I returned a bra in the store, the cashier didn't returned me alll the amount back in my credit card, I didn't check my receipt and of course I put in the garbage now I was supposed to pay 0.4 yes four cents back with interest $ 31.06 this is so ridiculous how they still money, when I called to pay the 0.04 by phone the agent told me NO wait until you got the bill Surprise finally I got the bill for $ 31.93 I called many times No Body helped, Thanks Victoria Secret sorry you just lost a good customer bye bye

Got a MasterCard $8500 limit Victoria's Secret card. Had all my information in the app. The app then deleted all of my information and I got lost in the system somehow even with customer service. Had a $64 balance and they charge me nine dollars to make a payment because I could not use the app. They would not help me reset my password which I never changed. So I canceled my card. Customer beware!

I was at the pink store yesterday with my teen daughters. The sales lady Danielle finally asked if we needed help after ignoring us for 10 minutes while she spoke to nonbuyers, maybe her friends. I asked what the deals were on bras and panties and she just pointed and said " over there" Never helped. We always shop at the boardman ohio location and they are very helpful. The cashier asked who helped us and I said no one. $160 sale from us on just bras and panties and I will not use that store again. I will stick with boardman for now on.

I had placed an order online and needed to add something. I called and spoke with Lisa. She was very helpful. She had a cheerful attitude. She took very good care of me and my needs. I could hear her smile through the phone. I have had to call customer service in the past, the reps have always very kind and helpful.

In your Holiday catalog 2019 page 8 or so there's a pic of a curly haired lady with a see through bra showing her nipples. What the $#*! is this? It appears amateur porn because now I have to make sure my son doesn't see anything in your catalogs. Poor morals. If I could sue you for the exposure my 9 year old has seen in a catalog that's supposed to be PG I absolutely would. This is inappropriate and I will never shop at your store again. As a parent I'm motifited. I have nothing good to say about you.

I was sent a 10.00$ birthday reward. It is valid til Jan 31,2022. Well, I asked the two girls what i could purchase with this card. They gave me all the wrong info, when I get to the cashier, she said that the coupon would not work. I was 10 min late for work(without my bday present and I live 45 min away) and am considering cutting up my Victoria Secret card bc I have problems in Merrillville IN every time I go into there!

My undergarments are not fitting me anymore so I needed to purchase some asap. I received coupons from vs so thought I'd use them. Had almost $200 worth in my cart and was told 3 out of 5 coupons will apply. Ok that's fine.

Two separate agents spent an hour each trying to apply it and wouldn't work. Then I wasted another 2 hours with 2 supervisors. It total 4 hours wasted and no order placed.

One of the supervisors stated she applied the code manually but placed the wrong order on hold, the third discount wasn't applied and the order wasn't even processed even though she said it was.

Corporate was no help whatsoever. The woman stated there's nothing she can do and I need to just wait a few more days for the supervisor to get in touch.

I'm extremely disappointed and don't feel like continuing my business with VS nor would recommend this store anymore.

I placed an order on the 12th, ordering 9 items. They didn't ship all my order. I have been trying to get customer service to listen to me, and nothing! They keep giving me this bull about my lotion being on back order, when it was IN STOCK FOR DELIVERY, when I placed the order. And it still says it's in stock. It's been 2 days and they have yet to ship my lotion! Their customer service is god awful, especially the customer service chat. 100% no help, and awful! They feed you a bunch of crap! And cancel your items without your permission!, for no reason! They said my lotion is preparing to ship today, but that was 2 days ago! And yet it's in stock! FFS! They are awful. Bath & Body are way better, and are more helpful. No wonder, Bath & Body quit partnering with them.

Bought the periwinkle blue jogging pants in a large with the large white with pastel studded t shirt & hoodie. They couldn't have fit more perfect. I'm short & a bit heavy so was hesitant. I will go back to purchase more. You will not be disappointed. The T shirt fit up around my neck & was not low cut like many other t shirts. I also wanted cuffs around the ankles of the joggers & got just that. Loved the shirt & t shirt were studded. I was very impressed & that's not easy to do. Previous reviews convinced me to purchase & I'm thankful for the reviews. Thank you Victoria Secret!

It's third time when this happened! I placed an order at the VS store, it did not come, I called the support service, they told me the order was canceled, but they forgot to send an email. Now these products are not available and they cannot send anything to me. To my arguments that if I knew that the order was canceled, I could order again when everything was in stock, they simply apologized for not sending an email. Three times I already had this problem! Once they sent me dirty things. Customer service doesn't solve anything

Quite simply the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. My order never arrived, despite them telling me that they had sent it twice. I was given different and contradictory tracking information, customer service reps were rude and patronising. After three months I still hadn't received a refund. Then they only refunded half of the amount I paid so I had to call again. They then refunded more, but this still didn't total what I had actually paid them. At that point I gave up as I couldn't bear to deal with their customer service staff anymore., so I never received a full refund. They are liars and demonstrate dubious business practices. Appalling.
