I see that many individuals gave Veritas Global Protection a very high grade in terms of their overall level of satisfaction. The registration process was quick and painless, and everyone I've spoken to up to this point has been friendly and informative.
Bought a 2018 Cayenne in 2022 (23kmiles). Paid almost 6k upfront for this trash warranty. I spent over $600 in diagnostics and then they only wanted to pay for 1/4 of the job, even after my deductible. These parts ARE ON THE CONTRACT but they wont wanna pay any repair place for their time. You cannot get a high tier warranty than the one I purchased. I wish I'd have taken that money and put it in the stock market, I'd have all my repairs covered with money left over.
Hello, I'm a resident of Pennsylvania, located approx. 1/2 hr outside of Philadelphia. Purchased high-end vehicle (Porsche Cayenne) back in Summer 2020 from dealer (in New Jersey) who recommended that I purchase extended warranty from Veritas Global Protection Services so I did, based on trust for dealer. I purchased a 48,000 mile/ 4-yr (whichever comes 1st) term coverage. First time I filed a claim with Veritas for a covered fault/components, Veritas made only partial payment and gave bogus reason for not paying full expenses. My second claim was even worse as Veritas rejected claim right out indicating that fault/components were not covered, when actually most of the components were covered. Veritas indicated the issue with covered components were a result of the non-covered components (since they were all together/part of the same fault) therefore, the whole claim would not be covered. I pleaded multiple times for Veritas to reconsider/ reassess my issue but they denied. They were not willing to work with me, period!
My advice/ recommendation is to avoid ever using Veritas or any of its affiliate companies. Infact, run the opposite way, if someone suggests/ recommends them to you. You'll be disappointed as I was!

I purchase a bumper to bumper warranty through this company. Less than 2 weeks i am having major issues that cost over $4,000 dollors to fixs the car suspensions and the car computer. On the warranty paperwork it is supposed to be covered, but the warranty is Refusing to cover it and on top of that making up excuses. I am getting a lawyer to deal with this matter. I am canceling the warranty that I only had for 2 months. Please anyone reading this do not get this warranty. You will be sorry if you did.

Car warranty providers always seem to get a bad rap. After all my years with Veritas, this felt like a good time to say that I have never experienced anything but excellent service with them.
Dealing with car repairs used to be stressful, but with Veritas, it's so much easier. So glad I chose their protection plan. It came in handy when I had transmission issues. Thanks!
The compressor on my car's air conditioning went out. I took it to the shop 6 days ago, the shop jump through the Hoops that Veritas required and I have still not received an answer as to whether or not they will approve the repair. It is absolutely something that is covered by the warranty.
The repair shop has contacted them on at least three occasions, I have called twice and emailed once to no avail.
Since they have not responded, I have been without a car for nearly a week now. I told them I pay my bill on time every month and reciprocation would be appreciated. We'll see what happens from here.
Either way, taking at least a week to respond to the repair shop is unacceptable. I personally would not recommend this warranty company.
I also left the copy of my warranty with the repair shop, so I do not have it here to post a photo of it. Hopefully that won't keep this review from being posted.
Hyundai 8 the warranty company finally did agree to pay just over half of the repair bill. However, it's working 24 hours after approval to actually release money to the shop, which delayed me getting my car by another day and a half. Still would not recommend.

They will lie and lie and lie about what their supposed inspector found and go against what a certified mechanic diagnoses as the fault, why even go to a service shop if they are just going to deny their diagnosis? Scam that's why! Ask them for a copy of the report they used to deny your claim? Nope! They'll tell you it's their property and they do not share with public….ummm shady much?!

As a service professional and owning my own shop for 33 years, I've dealt many aftermarket warranty companies. None of the companies I've ever dealt with are as shady is this one. My customer came in with a noise in his rear suspension and we diagnosed a bad rear shock. Though the shock is a covered part the contract states that they only has to pay the price that they can purchase the shock for. They have a wholesale account so they will not pay the retail price of the shock and they stick the client with the difference if they want their repair done immediately. The customer offered opted to have the part sent out and waited nearly 2 weeks for the car to be fixed. Call them back again today. On a window switch problem in the same customer's car. After waiting on hold with them for nearly 30 minutes, they told me that they wanted the diagnostic procedure video taped and submit it to them in an email for the claims department before they would pay the $97.50 diagnostic fee. This would require me to perform the whole diagnostic procedure again that we had already performed. They were not willing to compensate a penny to the time that I'd already spent diagnosed in the car or the half hour that I spent waiting on hold for them. I told the customer that he can take care of this problem himself and then basically kicking the car out of my shop. I would never buy this company's warranty because their request are ridiculous and they will hide behind the contract that most people do not read thoroughly before they buy the product. It is a classic case of buyer beware and this is a company to beware of

It took several weeks for their adjuster to deny my claim for repairs. Everything that was wrong with the car I had to pay out of pocket so the warranty was just extra money I had to pay out.

My vehicle has been in the shop for 11 DAYS and counting! The repair shop has gone above and beyond to provide videos and documentation. It took the warranty company 3 days alone to send out an inspector to make sure the Dealership "wasn't lying" about the repairs needed. Multiple calls and they will NEVER let you speak to a supervisor. They continue to delay and say they won't pay the shops labor prices even though they are $20 within the fair labor rates sheets used.
My family moves across the country TOMORROW and the warranty company takes forever to review and respond. At this point, they are telling me my portion of the repairs is over $1300!, when my deductible is $100. Literally at a loss with what feels like no recourse.

Purchased a vehicle that came with this slack warranty! Long story short, needed work done on a Range Rover and they sent someone to the dealership where i took the truck and they had someone supposely come out and take pictures of what needed to be fixed. Warranty people said the pictures werent good enough(even though you all sent this person out who did not do their job). They wanted Range Rover to send pictures and they did as well and still wasnt approved to get fixed. Yea they ran away from that price indeed. So i was left with that bill which needless to say is 10k! Had another issue come up and they said they dont deal with emmision problems which is stated in the warranty (no prob). These people are crooks, they arent worth doing buisness with. Pleae save yourself sometime and go elsewhere. Their unprofessional and dont keep their end of the bargain. Lol place is a complete joke! Dont go here

WARNING! Do not pay for this Extended warranty! They refused to fix my 2018 Durango because they said the bolt inside the engine wasn't covered! I have the Premier Full term policy which includes everything! I also used them for another claim which was terrible! They only partial covered the bill! And one more thing the rental car that was suppose to be included is only covered for a few days and you have to pay for it and then they reimburse you! I REPEAT THEY ARE A HORRIBLE COMPANY AND A WASTE OF MONEY!
I bought my truck used and added this services in hopes of adding extra protection my truck. When my truck started acting up, I took it to the shop knowing that my extended warranty will pay for repairs. When I started communication with Veritas Global Protection, everything was going smooth until I started submitting my documentation. They kept denying my request because of a lack of documentation but wouldn't tell me what they were missing. My claim was closed. I resubmitted documentation again in hopes that they will reopen the case, instead they start a whole new claim. Once again, the claim was closed for a lack of documents. I tried to get answers but they failed to give me any answers. I once again, submitted all the same documents for them to end up telling me that my truck would not be cover because I was not able to get an oil change at the beginning of the pandemic. I try to explain to them, that we were in a state of emergency and everything was closed. They still refused to pay. This company will find any excuse so that they won't have to pay. Do not waste your money. This is a FRAUD COMPANY
