Livia & Viking Bags

I've been in contact with Livia who works with Viking Bags and she is by far the best person I've talked to when it comes to choosing products through this company. She is very informative and very helpful when it comes to any questions you have about a certain product.

I have purchased 2 great wonderful items from both Viking Cycle and Viking Bags. The first item being the Viking Moto Motorcycle Backpack which I truly love. When I talked to Livia about this bag and said that I was interested, you should me reviews on the backpack starting from written reviews to even showing me a few videos that other people actually made. She also showed me price comparisons and showed me how affordable their products are. She didn't try and get me to just buy a product. When she felt I had questions about a certain item, she was at the ready with all the answers.

Usuallly most representatives front companies that I talk to, try to get you to buy anything and everything. The representatives would try to sweet talk you into buying to most expensive item in their market. With Livia though, I feel like I'm treated as an actual human being and I'm actually buying what I was and not what other representatives from other companies would want you to buy. She knows that who ever visits their sites Viking Cycle and Viking Bags are going to buy something with a purpose.

Thanks again Viking Cycle, Viking Bags, and most of all Livia.

I can't wait to try the vest out when I get off the boat!

My First experience with VikingBags was when I ordered a new set of saddlebags for my 2001 Shadow VT750 Ace. I had never had a motorcycle before nor have I purchased saddlebags. After a few days of looking around the internet I decided to go with VikingBags because of the price and how the bags looked on my bike. I went ahead and placed the order. The shipping was quick and before I knew it, my new SaddleBags were here. There was a link on the product page that showed an instructional video on how to install the bags. My roommate and I were able to get them installed in a little over an hour. This isn't a review of the bags, but I wanted to emphasize the quality and fit of the bags. They look right at home. Their customer service is wonderful as well. Scott Adam from VikingBags reached out to me just to verify that the bags fit well and that I was satisfied. It's very rare that anybody reaches out to it's customers unprovoked and I can't say how much that meant. I've since bought three leather jackets from them as well and again, couldn't be happier.

I recommend VikingBags to anyone who is curious or looking for great products.
I know in the future that I will turn to VikingBags for my needs.

Good saddlebags, good price and verty sturdy. They dont' feel like they'll break anytime soon. Compared to Jafrum, they're pretty much unbeatable. Good price point..

I submitted an order on Memorial Day. I called the company to confirm that I ordered the correct saddle bags and trunk to match the Honda Shadow 750. I was put on hold to wait for a customer service representative. After 5:30 minutes, I was then told there was no customer service representative available and that if I leave a message they would call me back. I left a message and received no call back. I repeated this attempt to contact them by phone over eight times during the first two days. I emailed the company and received a message back that they would respond within 48 hours or two business days. I have waited 10 days with no response. I went to the BBB and found this is normal behavior for this company. They do not send out their orders, they do not respond to their calls or emails. They take your money and have no ethical sense to complete the order or refund the funds. I placed an order totalling $744 and still waiting for a refund. The BBB has a rating of "F" for this company. I warn anyone NOT TO PURCHASE from this company.

I would give them a zero if possible for customer service and quality. They sent me an incomplete order (I ordered saddlebags, a trunk and quick disconnect system for the saddlebags). I received support brackets for the saddlebags (saddlebags missing), the trunk, and the quick disconnect system. Both boxes were intact but the saddlebags were missing. There were inconsistencies in the shipping weights of the packages which they refused to consider. I sent pictures but they refused to accept the order was incomplete and pawned it off on UPS. The product I did receive was defective (the passenger backrest on the trunk was defective). It took four weeks to get return authorization. Their management never contacted me despite four requests. When I returned the two items I received (trunk and quick disconnect system in the same box) they said they only received the trunk. Initially they refunded me for the cost of the trunk without the tax I paid. They never refunded me for the quick disconnect system. I personally think they have a thief in their warehouse. They do not value their customers and they do not investigate complaints. These guys are horrible! I would not do business with them. I personally suffered a loss of about $750.00. I filed a complaint with the BBB (who they did not respond to). I am told you can see the complaint on the BBB website for the next 2 years. I would not do business with this company nor would I desecrate either of my beautiful HDs with their products. Ride safe everyone!

I acquired these Viking Cycle saddlebags along with the Viking Cycle tail bag and a Viking Cycle Skeid leather coat to start the riding season soon. Viking bags makes high quality stuff at reasonable prices.
These saddlebags are really good with sports bikes but they will also work well in cruisers. I have tried them on my Honda CBR650 my dad's 1996 Katana, and my mom's Honda CTX 700. It works for all these models because it is adaptable using the included adjustable straps. These bags have lots of room, can be expanded and have outside pockets. Enough room for days of riding or just to do errands. Very tough and durable material and the right look complete the five- star package! As you can tell, I really loved this product. It is much better than another set of saddlebags that cost me more and were not as strong as these. They are also very easy to install and take off the bike. The photos show how well they look, even with the Viking Cycle tail bags to complete the set! Thanks, Viking Bags Thanks
