR. I don't understand how they can take your money and not give you the product. My order is ******* and I purchased almost $300 worth of items I'm now very much regretting. This has been an incredible hassle.

Vancaro MONEY BACK Guarantee is a joke my boy-friend purchased this ring for me (I have Fibromyalgia and Rheumatoid Arthritis). I had it for one day in which I stayed in bed due to pain. The next morning I found one of the stones had fallen out. When he finally spoke to someone about this issue they said Imust have hit it which caused the stone to come loose. However I loved it so we took it to a reputable jewlery repair shop. The person who fixes jewlery everyday stated that it was a manufacture defect and that the prongs holding the stones were too small. He built it up and made sure to reinforce all the prongs on my ring. Vancaro refused to fix the problem even though they say that if you are not 100% happy they will make it right or give a full refund. Well in this case they refused. We will not ever purchase from this company again and will also tell everyone we know not to purchase from them.

I purchased a ring from them and the electroplating is trash. I proposed to my fiancé on April 3rd and she hasn't even been wearing it for 2 months. I tried contacting them and telling them about it and they offered a 30% off coupon. Why would I want to buy something else if I'm not satisfied? I do not recommend this jeweler to anyone. Not even 2 months old and she's pregnant so obviously not doing anything that would cause this kind of wear. I am not satisfied at all...

Please understand that this is a black silver ring, and it is not the color of metal silver itself. With long-term wear, color fading is inevitable, which is a normal situation. If it wears badly, it loses the black quickly. Unless a lot of nickel is added to the ring illegally, it may make the color last longer, but this may be more prone to allergic reactions.
If you wear a black ring, try to minimize the wear on the band of the ring. Many customers report that after wearing a black ring for a few years, the black is still very good. If you mind the possibility of color fading, it is recommended that you choose an all-silver silver ring.

I ordered a ring to give to my daughter for Christmas. One she had seen pictures of for a few years and loved. I was so disappointed when it arrived. I was embarrassed to give it to her. Over $200 spent on a $2 gumball looking CHEAP ring. It has since peeled and the paint is coming off. Costumer service is awful. I would not recommend this to anyone! Biggest rip off I've ever experienced.

I bought a ring for my wife. A blue topaz ring with a zirc stone in middle and black plating on sterling silver. The ring itself looked beautiful on the site. When we recieved it, the ring had a chip in its plating. Customer service said that they inspect all their rings and that it was not their fault... no refund they said. Only a discount on next purchase. I told them to go f themselves. My wife chose to keep wearing it despite of how pissed and unsatisfied about what I paid for... 2 months later and the coating of the ring is mostly gone and u can see the silver under the black plating... that ring was about 200 but I got it on a discount so I spent about 170 I believe. I tried to go on social media on their company profile and tell people about my negative experience. They deleted my comments and blocked me so I couldn't contact them nor comment on their post. I HATE VANCARO, their product quality is absolute garbage.

Please kindly know that most of our items are made of international standard 925 sterling silver, and some items are plated with a layer of other colors to reach a better design, which means that the orders are not the color on their own, and the original color is silver.
At present, because of the limitation of the electroplating process for the colored silvery items, the colored coat may wear and tear with the continuously wearing, and they may expose the silver color of the original color. Please kindly understand it's inevitable for the colored silver items, and generally, it does not belong to quality problems. Regarding this issue, we also explained it in detail on the product page.

Emailed customer service and was only replied to by a robot and they never responded personally to my email after it stated they will after 24 hours. It's been 3 days. Then I tried to login to my account and after I was unable to I tried to reset my password only to have it tell me there's no account so I tried creating one only to have it tell me there's already an account under that email. Terrible system, now I can only pray my order comes to the incorrect address I needed to update and hope no one takes my order.
