My neighbor has a big oak tree near the property boundary with roots coming into my yard breaking concrete and cement pads. I needed to do something before they broke any more of the cement slab under my house.
Purchased vevor door opener on eBay works okay except can't adjust down force so it will reverse when obstructed, motor continues to drive and turns around on the shaft. Not getting any service from eBay or vevor even after a phone call to vevor.
I purchased a peat moss spreader. Quality of the product is not good. The spreader walls are the wrong size therefore the door latches don't latch well. When latched the actual wire that locks the door come out of the latch. Very disappointing.
Description of wheel alignment tool stated plates were made of stainless steel-WRONG! Instructions for use are not clear and must have been poorly translated by some Chinese AI program. Will not order from Vevor evor again. Good Riddance!

I've recently had the opportunity to try it out and discovered that the foot switch jack is not functioning correctly. Despite plugging it in properly, the machine starts automatically regardless of the switch setting (I or II).

I ordered "commercial heavy duty hand driers", I received hand driers made of plastic. I tried reaching customer service, no way to access anyone, no phone numbers. The phone number on the box is not a working number.
I was not aware of the problems with this company, otherwise I never would have chosen Vevor.

The directions are minimal and confusing. I'm still trying to decipher what they are saying. The product seems to be sufficient. Check with me in a few weeks when I finish figuring it out.
Seemed to fit the bill for what I want.
Ordered a sewing machine on their website. Did all the unnecessary work with creating an account, checked out and paid. Received a bunch of e-mails confirming the order. Two days later they just refunded without a word. This company and the website are just a waste of time.

Vevor wasted 2 weeks of time and even claimed the item would still arrive after the actual shipping company stated that the item has already been returned. They will offer refunds to buy more time and refuse refunding. They didn't even refund the item when it made it back to their warehouse. Instead they decided to string me along and promise the item was shipped and would arrive in 3 days, they did this 3 times.
The item was cancelled by their logistics on the 4th, yet they still tried to buy more time and negotiate a discounted price. Why would they lie about it still being on the way if both CEVA and tracking shows the order has been rerouted already? The reason is, they want to keep the money for a longer period of time. After all this frustration, they refunded the order and took 3-5 days later to actually get back to my card.
Stay far away from this scam company, they will deceive you, lie to you and use canned responses without listening to a thing you are saying. Good luck getting your order with these scammers.
Tip for consumers:
They will lie about the shipping and every review has complaints about their logistics. Their products are half the quality and half the price.

I bought a Kamado style ceramic bbq. It arrived broken so unusable. I requested a refund. Their 1st offer: 10% of what I paid, 2nd offer: 50%. Finally, they refunded me 75% of the product value. They don't reimburse in full, they negotiate. You will definitely lose if the item is not suitable. We are on the verge of dishonesty.

We were able to find a safety bar to go down our outside stairs that was very unobtrusive but still strong and sturdy. It came with everything you needed to install it and was quite easy for our handyman to put up.

I used their incubator for only 16 days when the fan quit working and the unit began overheating. I contacted the company with my problem, all the purchase number information from Amazon, to no avail. I would never buy from that company again or recommend them to anyone!

I'm really disappointed in the replies and service. I sent them a simple email regarding the correct power generator cord to order. I sent them pictures of my 50amp power inlet box. Simple question-right? Negative, after going back and forth via email, it was obvious whoever reviews these emails has a hard time grasping the English language! They're giving answers that weren't even related to my SIMPLE question! My final response from them was another JOKE! Instead of giving me a direct answer indicating these are the correct power generator cords that will work with your power inlet box, they send me a link that I've alway reviewed, which made me send my question. I still have no clue what cord to use. It's obvious I'm unable to obtain a direct answer from them and it appears their company is unable or for liability reasons refuse to give me the correct power cord to order for my generator. The web site they sent, shows at least 20 cords, from extension cords to generator cords (take note I never asked about extension cords?), not to mention I've been waiting for long to get nowhere. This tells me the company is not a fit for my needs. I will move on to another company to order the correct cord once I obtain a STRAIGHT HONEST ANSWER!
