Once again a I have run afoul of a Chinese company cloaked in corruption and lies, peddling cheap products while they hide Communist business practices behind the American Flag. They sent me an incomplete product that did not have all the parts and they won't send the missing items or allow a refund. BEWARE THE DRAGON AT THE POINT OF SALE! :/
My package was delivered to the wrong address and there wasn't anybody for me to call for answers. I had to go search for my package after looking into the tracking number to find out my package had already been delivered, just not to my house. If I had someone to call about this maybe I wouldn't have been so concerned. You need better customer service.
I purchased a lawn/pavement sweeper. After less than 1 hour of use, the rivet that holds the cap of a snap connector on the hopper failed. There is no hole in the material as there would be if the snap closure had been ripped off. Just the cap of the top half of the closure was missing. The bottom of the top half of the snap was still snapped onto the bottom half of the snap closure

I ordered a 90W 80 mm CO laser tube (T-90) from Vevor via Amazon in September. The shipping box and labels all showed the correct 90W T-90 model, but when I opened it during a maintenance window at the end of October, the tube inside was actually a 60W 55 mm model. My mounts and power requirements are for an 80 mm 90W tube, so the 60W tube is useless for my setup.
I opened a ticket with Vevor, sent all the photos they requested (labels, box, tube, etc.), and they acknowledged they could not "repair" the problem. They initially offered what sounded like a good solution: they would send me a new product from their brand with similar function and price, and I would not have to return the wrong tube.
I selected the only comparable product they sell, the 100W tube, and provided the ASIN. At that point, they changed the terms and said the replacement could only be an item within $50 of the original price. Since there is no other suitable tube within that range, their own offer became impossible to use. When I asked for a refund, they refused and told me to contact Amazon. Amazon, however, will not process a refund because the normal return window has expired.
In other words: I paid around $289 for a 90W tube, received a cheaper 60W tube in a mis-labeled box, and Vevor offered no workable remedy. They would not send the correct product, would not authorize an exception return through Amazon, and would not accept a reasonable proposal to pay the difference for the 100W tube.
As a small business owner, I rely on accurate parts and honest support. In this case the error was clearly on Vevor's side (wrong tube in the right box), but they pushed me into a dead end between their own internal rules and Amazon's policies. I will not be buying from Vevor again and would advise others to be very cautious, especially with higher-value technical items.

Thought I'd give them a try. For me it's the quality, it's very good. I always expect good quality, but from my experience with Vevor the quality is very good, service and goods.
Very happy with the product I purchased. It was a meat slicer. Very quick delivery. Will buy of this company again with no problem.
Purchased an induction cooktop, we decided to go a different route, and they are refusing to refund for the item that is still in the box, unused, and less than a week since delivered. The return time is supposed to be 30 days, but that is apparently false info as the can "deny" returns for arbitrary reasons at their discretion. Will never buy from here again.

I get things from vevor that I couldn't afford through other brands, also proofs of concepts with new tools and project ideas that won't brake the bank if my idea doesn't work
Bought a meat slicer, meat grinder and a vacuum sealer. All are great tools and definitely an upgrade for me. Tools are solid and well built and function like they should. Great tools. Shipping a very fast and reliable.
All the products I have purchased were at or above my expectations. Used my portable jump starter I purchased literally 1 hr ago. It actually turned over the 5.7 hemi better than a new battery.
The shopping, buying and delivery experience - excellent.
- Material quality could be better
- directions state the unit needs to be affixed to wall without impediments - unfortunately many walls may have a water pipe or similar that the frame must straddle. There is no accommodating such variables in the kit I bought.
Heater was shipped and delivered within a day. Heater was exactly as described no surprises, can't comment on long term use but so far this 5000 watt heater easily maintains temperature in my 360 sqft garage. This winter will be the full test.

12/24v smart charger works fantastic doe 12v up to 20 amp 24v up to 10 amp. Really wish it had 20 amp on 24v as well but it does a good enough job at 10 amps for my needs
