I took my profile down after the third girl who had been head over heals for me went from hot to cold out of nowhere when I wanted her contact information to talk outside of the site. There is none of that problem on J7Love.com
-you can exchange contact details and move on to the next step in relationship. All the negative reviews of VictoriaHearts are correct: the site is designed on the basis of deception, they are consummate criminals, hiring the girls and selling their profiles. You never know who you are chatting with. Even if she is the real girl in the picture, it's highly likely that she is nothing more than an employee of the site. Just don't waste your time and save your money from this rip-off, fraudulent site!
I was going through looking at different women and I found the same woman in two different locations photo shopped. If I'm allowed to post it here I will try to show it to you. Victorian hearts is a total scam.
Don't fall for these pretty girls! They all belong to VH staff, purporting to be in search of relationship. But apparently, they are simply preying on your money. I'm pretty sure that they are being paid by the site.
99% of them fib about everything, most of all about their aim to have a relationship. They never want to go to the next stage ( exchanging personal contacts, having a real meeting, etc), no matter how long you have been chatting. They just have no real interest in you, me and other members because they are scammers working for the site which is run by a pack of crooks!
There are a lot of negative reviews here about Victoriahearts and that's for one very good reason, it's a huge scam site, along with the others that are run by the same people.
They have others agencies in Europe but also in the far east and they are exactly the same, just a scam to lead you on and take your money. I spent a lot with Victoriahearts, went to Ukraine twice and actually met the two women from the site, but it's all a charade with lots of meals, the interpreter at $20 per hour and what they call the agency " taxi" at RIP off prices. One of them did give me plenty of hints about what was going on and I enjoyed her company even knowing nothing would come of it.
Run by some Brits (strike 1) on offshore registry (strike 2), no accountability (strike 3 - I'm out!), fake profiles (do I really need to go any further?), computerized fishing messages, obfuscation, lies, deception, crazy overpriced gifts, and they are not just laughing but HOWLING all the way to the bank.
Girls get commission from what prochatters "earn" on milking you in chat. I got contacts of 6 girls and no one would talk to me on phone or skype.
Most often it's not a real girl but a professional chat operator messaging you.
If the site works honestly, e.g. MyUkrLady
Girls don't balk at exchanging contacts. Their women are not stuck to the site and they don't just want to have shallow chats 24/7 without any steps forward. On VictoriaHearts girls tend to prematurely "fall in love" with you as long as you stay in chat with them depleting credits. You can burn your money there quicker than at a poker table with chances of winning being even more miserable.
I have a strong feeling that these girls are shills for the app and they are incentivized to keep you chatting and spending credits. The odds are stacked against you on VictoriaHearts because it's a phony scam site.
It became evident to me that they were a f#/*ing con company when I couldn't find a single woman who would agree to exchange contact details and talk off site. I wasn't prepared for this on Victoriahearts and it shocked me.
But then I understood how it worked. It took me 2 weeks though. All these top notch girls in the photos have nothing to do with people who chat with you, using their photos. 99 out of 100 girls are fake! They are well versed in having an exciting conversation and in making you feel loved. They come up with all kinds of plausible explanations as to why they can't talk off the site. Don't believe them! It's all fraud, folks, stay away if you don't want to burn your $, €, etc and feelings.

If I could give zero stars I would. This site is a total scam. If you reverse image the photo of these girls you will find they belong to other socialites, celebrities, models who would have no business being on this site. The genuine girls are paid for models and thus will never desire to meet with you. They will keep you on the dating site permanently simply to exhaust your bank account. They will NEVER leave the site, EVER. Jolly Romance, BravoDate, LoveSwans, VictoriaHearts are all the same platform with all the same girls. Even if you bring up these fake profiles and report them, they will be return later. I highly recommend everyone stay away.

Answer: I went to Kiev twice. First time the woman I planned to meet didn't show up. Second time I planned 2 dates, they both showed up but one was really different from her photos (I'm not sure she was the same woman), and the other one spent 30 minutes with me and said she had to go back to work. While I was still in Kiev I signed up on https://j4l.com/402007 I hoped to find a girl for a date and I did receive 3 responses from stunning and sincere women who wanted to meet me! I was really surprised! So that site actually saved my trip from being a total failure. So I had those 3 dates and one of those gorgeous girls became my fiancee!
Answer: They don't. That would remove a revenue source for the company. You will be given a phone number that does not belong to the model as well as a bogus email address. The young women are paid to Pose for photos and than to communicate with you or somebody else ( maybe even a man) will pose as the woman to get you to spend credits
Answer: I read somewhere $3000 spent. On that one member. Crazy, put an add on one local paper there and see what happens?
Answer: The company has a lot of factors going against it. 1) there are scams on there but the company actively takes action against them. They realize their relationship is their life's blood. Also, at the rates they charge (which are kinda middle of the road, even though they are expensive) it cannot take too many paying customers to keep them in business.
Answer: You can't sadly. As mentioned by so many other guys, the site is a total scam
Answer: I went on this site and used the complimentary credits to talk to one of the stunning woman. After a few very nice and encouraging messages, I offered her my phone number for 'viber' (typed each number as a word, as you are not allowed to type numeral digits) so we could talk, she politely questioned my decision and continued to prolong the conversation on the site. I told her my credit was running out, and would not be purchasing anymore, if she wanted to continue to talk, we should use viber. Her next message was; 'what panties and bra do you want to see me in', so in short she went from Ukrainian angel to ghetto hooker in 2 minutes, in a last ditch attempt to get me to buy credits. My thoughts are; the ones that look like super models are on commission to hook men to the site, I think they are real women, but are getting paid a percentage of credits they solicit for the site. I would also say that most of these women are in a relationship, and this is their job. I would also like to say there are genuine woman on the site, and these ones that post selfies, holiday photos, and everyday photos.
