As the head of the Mr. Jones Media group, i can gladly say that VideoJeeves.com is worthy of a review. Our experience was a great one because we got more then we asked for. Our 2 minute video was delivered to us before the deadline. The results are amazing and our conversion rate has more then doubled. Good Job guys!

My company hired them in 2018 for a promotional video and it went really bad with missed deadline and numerous mistakes. Since then they have emailed/ texted/ called me non stop, despite that I told them to stop and we don't want to deal with them any more. 4 years later to date in 2022, they still text my personal phone number even though I beg them to please stop. Every time I block their number they would use a new number to text me.

VideoJeeves, I please beg you to stop harassing me and texting my PERSONAL number every week. The last 4 years has been a nightmare.

They not only care about getting it right--they strive to do so in a timely matter. This is no small thing if you're a startup and promptness matters that much more. I was really impressed by their ability to see my vision and allowing me to make all the changes needed until I'm completely satisfied. Not that it you'll need that many changes. VJ usually gets it right overall the first time around. You may just need a few minor tweaks like in any creative process. But like the consummate pros they are, VJ is with you every step of the way and I love that

The last year of wrestling with Video Jeeves has been a nightmare. STAY AWAY from them. Any of the top reviews here were probably written by employees of Video Jeeves, based on the misspellings and poor grammar. The "web design" drafts they delivered were terrible - misspellings, didn't get our name right, used inappropriate photos (one woman looked like a prostitute or worse). "Customer service" involves being on hold and never getting answers. This experience could not have been worse.

This organization is full of crooks. AVOID at all costs. We decided not to proceed with the production of our video hours after submitting payment and have battled for over 3 months to be reimbursed. Their "100% money back guarantee" is 100% fraudulent. It's been a horrible experience. We're processing a dispute with our credit card provider as they obviously refuse to refund us... all while smiling and lying to us with promises of cheques in the mail. Thanks for the incredible WASTE of our time and energy Video Jeeves. I hope you go out of business.

These guys are tremendous! Video Jeeves did an exceptional job on my interpreter ad and not once made me feel bad about the tons of edits I was constantly asking. The crew worked hard to make sure I was pleased and I received informs all the time! They even reached out to touch base when I had got busy. Remarkable experience, they are my go-to for animation requirements! Thank you for the wonderful outcome. I would use your team in the future.

Pleasantly astonished by the expertise and skill of the Video Jeeves team. The progress process was managed very well with constant communication and fluid collaboration. I have already referred to other units in my organization.

I am confused by the positive reviews. My experience was horrible. They run a schedule of their own, do not hit or achieve agreed upon deadlines, the individuals they have writing content do not spell or write the English language. You are provided a multitude of grammatical and typographical errors that make no sense. The finished product was sub par (at best) and is now sidelined because of the way the voice over and graphics turned out.

I was first cautious about employing the services of a new company, but now my organization and I both are equally glad and satisfied to select Video Jeeves, which accurately shield all our requirements. We are much happier with their specialized attitude and would confidently recommend their services.

My concern was making the most out of the three different camera angles to produce one coherent and well-integrated production, so the editing was crucial. Video Jeeves came through as the perfect work partners. I certainly look forward to working with them again.

Video Jeeves produced an outstanding video for us at very low rate. They handled the entire process really well and did a really nice voice over as well. Their work exceeded our expectations and I would refer them for video production to others.

Chris promised a $750.00 refund on his inferior work and I cannot get him to respond with any relevant detail, like someone in accounting or any proof that I will receive the refund.
In. Pandemic, this is robbery and no-one seems to care. I have waited a month and he dodges me or texts me that a refund is on the way. Why would this treatment of a customer be allowed or worse yet supported by reputable individuals?

Terrible company. You have to beg them to do their job... which is poor quality at best. And then they'll blame you for being behind because they had to make the changes to the poor quality job they sent us. We also paid extra to expedite our project, but, the deadline came and gone. Now we're weeks later and we still can't get a commitment as to when they will finish the job. And, I have begged to get my money back because they didn't meet the deadline and I'm still waiting... and begging. Very unethical company! Please don't let this happen to you!
