yes, I had a 20+ year old futon mattress previously that was hurting my back
Suggestion: cost and firmness- it's firmer than I expected but I'm waiting to see if it softens more in the next few months
I am waking up with a backache and neck pain. The middle is sinking. I had customer service over today and they found the inconsistencies in the mattress. I am awaiting a phone call to rectify the problem.
Suggestion: Previously described as inconsistently built.

Suggestion: Price and don't care for the mattress cover . Too thin would have wanted one with some padding. The mattress cover should have been given as a bonus with the purchase.
Still adjusting to our new mattress. (At times we feel it's too stiff and we should contact your group for an adjustment, but decided to give it more time.) Keep up the good work. We believe in your success story.
Suggestion: It was an expensive purchase and at times we feel it's not the perfect fit.
I love my new Verlo mattress, I have slept better from the first night. I ordered a 9" box thinking since I am tall it would be better for me, but it is actually too tall and I have to use a small step stool to get into bed and if I don't put one foot on the stool when getting out of bed, the angle of my pelvis on the mattress causes pain upon standing. I will be speaking to my local Verlo rep about switching to a 7" box.
Suggestion: That fact that it is heavier than my last one, just so I can rotate it by myself without assistance. So, basically nothing really.
I am disappointed in the firmness of the mattress, no better then the one I had ! I realize I can call to have the mattress altered but that means again being without a mattress again ! Had hoped it would be good the first shot !
Suggestion: I wish it was softer so my body would sink into it. Feel like I am sleeping on a board !
No real change in my sleeping pattern please help me by fixing this problem

My previous mattress came from Verlo, so I would say I'm sleeping the same. The agent I worked with at the store was very good.
Suggestion: It's a little taller than what I thought it was going to be. I can't sit on my bed and have my feet touch the floor.
The bed is not hard enough. And the sales rep talked me out of making it firmer Call me so l can have this fixed please. Kimberly Burton

I had to add a pillow top to it.
Suggestion: I probably should have gone with a pillow top version or hybrid. I was just not sure about the pillow top durability and longevity. So that gray area, concerns me when it comes to deciding which of your products I would use in the near future. If you understand what I'm expressing. Plus I must add, we're debating if we should go with the king versus a queen. We will be purchasing in the future, I feel I have a little time left to test the product I have. Thanks for your bed mattress knowledge. Your service was fantastic. Meanwhile, while I'm sleeping on your product. I will be dreaming about the next kind of purchase I would buy .
