A year later after my dread full experience with victoriapluming.co.uk i have now ordered all kit for another two bathrooms from victoriaplum.com Everything arrived in good packaging undamaged and on the expected date: Helpful delivery from the company drivers/and helper(not third party involved) 14 days allowed to check goods-- not 30 mins as other companies Even after 14 days when i called them to replace two tabs that i felt were a bit small on size -- they have fully refunded and replaced the items and polite customer service So Victoriaplum.com 10 stars recommended victoriaplumming.co.uk DOG POO-- avoid at all cost

Where do I start, bought a Bathrroom early December and was promised for Xmas, still hasn't arrived. Been given 3 dates for delivery and no show. Keep telling me there's a dispatch issue. Customer service is the worst ever, never reply to emails or calls, put you through to voicemail answer machines instead of managers. It's a $#*! show. Now asked for refund and cancellation due to having no toilet /bath or sink and need to purchase from someone else who can deliver next day. Won't answer my emails, getting cut off calls! Don't know what to do and they have my money and I have no bathroom. It a joke
