Verniershop stated 3 to 4 day shipping I purchase product. I hopes of receiving in that time frame. After emails find out product is out of stock in US after 4 business days of communication. Within communication I stated a need date for this product. Besides endless emails I tried to call *******534 customer service number and request delivery date. Support was unhelpful at best! Or wouldn't even let me explain my dilemma but push me aside to yet wait for another damn email... I requested to cancel the order but unfortunately that can't happen because you can't cancel but only a day after you purchased it... This is after 4 days of waiting and finding out product as it hasn't even shipped yet. Such BS. Warning consumers..

Came very well packed and in perfect condition. It seems like it's a lot of pieces, but it makes sense when you unwrap it. It was easy enough to put together. I needed a second person to pull and attach the back curved bar. The hex-tool they enclose is great! I was definitely angry when it arrived because the color was why I chose this, and it's darker than the photo, but it's comfortable, soft, and has middle-back support for anyone who wants that. It's also good for high adjustment. I'm 5'8" and the lowest height adjustment is correct for me. I ordered wheels for wood floors, and I'm happy overall.

Always skeptical about the quality of wreaths, however this one did NOT disappoint. It was better than store purchased for sure! It was bigger than I expected as well, and it's beautiful! One of the better wreath purchases on Vernier Beautiful, colorful wreath to brighten up my front door! This is beautiful! I just didn't work for my space!

I absolutely love this wreath. It's colorful and cheery. It's made "ok" the flowers and such may fall off in time, not very secure. It should be priced at 60.00 not close to 100.00 that's too much for this wreath.

Absolutely beautiful. I would definitely recommend purchasing to a friend. I added 5 small artificial flowers to it, but definitely not necessary. Spend about 5 minutes arranging it out of the box, and it's perfect!

Ordered from their site never got the item; they continued to charge my card random amounts. I would have never noticed until my bank called me and said they believe that there was fraudulent charges. Several different charges from them and everytime I kept saying refund the money or provide the item they kept saying: Please check this matter with your bank as it shows on our system that the charges were unsuccessful. Item ordered was shipped from China, not disclosed until after it was paid for, nor was the bizarre return policy and took 19 days not 3-5. Arrived without all of its parts and the wrong size and parts not working. Company jerked me around for 20 days with emails and no responses.call them and they will expedite your concern...then nothing. Today I was offered 20% refund OR I could ship itt back to China at my expense and then they would charge a 25% restocking fee. Never have nor will they address that the item doesn't work. Will not tell you where they are located and won't give a state side address. Beware.

They charged me for my item, then sent a series of sketchy emails with a tracking number that didn't track anything. Then suddenly I had fraudulent charges on my debit card.

I bought a cheaply-made product and got it quickly. Only problem is that 3 weeks later, they decided to take an additional $29.99 for no reason. Luckily it was blocked automatically by my credit card. Good luck!

I ordered 2 items with my Discover Card. The transaction was completed. A week after my purchase, they fraudulently billed my card $29.99. (not the amount of my purchase, but an extra charge.) Discover caught it and denied the charge. Now my card has been used for a charge at Flowers By Algernon in California. I have alerted Discover. It's a shame that you can't order something without having your information stolen. Never again.

Do not order from this company!If you do,you better check your bank or credit card statements well.They continue to randomly charge you.For me,there were 4 fraudulent charges on my debit card totaling 120.00 before I caught it.BEWARE!

Do not buy from this website everything is a lie. Bought a camera from here.took 3 weeks to get here when they 3 days. Did not look anything like the pictures. Very cheaply made looks like they got it from dollar tree. The customer service is aboustly horrible. They told me if i wanted to return it I would have to pay them to take it back plus shipping. They said you can keep the product and they would give you half your money back that was lie. Then yesterday I get a call from my bank that they have charged my card almost 4 times. Now I have to dispute all the chargers. My credit card is froze now. Until they send me a new one. It's just a hot mess now. Stay clear from this site

I ordered adjustable glasses but they send me garbage this glasses made from cheap plastic thick lenses you can't see trough even, they are not useful at all.I was trying several times reach them calling to customer support they hang up on me, even trying to email was asking for shipping label to send their trash back, I was ignored then I called my bank to file a claim and have my refund back.

