Verlo

It's been almost 3 months and the bed still feels hard - nothing at all like the floor model. I even had a comfort adjustment and paid for a latex layer to be added and it's still just too hard. It would be nice if someone would contact me regarding this problem.
Suggestion: It needs to be softer, like the floor model.

The new bed makes a huge difference and we miss it when we travel. Very pleased with our selection so far. However now since we are sleeping we are finding that we can get away with not using the movement feature as much when sleeping.
Suggestion: Only things we can think of is the depth for the sheets. We had multiple sets before that do not fit as well as the sheets we purchased with the mattress.

Nancy who helped me figure out the right bed for me was truly a Rock Star! everyone at the Verlo store on Layton ave were fabulous
Suggestion: Hmm maybe a little softer but yet with the firmness if that makes any sense.

I still have a hard time falling asleep, a lot of tossing and turning to get comfortable, even though I think the mattress is generally quite comfortable.
Suggestion: Okay, I'll dream big-I wish it could make the covers stay put and not be half on the floor in the morning! More realistically, my mattress is not as soft in the top layer as the one I tried in the store. I liked that one better.

I don't wake as often since getting my new mattress - and I don't have as many breathing problems.
Suggestion: It seems lower on one side where I sleep and it does not bounce back. I'm trying to sleep all over it more in order to even it out.

Amazing job to our comfort coach, Evan at the Mayfair collection location! We recommend all of our friends to verlo and I still talk about how exemplary your service was. I work in the retail industry myself and I was so overjoyed to experience Verlo's service. Thank you!
Suggestion: Honestly nothing. We love it

It is very comfortable. In fact, my girlfriend says she thinks it is like sleeping on a cloud. She is very jealous and is thinking of buying one for herself.
Suggestion: I haven't found anything so far..

Didn't realize how big a difference a decent mattress can make to get as good night's rest. I think it's great that you let customers know how to take care of their mattress to get the best out of it.

Just would like to thank you, Alexis, for the excellent experience in your Verlo store. You were so very helpful to me when I was looking for a mattress!
Suggestion: It could be just a little bit firmer.

I wish the salesman would of told me how often I should rotate my mattress
Suggestion: I sit on my bed in the morning getting dressed and evening getting undressed . wish there was more support so the center-end wouldn't start to bow after a while
