I sent the company an email along with a video showing how after you take a hit air keeps coming out of it. One Day at arched which was pretty scary. So they said that they would send a replacement and I made it very clear how this flavor is my favorite and how it's like a chocolate coffee flavor where my nephew says it smells like tiramisu. So the gentleman and I spoke about it and I made a very very clear that is what I wanted and when I received it in the mail it was strawberry watermelon. I like having two different flavors and for me all the fruity ones taste the same. But I will say the tobacco flavor is really good so I was upset and I'm grateful that a local shop let me switch. I have emailed them in regards to the wrong product being sent with no response. They were really cool in the emails prior to the delivery
