I ordered Essential Oil for my DIY project. The best part is I got the product at a lower cost than other sellers. Smells so nice I can't wait to use it in my soaps. Just their delivery takes a bit of extra time. Overall the product quality is fine.
The do not supply documents for the use of any of their products in the UK or Europe despite saying that all their ingredients have the necessary documentation. They take your money and offer NO customer service, they start a chat with you. How can we help? Then NEVER follow through. I spent a lot of money on essential oils for my natural skincare company but with no documentation for assessment of the essential oils - allergen lists, safety documentation, I CANNOT USE ANY OF THEM.
The variety and info provided by the website is great. Buying experience was great. Packing was good too. Product arrived on time too... All in all a good experience.
Quality of product and packing
I have just started using Veda Oils... both the Essentials and the Fragrance oils. Excellent quality. So far they are the best that I have managed to get from any online website
I was just browsing and the website content got me interested... especially the specifications attached to each product... very professional and above board in what is being delivered.
I was interested in Soap and Candle making.
The fragrances for skin, hair and candles are exceptional. Must try. Highly recommend. Neha and Prerna are the best... 5 stars to both for always being so helpful.

There were several items missing from my order which I contacted customer service for. I haven't received a refund for it yet.
