I've doubted a long time about whether it was worthy taking risk buying a dress over the internet. I came across promtimes.co.uk by accident, I just can not resist the low price and bought this dress http://www.promtimes.co.uk/is0132.htm finally. Honestly, I can not thank promtimes.co.uk enough for making such a beautiful dress at so cheap price. I bought it in standard UK size 6 and received it within a week, super fast shipping. It looks exactly like the picture and the size is very accurate. I couldn't be happier with it. This is my first purchase from promtimes.co.uk and certainly will not be my last.

I feel like I couldn't be more disappointed with a company as I am with them.
I used to be a regular client with them and I have ordered a few times from them. Every time I had some sort of issue (package being lost in mail, canvas coming all folded instead on their own box, etc.). Regardless, their designs were amazing and I wanted to give another shot.
I was not prepared to what I received in my last order: I ordered 4 canvas (more than €100) as 3 of them were gifts for my friends and the end result was absolutely disgusting. They sent poor quality canvas with a terrible plastic protecting the glue (not sure why they changed from the white papery one), all folded and creased, with mixed bags of diamonds.
It took me 45 mins to figure out which bag belonged to which canvas, I could not offer these canvas to my friends as it didn't came in the proper package. I was utterly in shock with everything.
I reached out to them to explain my frustration and they offered to refund me 25% of each order through PayPal. I don't work with PayPal so I gave them my bank details for them to refund to my original payment method. Since then, they have been absolutely radio silent. It's been 2 weeks, they stopped replying to my emails, I didn't get my money back and I will definitely never be ordering from them again.
Avoid at all costs, there is no point of you losing your money for them.

Just received my gown and it is exactly like the photos. Would definitely recommend others to buy from your company.
