There is only one reason I bought this Vevor coffee grinder: To grind coffee beans for Turkish grind. There is nothing in their webpages or the product feature notes to say it does a Turkish grind, and yet reviewers on Reddit and elsewhere wrote that it did. I had an online chat exchange with a Vevor support person via their "Global Sales" on AliExpress. She checked and let me know that it does Turkish grind. So I bought the grinder. It is very well-made, solid. I followed the instructions to clean it and tried out a dark French roast at the #1 (?) setting on Espresso, which I assumed would give me the finest grind. It did give me a very fine grind. I'll have to test it with different whole beans to confirm it. On first review, I give it a thumbs up. I hope Vevor would update their product notes to reflect what a very fine grind equals, and also add notes to explain the numbers on the grinder.
Great cart, 5 minute assembly, well made and attached to my rear axle with ease(I did add an extension to the axle). Pulls great with my 1000 watt mid drive ebike.

Great product however delivery was less than I'd hoped for. Part spent 2 days 15 miles from me at a cross dock without being delivered and I wasn't allowed to go pick it up which cost me 2 days in the field. Grrrr.
It seems lately nothing is delivered by the date shown when ordered. I plan to be able get things done with what's supposed to be here on time and again it's late delivery. It's like you are deliberately telling me an earlier date.

Was not happy with the product purchased. I should have known better with what i was paying for it but decided against my better judgement and took a chance. Was smaller than expected and cheaply put together. Lesson learned, its fully assembled and the box was destroyed so sending it back isnt an option.

Apparently, the carrier claims they lost the anvil I ordered. Vevor made an effort to resolve the issue with the carrier and eventually refunded my money. I would like to have received an anvil but maybe Vevor only had one in stock.

I purchased a Vevor 1500# motorcycle lift/jack. It arrived in perfect condition and very quickly. The box was in near perfect condition and there were no missing parts. This company does not and will not stand behind their product's warranty. Two parts were missing on a chair I purchased from a vendor who carries Vevor items. Vevor asked for a receipt and photos, both were provided. Approx. 15 emails later, Vevor stated that since I didn't buy the chair from one of their authorized vendors, the warranty does not apply. Prior to going the warranty route, I offered to buy the missing pieces; Vevor responded, we do not have a store to purchase items of that nature.

I ordered my product on-line. That was process was easy and convenient. My product showed two days later as expected and it was half the price of their competitors.
This is my second order from Vevor. I have five pull out shelves from them and they are high quality and easy to install. Both orders shipped on record time and I had them after two days of placing my order.
I ordered the Vevor dual kegerator (Item #******* Model #PJLZFPJHSSTMCH30TV1). The box came with multiple holes in the box and major damage in one of the corners. But VEVOR packed this unit terribly. The shelves were packed in so tightly they couldn't be removed, were bent, and torn up on three sides. I returned it to Lowe's and reordered The second order came in with no marks on the box and no outer damage to the kegerator. But the inside was pretty much the same damage and issues. See photos of the bent and broken shelf, damage to both sides, and the railing being bent. Furthermore, the assembly book is terrible. There are extra parts not identified in the book at all. My dual tower was not even mentioned in how to assemble it and to top it off, in a bag with screws (not identified for what they were for) sent a highly corroded and rusted drill insert. The CO2 gauge included cannot regulate a dual system but only supply the same pressure to both tanks This is all on VEVOR. Then customer service just continue to say they will get back to me... over and over

Answer: Bought a new ice machine from them and when it got there it didn't work they told me I need a new compressor or new mother board. Why do I have to pay for parts when I just bought it and doesn't work. Don't buy anything feom this company. Takes them 2 days to reply then just say the same thing over and over. I s3nt them pics and videos of the machine the next day it came. Nothing they are robbing people for there hard earned money
