The Use of Agencies
August 25, 2017

This site has recently updated its terms and conditions and rules. There are two significant changes. One is in relation to meeting. The other is an enhanced disclaimer of liability for the use of the agency.
It has always struck me as immediately suspect when a dating site uses agencies to provide ladies for the dating site. Can this ever be done without the payment of a commission? Is it ever done without such a payment? Any commission is to me a problem. It immediately in my mind raises the motive for any woman being on this site in the first place. I know there is a lack of work in Ukraine and the wages are terrible but is this a solution?
I had one lady tell me that she had started out to make money from me but then found that she got more and more interested in me as a person. We have had lots of moral arguments as a result.
If you start out to make money from men on the site and then change your mind because you have found someone you like and want to be with, how do you get over the fact that the relationship started with a deception and an intention to make money out of you? The answer I think is that it is possible but it takes a lots longer because of the trust issues. After all if you start out to make money are you any better that a sex worker? I told my lady that she was worse because at least a sex worker gives something to the man In return!
In these circumstances if you want to overcome this problem the written word counts for very little. It has to be by meeting and talking. It has to be by moving away from Ukraine.
The good news is that the change in the rules excludes any liability for what happens at a meeting that the two of you arrange for yourself. That means of course an implicit acceptance that two people can arrange a date between them as really should be the case if you want to develop a loving relationship.
Finally, some other good news that will affect many if not all sites that use Agencies and PPL. As most know Ukraine wants to join the EU. It has a permanent contact system with EU officials. Corruption has always been high on the agenda and now so are such dating agencies and dating sites. After all if you are taking money as commission but have no desire or intention of having any relationship with any man, you are deceiving and defrauding men. A criminal offence.
One EU official working in Ukraine joined a dating site. He found that he was paying very large sums of money to achieve nothing. His anger is now being used to rectify this stain on the character of business in Ukraine. With Police cooperation of course.

It's... real-ish
December 15, 2018

So, I studied Russian history and Russian language and lived in Russia. Though my Russian has suffered some over the past couple of years, I had an intense interest to use it again and to see Ukraine. That said, I was going to Ukraine anyway.

MOST of the girls on this site are either scammers or bots. There are many real girls, but even in the case that many of them are real, I am confident that the majority don't sit on the site chatting. They just don't do it. They have someone else at an agency communicating for them. Some of the communicators are really good.

There are likely some girls who do get on from time to time, but not most. Some of the girls will send a photo with your name in it quite fast if you ask, but that doesn't prove their intentions are good. Just that they're real.

Many of the cultural attitudes towards dating and age gaps are different already, and generally the women on this site are... different. They're high-maintenance. They think highly of themselves, want a confident and successful man, and preferably an attractive man. Duh.

IF, IF, IF you plan to visit Ukraine anyway... take a chance if you want. Be a gentleman. Try to show some interest in the country and language. And you can (you might not) get a date. I did meet a girl while I was there. I kissed her once. I was pleasant to her. She SEEMED legitimate as a person... but she did get sick while I was there, so I only saw her twice in 8 days. I don't know if she was really sick or not, but she is a sweet girl... with ambitions and in a poorer country. I do have her phone number and am able to communicate with her through WhatsApp, albeit at her discretion. So I don't know. Either way, whether it's HER I spoke to on the site so often or someone representing her, she's fully aware and part of it, even if not maliciously.

There were inconsistencies - not huge, but there - in what "she" said on the site vs. things she said in person.

Another girl found me on Facebook and now communicates with me on Facebook. I've gotten to know her some and I help her with free English lessons. She's sweet. I don't think she's SUPPOSED to have done that.

Mostly... it's a scam. And not all of the scammers will try to tell you how sexy you are all the time. The "girl" I talked with was very pleasant and made some efforts/concessions in our dialogue to earn my trust. My heart-strings were tugged and we eventually got onto an "I love you" basis. Not now. She's gone a bit cold on me.

With that said, I think it's very likely that she really was sick while I was in Kiev. But I'm not positive. Our "relationship" hasn't really moved on from the site since then, which is disappointing to put it mildly.

I would say that it's possible. If you don't look for a girl who is too young, if you're respectful and kind as well as confident, and if it makes real sense (like her English is good enough to move or you're willing to move). But it's woefully unlikely.

What I am going to say is real. I have been on this site for about 8 months and I enjoy it. The help desk is wonderful. They explain everything and try to resolve the problems within a short period of time. And they are serious which means they truely listen to the customers' problems and try to resolve them. I also appreciate the girls who appear to be real as whenever I chate to anyone of them I was never given any chance to be suspicious that there is something wrong and that the girls are not real. They are real and they send you messages and letters. And when you send them messsages and letters they accordingly respond to you. There are beautiful girls who really attract you and sometimes you are convinced to chat to them and spend some money on them. Remember, you cannot get anything in this world without spending some money. You spend money and you get the reward; they talk to you, they make your day bright and interesting. They seem to be very sincere and straightfarward. I am still wating to meet some of them to find a best friend. The delay is on my part and not on the part of the agency. They are ready to provide me the opportunity to meet the girl of my dream as they provide this oppoprtunity to other customers.
The good descpline is of course due to the hardwork of the administration and also of the girls. The former's hardwork and the girls' openmindedness have made the agency one of the best agencies in the whole world.