They are just a fraud company. They take your money and don't send you the product. When you call them they just take your information and tell that they will send an email in 24 hrs but that does not happen. A total fraud company. Save your hard earned money

I'm not one to write reviews but I feel it's important for viewers to understand that beware if you do decide to return items 25% + paying ur own shipping fee so they can in courage you to keep their items is my opinion distasteful, from experience I noticed other companies that have no problem with returning items as long as the items were returned in the same packaging. I never received my items as promised and I asked them about them and was told items were out of stock and had to be shipped from overseas then they emailed me back and said another 7 to 10 working days! I still asked for a refund and they arrived a week later and I was returning them the next day when I received another email stating they closed the case. If their advertised statement states they you have 10 days to return items why not honor their statement! I don't trust in sending items back with me loosing out on the products and getting charged shipping and restocking fees, I guess this company has no integrity and willingness to customer support! Again shop around because there's companies out there that have confidence and integrity to keep customers satisfied with their products and business,!
So shop around and beware of companies like this that merely just want your business but not stand by their products or services. Thank you for your time, and be careful in your business decisions!
P.S. I just read that their a 1.8 on review board, judging by their low scores tells me customers beware!

Run do not walk. The reason you are reading these reviews is to determine whether or not they a re a reputable business. They are not. Ordered a medium and they sent a large. Will not let me escalate this over there answering service who keeps you on hold long enough for you to get disgusted and hang up. That is their tactic. I DO NOT RECOMMEND...

I ordered a car seat heater for my daughter for Christmas without looking at any reviews. When the item hadn't shown up by the expected date - I suspected a scam. I was wrong - when the product appeared in the mail, it exceeded my expectations, and my daughter called it "a little bit of paradise" every time she gets in her car on a cold winter day!

Ordered item on 12 -15-23 said would be 2 to 3 days of shipping at time of order.immediately after order was placed I got email saying it would be late and was offered a 15% coupon on next order. Emailed company three times. No one has gotten back to me. Ihaven't received item as of today 12- 26-23. No contact from customer service very disappointed.

The little spots for seat belts are really convenient so I can still use it with car seats. My only mistake was accidentally ordering one that does not have a zipper for a split bench. But besides that it's perfect. And matches my tan upholstery great.

Got my bank account compromised, and I KNOW it was them because both time there were fraudulent purchases, it was to one of their subsidiaries lol.

Also, the dog toy I ordered was not a dog toy when it arrived? My dog still likes it, but the box said it was supposed to be used as a MOP. And, they lied about the contents. I paid for four balls. I got one ball and four COVERS.

I ordered 3 flashlights and they split my order into 2 orders. They made 2 separate withdrawals on my debit card. I received one tracking number. I am still missing a flashlight. When I reached out to them regarding my missing flashlight, they tried to deduct additional funds from my account. I had to get a new debit card. After many phone calls, emails and customer "chat" conversations, today they told me they would refund 25 % of my money and give me a $15 dollar credit to their store. I declined that offer. Then they offered to give me 50% of my money. I sent them a pic of my bank statement showing 2 deductions. Then they said they had put the money back in my account. They no longer have my banking info. I had to change my debit card. I emailed them back asking exactly where did they deposit my refund. Still waiting. Worst company ever to deal with!

I ordered this as a Christmas present and at first was really concerned with how light the box was that it came in. However, my daughter was not dissapointed in this foot spa! It was very lightweight but was not flimsy like I was worried it may be. The heating function takes a little while to warm the water but once it does it keeps its temperature really well and can be adjusted to get pretty hot. The bubble function is not like a roaring amount of bubbles but it is a nice relaxing touch. So far there has been no issues regarding build up from soaks added to the water, but she does give it a rinse after use so that may help.

They sell junk that doesn't work. Getting to support is basically impossible - and English is a wish-list item, and they don't know the junk they sell. My crappy not working camera has no model number. By the time I got some correspondence it was past the 30 days - which is their drop dead return date (there are NO warranties of any kind). Here is a response to my not working junk: "However, we don't have specific information for that product. Please rest assured that we take your inquiry seriously, and we have escalated your request to our product information team. They are diligently working to gather the necessary details you are looking for."
