Placed an order for a TV on June 2, received a call from CEVA Logistics for delivery on June 10. Never showed up, never called. I called them today and was told that they are not able to tell me when my package will deliver. Tried to follow up with Vanns and they have no phone number. Terrible will never use again.
Vanns has been around since I was a kid and I have always shopped with them. I think they are what circuit city used to be in other parts of the country. I moved away but still was able to shop online at the vanns.com store. Was even able to order a dishwasher for a very good price online with them and had it delivered with no problems at all. They are a real store with real customer service and still have low internet prices.
I purchased a Television from this company for my personal use. I love my their customer service. The person I placed the order with was very knowledgable and helped me with my selection based on my needs. Their price was very competitive and the products got to me when promised. I will use them again for my other electronic purchases.
