I bought a wifi camera didn't work at all then a month later they charged my bank account 29.99 don't know why cause I didn't order anything they are ripping people off never again I'm reporting this company

We brought an air conditioner from Vernier for my daughter's dorm. It was not allowed in her dorm. Now it's not even opened from the package but returning it is pain in my neck. There is no one when I call them to answer the phone and I have left a lot of messages. They just send the same automated email every time I send an email to their customer service. For a $200 product they have horrible customer service!

This is probably my favorite wreath I've ever purchased! It's just so pretty, I love the colors and how big and lush it looks. Hopefully it lasts a long time! I loved everything about it. I purchased 2 pairs of adjustable reading glasses in early October. I waited almost a month in disappointment. The product was cheaply made. The optical lens are cheap plastic and show distorted views. The material, product workmanship, quality, and functionality are no where close to what the customer reviewers say. It's totally farse! I bought them because they were on sale for 1/2 price (originally about $50 each). The regular reading glasses you buy at drugstores for $10-$15 are much better made. These are total junk and it's not even worth $5. I was totally dissatisfied and asked for a refund. They said that they're waiting for the company to send me the return label. I'm still waiting but I don't expect to hear back from them and get the refunds. Bad business practice and false advertisement.

Well, I am usually smart on purchases, and if this wasn't so blatant, I would probably dismiss it as a lesson learned. Here are the details of their false advertising of the product: Wireless Backup Camera "FULL HD" for RV Truck and Trailer

Attached are documents of your claims for this product. However:
1. Not FULL HD, image was extremely blurry and no, there was no film on the lens. And there is NO rotating adjustment as stated.
2. NOT made in USA and NOT shipped from Nevada. Shipped from CHINA and obvious from the packing and instructions...MADE in CHINA
3. NO built in magnet...no magnet ANYWHERE, No Iron sheet to go against truck...maybe because NO magnet?!
4. NO 6 infrared LEDs...no nothing
As the pictures show, it is a piece of junk! Not worth a cent vs $26. And with a CHINESE App to manage it...and not well at all!
How dare they claim to be America's Favorite Online Retailer. Never again!

They say it's American but it's actually Chinese scammers. Their products are all cheap and flimsy. They take months to deliver. Then after that I get a fraud alert from my bank. Don't give them your info

Lies lies and more lies, purchased two heated jackets, the website said the product is in the United States and would be delivered in 5 to 7 business days and battery packs included, all of that is untrue. A third party wanted my full credit card number in order to track my jackets, i email vernier and they sent me a tracking number and the product was in China and took 3 weeks to get here with no battery packs as advertised, I sent them a screen shot of there website saying batteries included but still get no batteries, do not do business with this company!

This website is running a scam. After any purchase, they default sign you up for a rewards program. Then a few weeks later, they charge you $16.95 a month for being in it. It's a predatory practice designed to take advantage of unwitting consumers. Do not buy from them.

I ordered 3 weeks ago. Still no product. They said they ship from the United States and lied. The shipping tracking number is showing it has left China. No response when calling them. Very dissatisfied! Will never order anything from them again. I tried to report to the BBB but they don't have them listed as a business.

Bought something that didn't work for me and when I asked to return it they said I have to ship it direct to their overseas warehouse, wait 4-6 weeks & I would be charged a restocking fee. Not worth the headache.

Here is a photo of the unit I received. It does not seem to have wide or long enough silicone nostril inserts to stay in comfortablally at while sleeping. I never got to use it. It simply would no stay in!
No... I do not accept the 20% money back, $15 store credit as well as the 25% restocking fee. If this is how you conduct business. I will just take the loss. I will as a result leave my review of your products to tell potential future buyers to beware of misleading information regarding this product as well as your other products. I will leave my review warning folks that the product does not work and was falsely represented on their website... Do not purchase anything from Vernier Shop as the return/refund process is a waste of time. It is purchase at your own risk... SOLD AS IS!

I purchased two jackets for $118. The next day I got an email from the company that said it would be delivered in 2 to 3 days. A couple days later when I checked the tracking number for the jackets that the website said were made in the USA it said it was being sent from China. It still said it would be delivered in 2 to 3 days. 23 days later I'm still waiting for the jackets I've tried to contact the company several times by email and they don't get back to youI've also tried to call him several times and you can only leave a message and again no one gets back to you please don't waste your money on this company like I did

I've gone through a couple dog seat covers in the past and this is BY FAR my favorite! First of all I was looking for a seat cover that actually seals up the seatbelt buckle openings. It drove me nuts on previous covers that although the cover is on to supposedly protect the seats from the dirt, there were gaping holes where all the dirt would fall. Not on this seat cover! Solid Velcro to seal those holes shut.

Negative 5-star! Worse than gabage! Disgusting! Shipped directly from China, very slow but that is not the issue. These glasses are made of cheap foggy plastic; after opening the package, I immediatly realized I was defrauded. All appearances tell these are not going to pass even lowest level of quality inspection. Glasses are cloudy, the screws (to 'adjust focus') are loose, noisy. These are not the worst. The real problem is the ADJUSTMENT OF FOCUS does not work! I rotated the screw according to instructions, but the change of focus was completely a failure. In less than 15-minute after I open the package, the glasses were aleady in the trash can, where they should belong all along. Due to completely useless nature, it is apparent the sellers are operating fraudulent business.

I ordered a "portable windowless air conditioner." The cost was too low to be believed and I should have not believed it, and looked up reviews before ordering. When it arrived the box was far too light to be an air conditioner. I went back to the website and read the fine print. Clearly it's actually an evaporative cooler, it works by a fan blowing over cold water, they have you add icepacks so maybe it works a little better, but my office has no access to a freezer, so useless for my purposes. The website also "guarantees satisfaction" but when I emailed them, all they would offer is a 40% refund and a $50 gift card (which I'd never use on their site!) Of course that was not sufficient so I am disputing the charge with my credit card company.

Vernier makes serious quality products. This bottle opener is outstanding in appearance and function. It feels balanced in hand and does exactly what it's designed to do. I would buy this again or as a gift. I have purchased a lot of Vernier products and I am never disappointed.

Overall, I'm happy with the chair - it was fairly easy to put together and is good quality. The only thing I wish I could change is the height; the chair goes pretty low but I wish it went up a few inches higher than it does.

My recent experience with Verniershop was marked by exceptional customer service. When I had an issue with a product, their support team was quick to assist and resolve the matter to my satisfaction. However, I've encountered a couple of glitches on their website that were slightly frustrating. But I appreciate their dedication to resolving customer concerns.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Order arrived 3 weeks after I ordered. Batteries came from eBay used and defective. Customer service NOT easy or responsive. Returns NOT quick and easy. After 10 emails got one saying I could send back with a "25% restocking fee, have to pay for shipping to China" and 6-8 weeks before refund

Never received the order. Contacted them multiple times. Got one response of "it must be lost, we don't have any control over that". Now I have multiple fraudulent charges to my account.

I purchased a Vernier windowless air conditioning unit for a 10x10 room back on July 6th. It is basically a $200 fan. Never cooled the small room even with the frozen packs. I immediately reached out the company who haggled with me. "We will refund you 15% and you keep the product" and "We will refund you 30% and you can keep the product". I did not want to keep this product at all. I returned everything within 10 days and we are now Sept 21st and guess what?!?! I have been getting the run-around for weeks about my refund. No refund yet.

I recently ordered a product from this website and accidentally signed up for their member club. I was able to call and have it canceled without any issues. Additionally, and the customer service team was helpful throughout the process.
