This was an organised scam. Unfortunately i fell for it and lost some time and money.

The person chatting with you is not the real girl. They are agents who consume your money through chatting.
The emails and messages that start the conversations are all automated.

The terms and conditions of the website clearly warns of this possibility.

What is worst, i requested a date, when i went, it was another girl. A bit cuter than the one in the picture. After the date, i went to talk to her online, and asked her what I was wearing on the date. No answer.

Mandano mail o foto (e tu paghi) ma nessuna, e dico nessuna, ha Facebook perché "non lo usa". Insomma, è bello se uno vuole illudersi.

I received an email from this site and decided to take a look. I answered all the questions in the negative. The site shouldn't had allowed me to continue on, but of course it did being that it's an obvious scam site. I only went as far as where it asks for my date of birth. I didn't enter anything. I just clicked off that site. Anyway, here are the questions and my answers to them:

'Many of these women are desperate girls seeking for a serious relationships. Do you agree to keep the identity of these women in a secret?'

I clicked, 'No';

'These women have asked us to not allow men that are not ready for new acquaintances. Our women are looking ONLY for new connections. Do you agree to this request?'

I clicked, 'No'.

Do you agree woman will make the first step?

I clicked, 'No'.

'Are you at least 24 years old? The women have requested that we not let those younger than 24 contact them because of past rude behavior by younger men.'

I clicked that I was under 24 years of age.

As I had previously stated, the site shouldn't had allowed me to continue on, but of course it did being that it's an obvious scam site.

This site is a real scam. I have reason to prove this.
I paid a lot of money for this site, like many men who hurt them alone, but I quickly became aware of this mistake. The site is controlled by a corrupt financial group, and unfortunately many corrupt girls also work with them.
At first, I did not understand until I decided to register with several different accounts to prove this site.
1. First, an Iraqi person who has a height of 140 centimeters and four children and wants to have other children. He is the father of Islam. She lives and lives in a war-torn country.
The 2-year-old man living in Germany, about 195 cm tall, is handsome. And in all respects it is perfect
3. A man living in Ukraine and a normal person.
4. A real registration of myself in France and in Paris.
What happened to me?
Finally, I was surprised that the same message that came to me came to the Iraqi and German people, but it did not come to the Ukrainian citizen, and it turned out that the Ukrainian men should not enter this site.
After that, I changed my name and then I saw those who used to give me the name of the previous one, without any surprise, they would kill the new name, and in some messages the old name was sent.
I now ask you to look for a way to Scandal this site and the administrators of this site in order not to sacrifice more.

This is a typical scam getting you paid for chat, letter, video etc. the twist: many exceptionally good looking girls who are heavily photoshopped and made look younger by using additional program. The same company runs identical site with Asian girls

Canned messages that are all in English. Some soft porno chats. Real good girls will not do that and English is not well known in Russia and Ukraine. Thus, the messages and letters are not real but computer generated

You are flooded with 20-40 messages per minute any time of the day. Cmon guys. Get real. These are bots

Every message proclaim a strong interest, sexual desire and love. Guys- just think about this:)

I wrote my profile in Russian but very rarely got responses in Russian. Same red flag

Two girls who responded in Russian said that they can not violate agency rules and communicate in Russian. Really?:)

None of the girls responded to my email address that I left in my bio. Why?:)

There is also some common sense: you see pics but how do you know that you are corresponding with That girl? :). How do you know that she has an interest in you and not just make her living by sending you some stupid letters?

Btw, I have a suspicion that my pics in my profile are not visible to girls. Otherwise, why everyone is asking me to send my pictures and selfies? Of course that can also be explained that she wants to make money because sending pictures will cost you

In my view, until a girl respond to your personal email and have a videochat with you consider this a Scam

If you want just juicy messages and maybe some virtual sex then this may work you but you will be overpaying

LIke other reviewers on this site. Once I recieved a girls contact information the level of interest dropped dramatically. What I received was an email address. I would get 1 email per week. After 3 weeks of this I wrote saying I am breaking the relationship off and blocked her on the site. Even on the site itself it says the woman are through an "agency" and infact you may not be talking to the woman but an agent or a "translator". So figuring that this was the case I blocked the profile and like a dummy went on with another choice on the website with a woman who seemed to be the real deal. Had pictures of her family and complete life story. And yet same thing happened once I got contact information. Level of interest dropped. Hardly any contact other than that on the site. You see my friends. They are paid employees. They are good at their job and will make you fall in love. Promise you almost anything as long as you continue to chat them on the website. Once you try to get them to communicate to you any other way you will find out that like me that they will not do this. Or if they do its very grudgingly and only a few words. Nothing like a relationship. You see. They will only talk to you on the website because that is what they are getting paid to do. So please do not be a sucker like me and spend thousands of dollars to someone who has actual no interest in meeting you let alone spending their life with you.

I did the 3000 credits to get contact information. What I found out was the contact information comes from a local agency and is not what victoriahearts has on file. The only thing I got was an email that could have been created the day I requested contact information.
Once I began to communicate with Anna Belkina #******* I discovered she was on all of the pay per letter scam sites and not on a single legitimate dating site.
As soon as I got her email the number of letters I was getting per day dropped from 100 to about 5 per day!
I made several complaints about the service and how the women were verified. Anna never wanted to do a video chat. Promised to give me all her contact information and never did. All flags that made me skeptical. Victoriahearts never provided any verification that I was actually communicating with the person in the photo. What's even funnier is that I contacted Anna on 2 different sites. The details were different on both sites and after complaining to one of the sites they contacted the woman in the photo and had her make a video at my expense. In the video her English is not too bad. Not bad enough that she would need a translator. That was the excuse she used for not chatting on whatsapp or skype.
I ordered flowers for her and was given an 8 date delivery window, 3 days more than what the site claims and they still managed to be a day late. Then they tried to say they were delivered 3 days earlier even though I had a letter from the agency saying they had arrived a day late. On top of that the photos were photoshopped.
Not the only photoshopped pic I received either.
These people are frauds and liars right down the street from dream marriages. Avoid both.

Once you spend 3000 credits on 1 girl (150 euro for 750 credits) you get the contact details. I picked 1 girl and spend 3 months and 3000 credits on her to just get her email. It was fun and promessing but then she told me she did not speak english and she kept pushing me back to Victoria Hearts. Finally when she decided it would not work, she just stopped writing me. In the meantime she is back on that dating site and she allready wrote me 3 times like she never met me before.
I then also received a message from an unhappy 'employee' of the site...
I know there are some 'real' girls on that site but how can you keep trying without the trust. When I proposed to leave to Skype with me I got the reaction it would cost them money if they did.
