I see that many individuals gave Veritas Global Protection a very high grade in terms of their overall level of satisfaction. The registration process was quick and painless, and everyone I've spoken to up to this point has been friendly and informative.
Bought a 2018 Cayenne in 2022 (23kmiles). Paid almost 6k upfront for this trash warranty. I spent over $600 in diagnostics and then they only wanted to pay for 1/4 of the job, even after my deductible. These parts ARE ON THE CONTRACT but they wont wanna pay any repair place for their time. You cannot get a high tier warranty than the one I purchased. I wish I'd have taken that money and put it in the stock market, I'd have all my repairs covered with money left over.
These guys are awesome. I have put in significant mileage on my car but they still cover for its repairs. I love it.

PARTIAL COVERAGE WHICH THEY DON'T TELL YOU WHEN YOU BUY THE POLICY, MOST OF COMPONENTS HAVE TO LITERALLY LEAVE YOU STRANDED IN ORDER FOR THEM TO COVER YOU. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. HORRIBLE. 1 STAR

Do not buy anything from this company. They are the worst company I've ever worked with.
My car's head gaskets and radiator needed replaced. I had had an unknown oil leak for a while that repair shop couldn't find, so I just kept topping up the oil. Then on the freeway one night, all of my temperature warning lights came on. I pulled off the freeway and took it to a shop about a mile away from the exit, not to be driven since. The repair shop filed a claim It took 2 WEEKS for the claim to come back and it had been denied. It was denied on two criteria; 1. That the radiator had been replaced without prior approval. 2. That the car had been driven for a month after the warning light came on. Both of these things were complete lies and completely false. The repair shop had NOT repaired anything, much less replaced the entire radiator. Secondly, as soon as my warning lights came on, I pulled off the freeway and into a shop. I drove maybe 2 miles after the lights came on.
I tried calling them again to explain the confusion and nothing happened. After no response, the dealership called a week later and they didn't budge. I called, crying, and my mother yelled at them, even threatening a lawyer and nothing changed. This review does not even start to explain my frustration. They are not out to help people. They are not here to approve and pay for repairs. I now have to pay $5500 out of my public school teacher salary. They are here to take money and help their business. At one point they said that they wouldn't approve my claim out of fear of it being fraudulent. The only fraud being run here is being run Veritas
This might be long but well worth reading this place is a complete scam I hope they read this review on top of the other unsatisfied customers they never warranty anything every mechanic I bring it to calls me back to tell me to pick my car up because the warranty company sucks and they won't pay. I just recently purchased a car and also purchased veritas extended warranty. A few months down the line my ac compressor goes I had the mechanic open up a claim and veritas had to send an adjuster out to verify the damage was accurate to the mechanics quote. Before they sent the adjuster they called the mechanic back to state my warranty claim was denied because they do not cover ac compressors meanwhile on my plan it states ac compressor. I went back and fourth arguing on the phone telling them my plan states ac compressor but they still said there was nothing they could do for me. I later ended up paying out of pocket for the repair. A year later my coolant line from the reservoir to the manifold bursted i brought it to the mechanic he had opened up a claim and before the adjuster could receive pictures of the damage they denied the claim because they do not warranty any hoses or lines but again in my plan it states coolant lines hoses and fittings to make a long story short stay away from this 3rd party warranty they will steal your money and not think twice of your situation getting them to warranty any repairs is like pulling teeth its extremely difficult time consuming and tiring I absolutely love my car but I'm willing to get rid of it just to get rid of veritas warranty they won't allow me to cancel and the extra money added to my payment won't change as I already tried 3 times I hope my review helped anyone who doesn't deserve to be scammed like this i know I for sure learned my lesson.

The first time (April 2022) I opened a case for oil pump replacement, Veritas did not accept it because of out-of-warranty coverage. I said ok, I repaired it with my money.
This time I have a problem with the valve gasket leak. The certified service company checked, and he said I called Veritas, but they do not accept it. You need to call veritas if you have questions.

Lady told me we are not covering this problem after 100k miles. ( My car is 105k mil.) but my coverage expiration milage: 120k and expiration date: 10/23/2024.

Yes, she said oil pump. I asked her why you did not cover my oil pump replacement last year. She said you did not report. I reported with a certified service company. Certified service company reported. But you did not cover it, This time, she said the certified service company reported a different item, and we did not accept it. The certified service company is your certified only company I can contact, Who else can I trust if This service company told me the Oil pump would change, but he reported to you a different item.,
She said you could request a refund. Wow, wow, wow. I ask her Ok I would like to report now for refund, She said sorry it is not my part of job.

If the dealership tries to sell you Veritas do yourself a favor and say "No Thanks". I've filed two claims; air conditioner and water pump. They denied the air conditioner completely. No one at Veritas will talk to you unless you persistently insist on speaking to a manager. They are masters at wasting time. Asking the technicians to email photos to an adjuster is fine, but the adjuster never responds until the technician calls Veritas again. It is not uncommon in my experience for a technician to be put on hold for almost an hour. Then there is no such thing as talking about the adjuster's opinion about what needs to be done or the cost. Veritas insists on purchasing the absolutely least expensive parts that can be found on the internet. If the technician can't get them that cheap Veritas thinks they are being overly generous when they offer to find a cheap part and mail it to the shop. Garages are busy places and they quickly lose patience with Veritas. They have to waste time moving your car in and out of the shop and then keeping it in their parking lot for a couple of days while Veritas yanks them around. They don't have time to play those games and reputable garages usually won't install junk parts with questionable warranties. If you ever have a major part fail, like an engine or transmission from my experience I can pretty much guarantee you will pay at least half of the cost to replace it, and you will end up with a lousy product. It turns out I pretty much threw away almost three thousand bucks. The guy who sold it said it was 'exclusionary' bumper to bumper protection for any moving part except for normal wear and tear. Turns out that to Veritas 'normal wear and tear' means, "Damn man, the thing just wore out! Wish we could do something to help."
And if you want to dispute their denial yourself you're out of luck. The policy clearly states they will only talk to the technician so I finally just went to the shop and after a little over an hour Veritas was able to find an adjuster who had the time to talk to the technician, we put my phone on Speaker and the adjuster wasn't happy about it but he spoke to the technician with me listening. When I asked him a question he curtly replied, "Sir I can only talk to the technician."
If you love throwing your money away on lousy customer service and then paying the bulk of the repair yourself you'll love Veritas. I will most likely never purchase another extended warranty again. This was an expensive, but valuable lesson.
Dropped truck off with dealership initially in December because Heated Seats are not working. I called Veritas before dropping it off to verify that this component was indeed covered, I was told YES. Dealership calls me and says claim denied, I call Veritas and am told it was denied because dealership failed to provide "proof of failure". Ummm I push the button and they do not work, Isn't that PROOF OF FAILURE? They don't come on and they used to, what more proof do you need.
So 1st week on Jan 2022 the truck goes back. Jan 11th I call dealership and ask what's the deal. I am told Veritas is sending a 3rd party inspector out, he has 24-48 hours to be onsite from the 10th. Dealership calls me Jan 13th no one has come out. I call Veritas in Jan 14th and am told there was a "MISSCOMMUNICATION" between Veritas and 3rd party and someone will be out Jan 17th. Their web site says LIGHTNING-FAST response times for claims. Is 2 weeks Lightning Fast. Is the 17th 24-48 hours after the 10th. You people are terrible.
I have to go to work Monday, they say get a rental and I will be reimbursed IF the claim is approved... WHAT, you drop the ball and I have to make up for your being a screw up?
