My first experience with New turned out to be one of the best. These trousers are irresistible. I cannot take them off. They are slightly longer than my actual size but otherwise are perfect in every aspect.

I ordered from this website and two days later they canceled my order without any reason. Their phone number is not working - it's a scam. They probably steal your personal and credit card information and sell it. Do not trust them - avoid this website at all costs!

Ordered a game off of the website. Received a confirmation email. However, never received any shipping updates or billing information. Never heard anything back. Couldn't get a response from support. Unfortunately, several of the reviews I ran across after the fact stated that others thought it a scam site only to gather credit card information. Unfortunately about a month later someone went on a spending spree with my debit card. I'm very careful about using only PayPal sites and sites that I know are legitimate. Wished I would have heeded the other reviews and never dealt with that site. Now is the long waiting game of dealing with the bank to get things back on track again. Beware!

I ordered a couple things from their site. Shortly after the order was cancelled due to a "bad pay gateway".

A couple of weeks later I have random charges that total over $2,200 on my credit card.

There is no other way my card could have been compromised. I do not recommend using this site.

I placed an order August 11 & still no email confirmation. I tried contacting the company by email & haven't gotten a reply. I tried calling & just get the busy signal as previous reviewer indicated. I don't know if my card was charged yet, but I don't recommend this site.

I ordered 10 different items on a Sunday night. The company called AM on Monday to verify the order I placed. The items were delivered on Friday afternoon. Opened the box they were excellently packed, better than big box retail stores did with the same items.
