Buy it! It's beautiful, well made and a lot of bang for your buck. I gifted my mom and mother law each one and they couldn't believe they were from Vernier! I just love it, looks so nice on the door. I wanted like a wildflower look and the peonies make it look so pretty. But it guys! I bought 2 as I have double doors. The price was very reasonable. Beautiful wreaths!
Research the coolers before purchasing them. My experience was not good after 30 days. I need another model. My experience with support was not good. They could not tell me how to get the defective water pumps replaced.
Total scam, toy arrived broken. No response, no refunds and they tried to charge an extra 29.99 today to my credit card.

What I like the most is the heat. Being able to soak your feet for as long as you want made the Tedi process easier.
My order went out supposedly 8/29 in route I ck my tracking number, it's still in China hasn't reached USA ca yet its showing in China now 9/3 730a original airline makes not a bit of sense tomorrow will be the 7th day supposedly arriving in 3to 5 days all lies like other customers had mentioned. I was told by fraud department at BOFA whom I notified on 29th saying they will credit the 29.97 bk 2 my account if it doesn't arrive in timely manner Dale

This product is great it's simple to install and cheap to replace however it's not like buying a yeti product this is one step above dollar store BUT IT WORKS GREAT!
Bought portable AC unit which made the room humid therefore asked for refund refused to refund me more than 40% as I opened the box!
They auto fill your address the wrong way no way to corrected and no respond to any message you say, they direct you to a fate costumer services to distract you thinking is a good company Scam SCAM
Bought 3 Best Cool portable A/C units and 2 are defective. They only offered 20 percent back of my money. Unbelievable!

Stay away subscription reoccuring charges.horrible products. They do not accept returns as described on there website
Once you make a purchase, they continue monthly to charge your credit card, $16.95 Do not use them!

Once you make a purchase from their website, somehow this automatically signs you up for a subscription with them to the tune of $16.95 monthly charge on your credit card. It's taken me 4 months and over $70 in these charges to finally get it resolved.