I've created a profile to check out the platform.

Here are the reasons, for which I have no doubt that this platform is a SCAM:

1.It's Wednesday, October the 4th, 3:25 AM (Ukraine time) and there are 1520 ladies online! Imagine that, no beauty sleeps in Ukraine, all the ladies are waiting for their "true men".

2.The platform uses an auto-responder that is triggered when an user "winks" at any profile. One, almost instantly (5 - 10 sec), gets a "Hi", "Hello" or "Hey" as a reply, or some variants of that. I "winked" at 3 profiles in a row and I got the same answer from two of the profiles, which was this one: "hi-hi)))". What are the odds? Very likely, when you feed the auto-responder from a file that stores all the replies.

3. Users get pre-made "letters", like: << You know, I have so much love in me that I want to give to a good person. I felt that you could be that prince>>. This was my profile (so you understand why I was a prince): No profile photo - Zimbabwe - (1.3m) tall - 5 or more children - High school not completed - Want more children - Drink often - Islam - Smoker - Occupation: Sex offender. So you see, the description of a true prince! But it didn't matter, the messages and "letters" kept comming, because the platform is automated and the user is just a money cow, not a man seeking a woman.

Some smart-$#*! developer just outputed this message into the browser console: <<[info] Putin huylo, la-la-la-la-la-la-la-la!.>> This translates to "Putin is $#*!ed up..." You get the idea what kind of people made the platform. It's a good thing they aren't smart people, so one can figure out quickly that the platform is a scam.

Victoria Scams
April 28, 2019

This in part of a sophisticated international scam that is designed to lift money from your bank account. Victoria Hearts is effectively the same as 'Victoria Brides;' 'Anastasia;' 'Match Truly;' 'Charmerly;' 'Love Swans;' "Ukrainian Charms" and 'Valentime.' There are probably more. Incredibly beautiful and sexy girls who are way out of your age range (and actual chance to develop a relationship with) appear to want you; whatever you say, or do or are. Take 'Ekaterina' member ******* on all the web sites mentioned above. She is really Katerina Milevskaya, fashion and glamour model, aged 23 from Kiev. On Instagram 'milevskate' She has 458k followers; and it's most unlikely is on-line on all these sites 24/7 as she appears to be! Instead, 'agents' write for the profile encouraging you to look at videos, each costing 50 credits (most are available free on her Instagram); write a mail; cost 30 credits, view photos in a mail; cost 10 credits (most again are available on her Instagram) as well as sending astronomically priced gifts (through credits). I sent a gift, and received a photo of the gift, but pictured with it was an entirely different girl! Customer support response; "Girl look terrible without make-upI" I only did that the once! The girls are implicated as only some of the photos and videos are on Instagram. When you have spent 3000 credits sites promise that you can ask for contact details. When you receive the details, they don't work! The girls are most usually Ukrainian (on the sites listed above), but there are also similarly syndicated sites of Asian women run by the same outfit, based in Cyprus, registered in America and your cash for credits is processed in the UK. The scams appear an acceptable part of regular (irregular) Ukrainian business practices. Frustratingly no one seems able or want to address the sophisticated deceits with the crooks responsible! Altogether, AVIOD!

Thank you dear, for your attention. But I don't want to waste you time. I'm leaving the site tonight. I find it a hopeless fraud.

I'm not sure who really wrote this article or comments, or cherry picked comments. I can't imagine enough positive reviews to cherry pick. Victoria Hearts is a scam. The profiles posted are real enough ladies, but the person you chat with or write to is extremely unlikely to be the same person as presented in a profile. Many profiles are copied directly from other dating sites. It is in most cases a paid employee pretending to be the girl. I discovered this because, ironically, I knew personally two of the ladies who purportedly had profiles and were there to chat. I knew them both well. When I engaged in a chat with them, they had no idea who I was, could not remember any common details of the time we had spent together, and became confused when I referenced common acquaintances. In a third case I google searched two of the profiles. One of the profiles was posted at no less than a half dozen dating sites. One I contacted on another site where we first met online, before meeting in person, and she denied ever talking with me at the other site. I contacted one of the other sites. I chose a site with a live webcam option to verify the lady's identity. The girl had no idea who I was and I realized that the Victoria Hearts girl was a complete fiction. The site profits from "pay to chat," mostly prater, and "please look at my photos" (extra credits cost) and "send me yours" (again, extra costs). Any criticism of the site which results in the lady coming to its defense, "I trust it," "It's really good," " I know someone who met someone and is happily married," is a sure sign you are talking to a paid employee. If you are clever, you can pass private email contacts to someone who "would really love to meet you right away," right up until the point you try to make it happen outside the website. Suddenly, they "can't understand:" They can. More likely you are chatting again with an employee. Tell them you are in town visiting and tell them you can meet them right away. See how fast they can make excuses. Of course you can spend a fortune to get a private email (or other) contact. There is no guarantee that this private contact will respond, though she was desperate and forlorn online, awaiting your purchase of her information (minimum total cost ~1200$). VICTORIA HEARTS IS A COMPLETE AND TOTAL SCAM.
