Suggestion: It is way to hard for my body's pressure points. It keeps me from sleeping.
Even my dreams are better. Yes, I am very pleased with this mattress and once again I want to tell you how pleased I was with the men who brought the mattress, Good workers.

Got this bed for our 6'7" son who had a verlo futon for years. We've been testing it out while he's away at school and find it so comfortable, we are thinking of trading in our King Verlo for one like this What kind of trade in program do you have for a previously bought mattress that is still good but not as good as this one!?
The zero gravity took some adjustment but cant imagine not sleeping that way know. Great service, great warranty. Love that it was MKE/USA company, Getting the new pillow made package complete.
Suggestion: Still not sure if I would prefer a tad more pillow top??
I'm beginning to think that I should not have gotten the pillow top mattress. I'll try it a bit longer but may be asking for an adjustment. I guess I'm reserving judgement for a few more months but right now I'm disappointed in my purchase.
Suggestion: The weight. There is no way that one person could shift it around. I understand that you do not need to flip it but just rotating it to even out the wear on it is impossible for one person. I also wish (and this is my fault) that I had tried out all the mattresses. Coming in to the store and taking the little quiz directed me to the 2 most expensive. Maybe that quiz does it to everyone. Never-the -less, I didn't try the other mattresses and perhaps I would have found them more comfortable now. I was told that I should feel like the mattress is giving me a hug. Well that meant the pillow top one....which may now prove to be the one that I shouldn't have purchased.
I really dislike my mattress. I've went through the "comfort guarantee" and my mattress remains as uncomfortable as it was. Or worse, if that's possible. I'm nothing but disappointed with my purchase and would never recommend a single person to buy one of your products. I would never buy another product from your company again. I feel cheated and disrespected.
Suggestion: I wish my mattress was like the one I sampled in the store. I went through the comfort guarantee process and my mattress managed to come back worse. I want a soft pillow top mattress. I thought for $2000 that's what I was getting. However that doesn't seem to be true. I'm disappointed in every possible way.
I no longer have pain in my back or in my hips. My sleep tracker now says I'm at 98% efficiency. That is over a 40% improvement. This is by far the best mattress I have ever slept on. Thank you Verlo.
Suggestion: The top mattress slides out of place all the time.
The mattress is too firm and i toss and turn more than ever before, and i get ip extremely tired The people at Verlo were very helpful.
Suggestion: Its firmness. I need it to be softer and feel like the mattress hugs you versus feeling like im sleeping on top of a table.
I had problems with my back previously and hoped a new mattress would make the difference but I just wore a small dip into my mattress and my back still hurts. We always thought Verlo was the place to go but as we age we find ourselves probably needing something different.
Suggestion: We were told to wait until the divot was 1 1/2" deep but it is uncomfortable enough that we decided to use the spare bedroom's mattress instead.
Less changing positions throughout the night for me. Less interruption of my sleep from my husband's movements during the night
Suggestion: Can't think of anything yet. We are still switching it around every two weeks.
