I see that many individuals gave Veritas Global Protection a very high grade in terms of their overall level of satisfaction. The registration process was quick and painless, and everyone I've spoken to up to this point has been friendly and informative.
Bought a 2018 Cayenne in 2022 (23kmiles). Paid almost 6k upfront for this trash warranty. I spent over $600 in diagnostics and then they only wanted to pay for 1/4 of the job, even after my deductible. These parts ARE ON THE CONTRACT but they wont wanna pay any repair place for their time. You cannot get a high tier warranty than the one I purchased. I wish I'd have taken that money and put it in the stock market, I'd have all my repairs covered with money left over.
So I spent $4000 on the Premier plus top package. Had my car in for humming at higher speeds. I had the service station call the warranty company prior to anything being done. They only covered the deductible ($100) on a wheel bearing going out at 65,000 miles. I thought a deductible was my portion of the repair? What is the point of having a warranty if they don't cover anything? I guess that I am out $3900 plus the repair. Lesson learned, NEVER us them again! Hopefully this helps someone from making the same mistake I made!

You can take out the most expensive plan they offer and there will still be parts they don't cover, even though it was sold as a bumper to bumper plan. Absolutely ridiculous and their print is extremely misleading when it comes to the part required to fix my vehicle. There customer service was absolutely not helpful, nor would they even look into the situation and continuously talked over me. They could've made it right but chose to look the other way. I will be cancelling this policy and capturing back the remainder of the money that is owed to me.

Took my car to dealer after I found a huge oil leak.
Diagnosis was a leak in oil pan. Service tech said it needed to be replaced.
He submitted a claim to Veritas. They denied it immediately and said it must have been caused by over tightening plug. Dealer said that is 100% not the case and in fact, plug had been replaced a year ago. STILL Veritas denied claim. So we requested an inspector from Veritas be sent to review the problem himself. Veritas said NO. Their decision was final!
When I called Veritas to speak with a manager or someone higher up, they were disrespectfully dismissive and said the dealership had already requested it and their decision is final!
They literally have ZERO basis for denying my claim! ZERO. They are a SCAM! FRAUD! Total waste of money!
Put 20,000 miles on my benz. Performed 3 oil changes with proof refuse to pay for repairs saying there is sludge in the motor. Mechanic disagrees.
Rip off, paid 4000.00 for the warranty. No recourse paying for a dead car with a useless warranty.

They are thieves. They decide how much of an estimate that they are willing to pay, regardless of what is needed. I had something break that needed parts and 8 hours of labor to complete. They first denied the claim and then they said they'd only pay 3 of the 8 hours of labor. When I tried to speak with them they essentially siad TOO BAD and there's nothing you can do about it. NO auto dealer should offer the Veritas warranty program. It's a total scam!

Absolutely do not throw money away by buying a Veritas plan.
Purchased an extended warranty 9/6/2019 that indicates it covers "turbo/supercharger housing all internal lubricated parts PLUS a list of additional parts. My east gate motor went out which is a valve that controls flow of exhaust/gas to the turbine of the turbocharger. This is part of turbocharger, should be covered. They declined my claim. When asked if the entire turbocharger would go out, would it be covered, the representative would not answer me. They just kept declining the claim.

They are a scam and don't pay their claims. They take your claim and then never respond after that. If you call, you get a busy signal and when someone answers, they say the management is looking into your claim and it will take time. The call center will not put you through to management. They won't give you anyone's name. Big rip off.
Three claims in the last three years, all hassle free. I could be a spokesperson for veritas protection. I'm truly amazed at how expedient veritas protection is. I share my experiences with friends of mine who do not have veritas protection and well, let's just say they aren't exactly happy with the choice they made. Thank you, veritas protection, for always being there when needed. I highly recommend veritas protection.
If you're looking for warranty DO NOT go with them! I needed an alternator replacement a month and a half after getting my car, and they didn't warranty any of the wiring associated with it! I also needed new shocks and bushings! Did not cover it! And I still had to pay for other things to get fixed! Do not recommend at all they took a week to even approve that! Terrible company and a waste of money
The protection plan that I decided to buy has exceeded all of my expectations, but I needed to evaluate to establish whether or not it would be beneficial to continue working with them. After filing my first claim. It seems as though the answer is going to be yes!
Recently I had several customers come in that needed repairs on their vehicles. Each of them had a vehicle protection plan with Veritas. Making a claim with them was easy and handled very professionally. I could tell from my customers as well that they were very pleased with how everything went.
Veritas has a wider variety of protection plans than most similar companies offer. That coupled with the fact that they have knowledgeable customer support to help you choose your best fit makes them a standout in my opinion.
Absolutely terrible. They will go out of their way to deny repairs. I work at a dealership and the last vehicle I had at my shop with this warranty was there for 2 months. We got approval after about 5 weeks of going back and forth and it took us a few days to complete the repair. Then we waited another 2 1/2 weeks for payment. Awful company, DO NOT BUY VERITAS

So far I haven't had to do a claim. But the representative I talked to was very polite and knowledgeable. I think the monthly rate is affordable. I reviewed other insurance claims and talked to other people and veritas protection always came up as the best. So of course when people ask me I will definitely tell them to give veritas protection a call.
I had a check engine light come on in my Range Rover. The repair was to cost $3300. Veritas Global flat out denied the claim. I have had all maintenance done at the Range Rover dealership. After reviewing my car's history they denied the claim because I had an oil change at ******* miles and not the recommended ******* miles. The service associate called them on speaker phone with me listening. The Veritas representative was looking for anything to disqualify the claim and immediately said he would review all maintenance records. I tried speaking with the manager Emily and she completely denied the claim and sent me a copy of the contract. She stated that I failed to comply with the recommended maintenance plan. I will never use this company again and will tell everyone I know not to use them. This company is extremely shady. Do not use.
This company is crap. They will find any reason not to fix your car. My transmission went out wile on a road trip. I had to wait 2 days for them to send an inspector to the shop. They never called me to see what was going on. 3 days later I called and they said because I didn't have the original wheels on they considered it an alteration and would not cover. Mind you they were stock 22" wheels that was offered on the LTZ model and I have a LS model. Stay away from these thieves.

Buy this product only if you have money to give away. They will do everything they can to get out of paying a claim. Had cam phasers go bad on Ford truck. They sent there representative to look at it. We had to wait several days for him to come. Told dealer they would give us as answer in 48 hours. We waited four days and still no answer. I called dealer and let them know we needed the truck and couldnt wait any longer. Dealer contacted Veritas and they denied the claim. Ended up paying for it out of pocket.I'm out the cost of the insurance as well. It appears to be worthless.
It was such a simple process for my claim. I gave a copy of my policy to the service department, and they contacted veritas protection for approval. I paid my $100 deductible when the car was repaired. I am so glad I bought it.
The representative that assisted with setting up my service was very friendly and courteous. All my questions were answered and the process was thorough and simple. I look forward to using veritas protection to help with my car repairs.
Imagining daily life without my car is just not a place I even let my head go to. There are lots of things I pay for that I'm not thrilled to have to pay for but in this case, the peace of mind is well worth paying for.
