Shipped quickly, easy to assemble basically just attaching the wheels and mufflers. Very quite running, excellent compressor for the money!

Vevor are my go to company, for reasonably priced tools, that get the job done.
There website can be a bit difficult to navigate around or maybe that's me! As I'm a bit of a techno phobe😂

Products are built to price point that being said they are still a value and as long as you are not expecting professional heavy duty use they are great

As title says yook my money did not deliver product and just gives me the run around. Have yet to receive any "Customer Service" Will happily spend more money some where else.

Ordered 4 sets of 6 traffic control posts with chains. Shipment was delivered on time however parts were missing from two of the four sets. There was no phone number to contact customer service. The request had to be completed using a chat service which is a slow process. Pictures of the product delivered were required and sent showing what was received. Not an easy vendor to work with.

I've been becoming a big fan of the Vevor products. Most I've bought through Home Depot and this is the first straight through Vevor. I'm a weekend garage rat and the 3 ton lift, impact screwdriver, and others fit my budget and need.

I have now made two purchases from Vevor and both times the service, product and price were great. I'm not sure how they manage to provide the products they sell at such low price points. But, I'm glad to have found them.

Received product damaged did not open and can't get a hold of anybody to respond to my problem sent pictures and emailed and I got no response. Will never buy another product from them..

Everything so far that I got from you guys had worked great, also shipping is fast and it's easy to order things. Great so far far keep it up

Product exceeded expectations.
I have had 2 others previously and this is definitely the best in functions, user friendly, easy to install. Half the price of similar products.

I ordered the 3 ton air jack. The item arrived quickly and is a good value for the amount I spent. I am pleased with the quality. It's not a high end piece of equipment, but seems durable for what I need. I will purchase from Vevor again for sure!

It is my fourth time i buy Vevor products. This is the first i have to build together. A bit complex, instructions are not so clear and i had to redo the mount of the wheels, because i placed them wrong. Also the trolley when i unpacked it stank to cigarrete! And the trolley a week afterwards still stinks! I can only imagine, that where it is produced, everynbody smokes cigarrete.

I like all purchases so far from Vevor, the packing, quality of item, but who needs 2 of the same grass sweepers?, and you'll only give me 60 dollars back for a unopened, missent package that costs$ 200?

I purchased a heater and thermostat for my greenhouse. Worked great the first night but completely stopped working by the second (thermostat). Quite dissapointed. I may reach out to vevor to see if they will stand behind the product

I ordered clamp-on pallet forks for my tractor, and when I received my package, I could see that the cardboard box was severely damaged and torn. Therefore, I was not surprised to discover that the threaded clamps were missing from the package. From other comments, this packaging issue does not appear to be an isolated incident.
I reached out to Vevor and explained that the packaging was damaged and was missing the parts. They asked for pictures of the product and packaging; however, the packaging had gotten wet and was destroyed when I opened it up. I sent pictures of what I received. They then followed up to say that they did not have the parts to send me and to reach out to Amazon to schedule a return... totally not realistic. These forks and associated parts are all heavy steel, and I do not have the original packaging. As a result, I decided that I would simply fabricate my own clamps. I have the equipment and ability to do this, but I ended up ordering the wrong dimension threaded rod!
In any event, the cost of this was only $132, so out of sheer frustration, I just ordered a whole other set of forks. And I pray that they arrive intact and with all of the parts this time! Otherwise, for the money, these forks seem heavy-duty enough. As others have reported, the welds, however, are not very deep.
Just be aware that the packaging is not adequate for the size and weight of the product. This is a common complaint. When you receive the package, I would carefully open it and inspect that everything is there. If not, take pictures and report the issue so you can repackage (with the original packaging) and return it.
This would have been so much easier if they had just had the replacement parts to ship. I would have reluctantly paid for them if they said that I needed to; I should say that, although I was not satisfied with the outcome, Vevor was very quick to respond.
