Best customer service I've seen in quite a while. I tried to have ot delivered to my work address at first and the postal service really messed that one up. They actually lost it for almost a week. But vancaro worked with me the whole time trying to track it down. After the post office finally sent it back vancaro promptly sent it to my home address per our conversations. Instead of saying "well, we got your money, you find out where it went" they stayed with me the whole time.
When I ordered my purchase I was informed signature upon delivery. Halfway thru the process I was informed there was no signature required for delivery. The whole point WAS TO get a signature due to the rough neighborhood I live in. My purchase was treated as if my order is ok to be lost!. I won't be purchasing from them again due to this.
Bought this for my lady, boy was that the thing to do! Looks great, she loves it and I am now golden!

I received my package way faster than I expected thank you so much Vancaro. I recommend this to future Vancaro customers.
I love my ring. The stone itself looks very real and sparkles in the sunlight. The Ring is comfortable and fits true to size.
Ordering was easy, shipping was fast, and product is awesome. Sizing was spot on and no quality issues at all.

Ordered a jewelry set, and it was just as beautiful as pictures, prices and delivery was fast and on time.
I never got the ring and they said they would refund me and never did. I called them and emailed them. No response. Horrible seller.
