I see that many individuals gave Veritas Global Protection a very high grade in terms of their overall level of satisfaction. The registration process was quick and painless, and everyone I've spoken to up to this point has been friendly and informative.
Bought a 2018 Cayenne in 2022 (23kmiles). Paid almost 6k upfront for this trash warranty. I spent over $600 in diagnostics and then they only wanted to pay for 1/4 of the job, even after my deductible. These parts ARE ON THE CONTRACT but they wont wanna pay any repair place for their time. You cannot get a high tier warranty than the one I purchased. I wish I'd have taken that money and put it in the stock market, I'd have all my repairs covered with money left over.

I paid Auto Nation $4,400 for the deluxe package and when my waterpump went out. Veritas refused to cover the warranty. They called the shop employee and mechanic liars and claimed that it wasn't the waterpump leaking coolant from the front of the engine behind the bell housing. Don't buy a warranty from these people. They will not honor your contract
They were able to turn an awful situation into a wonderful experience. I haven't had my car for very long, and when I needed a repair was unsure if I would be able to afford it. The repair shop that I took my car to was able to get my claim started and approved much faster than expected. This saved me money on what I thought was going to be a very expensive repair. I would highly recommend anyone, either with a car or looking to buy a car, to get a plan with them.

Your claim has been denied because one of the customer care reps said it was OK to start the repair, then we denied the claim because that rep didn't have the authority to do that, apparently! So you go ahead and pay that $600 because we messed up.
So after me talking to my mechanic shop today I'm pretty upset with this insurance company they lied to me and better business bureau their investor that they setup had told my mechanic that my car engine had to be torn down for him to inspect it when I found out that they denied my claim for that I told them that they are lying and and they are saying that they never told the mechanic place that which was a lie and they swear up and down that they have that on recording but do I know if they recorded it while they told the investor I don't know so because of them trying to say that they keep denying my claim then they sit there and acuse me of not giving them my history of maintenance on vehicle which was a lie I did send that over. Then they acuse me of driving that under that condition for along time and not Taking it in which was a lie because I did take it in and they kept over looking my car so they are trying to say I breached my contract but really they are cause I didn't do any of this that they are saying they took my money but didn't fix my car only replaced the transmission with a used one that they sent over out of these past 2 or 3 years with them they are a fraud I shouldn't have had a issue getting my car fixed with them and I did. This company could make tour health go bad for how they do business

I'm very low income and I thought having this cat warrenty would help us but they don't they take your money for no reason!

I decided to get a vehicle protection plan from them when my vehicle started to get older. Recently my vehicle broke down, I am so happy that I was able to get it repaired with the help of the plan I was paying for. When I called them, they were very helpful and understanding of my situation. I was able to get my vehicle into a repair shop and back on the streets quickly. I am very appreciative of the help they provided.
I run a repair shop and I've had multiple customers scammed by this company. Very few claims have been approved across the board. We will wait for days or weeks before a denial of claims. I've been against warranty companies for a while, but have never written a review until this company screwed my customer over bad enough (and screwed me out of my time) that's made me mad enough to write a review. The customer has a broken belt tensioner and clicking c/v axles. We've waited over a week for an answer. These are covered items and commonly covered items with other warranty companies. But some how they found a way to weasel out of paying for this repair. This is the wrong way to do business and is not moral. The reason why I've stayed in business for decades is because I'm moral. Veritas is immoral.
Recently purchased this when my car was refinanced and thank god I did. My starter went out and I was able to use my exclusionary plan to pay for it. Shop received payment within 24 hours and everything went great. Thank you for saving me $400!
I've owned my car for two years now. I bought it new and it was in great shape but you can't be too careful when you buy a car and I have my kids to think about as well. Two weeks ago I had reason to use my plan and things went great. The cost was covered and my mechanic had a real easy time with them as well. He's a bit of a fusser so for him not to complain much meant there was nothing to complain about. I had a really easy and clear cut experience.
I helped my son purchase a used car in Nov 2022. The carfax had minimal issues on it, but i made sure he got a warranty. Veritas which is what the dealership provided. My son purchased Veritas's (Powertrain Enhanced) plan. Fast forward one month after purchase the dang car broke down. The repair shop consulted the Veritas to give their estimates to include parts and labor THEY, Veritas denied mostly everything and my son ended up paying for the car repairs. The car broke down again the beginning of June 2023 the car repair contacted Veristas and they gave both my son and the repair shop the run around and eventually stated the work/parts are not covered. Well this time he cannot pay for this repair and labor and we realize Veritas warranty is absolutely useless. I'm at a lost and pissed for my son because Veritas duped him. We are absolutely done with VERISTAS!
STAY AWAY! They will refuse to pay everything and will give you every excuse in the book. I spent hours on the phone trying to call around to different dealerships that would even work with them! I guess they have already scammed so many people that even the dealerships have figured out their game. DO NOT USE.
This company will not protect you vehicle. They will blame the dealership for overselling their product and tell you they are not responsible for training the sales staff as they are a worldwide company. I wouldn't buy their warranty or purchase as vehicle from Shift Sales ever again! BMW service department was even surprised at their service agreements.

This company is a scam/trash. I paid over 3000.00 for my warranty and I had my car for for 6 months. My engie light came on and I took it in for diagnostic and my bill was 3400.00. Veritas send out their own technican to look at a problem that was already discover. They denied my claim becuase my diagnostic time stamps are different. Like REALLY... The good reviews are fakes and none/most of them doesn't talk about fixing there car. They bind you in arbitrary so you can't sue them in court. Run if a Dealership offer them to you. ZERO STARS
My first claim was a little rough but I didn't follow the process... Second time I used it it was pretty smooth. They paid 1200 of the 1600 bill and was driving my car the second day.
On both claims they had paid the bill before I even picked the car up... As soon as the car was done the bill was paid.
This warranty for me has already paid itself off and I would do it again in a heartbeat.
If you don't follow the process they aren't going to pay and I wouldn't blame them and you to find a shop that is willing to follow the process as well.
Simple, easy and well worth the cost.
Veritas has told me to take my 77,000 mile vehicle to 2 different shops so far, and has REFUSED to pay for ANY claims. If you think you're getting ANYTHING fixed, read ALL the reviews. Calling the Better Business Bureau Monday and a lawyer for assistance. BEWARE!

This auto protection plan provides excellent coverage. It has made my car ownership experience so much better. If something happens I just give them a call and get my repairs.
I own a dealership and sold Vertitas warranties for several months with the assurance that they pay claims. After a few months we realized that what we had collected in profits we had nearly had to pay customers for claims that Veritas would not cover. We discontinued doing business with them.
I had a finance manager change a warranty to a different type of coverage and he did not ever cancel the first one. Now 6 months later, and trying to be refunded for one warranty, because 2 warranties on the same car is not necessary i have tried for several months to get a reimbursment for my customer. They will not refund the entire amount and stalled the claim because i had not marked an X in front of "other."
My faith in 3rd party warranties are completely gone. Most 3rd party warranties pay out 7-10% of money they receive in selling warranties. A 90% return on investment to me is fraudulant.
