Good quality product, producing good notches. The pipe clamp pivot hole is at least 2mm over size which could improved to increase angle cut accuracy.
I bought a wood lathe in October. After three months it stopped working properly. At the moment I have sent and received more than 30 emails and still my complaint is not resolved. I was offered a refund of 50% of the amount spent, then 70%, a few days ago I received a message that spare parts were sent to me and I had to repair it myself. I refused because I am not a technician, but apparently the parts were lost on the way anyway. All messages from Vevor are sent with the intention of stalling the case and hoping that I will give up on enforcing my rights. Vevor gives a one year warranty on their products but this cannot be enforced so there is really no warranty. I will never buy from Vevor again. Fast delivery is not enough, in case of problems there is no service.
All were fine apart from the description of the item. It would have been better to clearly state that the item is only good for underfloor heating. Some of the push-fit connectors may fit but almost none of the 15mm compression fitting will fit these pipe. You must obtain special fittings for these pipes due to the fact that it is 16mm and not 15mm.
I bought two pizza ovens from them. They didn't achieve the right temperature and the heat only lasted long enough to cook one pizza badly. They have refused to refund my money or to supply a returns label and an address. Their customer support is insulting. I have lost £320.

Read my first review to which VEVOR replied. They provided a support email address which does not exists.
TLDR - They sent me a faulty Handrail Balustrade Stair Staircase Rail Stainless Steel Outdoor item.
I have had multiple email exchanges with an agent called Ali (likely to be a bot) and each time I asked how to return the faulty item and get my money back.
Each time they offered me a compensation to keep the item. They started with £7.5 then when I rejected they increased to £23.5 then they increased to £47. I rejected it and each time I ask for a refund they just reply with this same message about partial refund of £47 which is I believe is the max they want to go for. Clearly they do not do refund no matter what you say.
The item cost was £78.
If I get this refund of £47 which is still to be seen, I will be at loss £31 plus my lost time and piece as this has been extremely frustrating experience and frankly I never dealt with this level of nonsense.
Tip for consumers:
Avoid by all means as there is no way to return the item if there is a problem with it.

Completely useless.

I bought this machine £355.00 arrived broken after I contact them about it they says open the back and I send video they emailed me says aww some part is missing we will send you after a month I send them email what happened with my machine part they says we can't do anything only we give you back £70 so they send broken machine £355.00 and they send that Chinese rubbish and broken they don't exchange and never refund in all product you buy with this company. Trading standard should closedown this scummier I am going to report to trading standard all machine they send as soon they receive money after if they send anything in the box no Refund and no exchange.
